Mcdonalds fries… The best place for fries… Sorry, I know a lot of you like the other one that’s made fresh, but I prefer Mcdonalds to everyone else.

Horrible drive-​through!!!
I waited over 20 minutes for my food at 7:30pm Sunday night !!! Lines were crazy long and food was taking forever. You’re by the freeway, expect it to be busy and have more workers working!
They will lose a lot of business at this location… If there is a million locations, you want your location to be the best, to get returning customers… This location was horrible.
The employees can only be successful with the help of the mangers having more employees work! It’s McDonald it’s going to be busy!

Very nice restaurant very expensive when I first started but needs maintenance all of the televisions where off. Restroom needs work and light bulbs in play area need replace

Pretty typical McDonald’s. This location is kind of convenient since it is not too far off of the 5, but actually getting back to it can be a little challenging with high levels of traffic. We stopped by to grab some food for our boys after an afternoon at Six Flags. The drive-​thru does move slower than excepted, but the food was hot and our order was correct.

This place is literally a dump. There was absolutely no organization at all. The bathroom was terrible! The trash cans were overflowing, and only one stall out of 5 was usable because the others were plugged up! Every single trash can throughout the «restaurant» was way too full, with trash overflowing. There were ketchup packets and straw wrappers on the floor all throughout the place. Because of this disgusting experience, I completely lost my appetite and did not even touch my food. It was a chaotic mess and I will never return and definitely will not recommend it.

Took forever, if I didn’t have clash of clans on my phone I would’ve lost my shit. That is just the beginning, the mcnuggets blew out my sphincter and i woke up in the morning with blood soaked sheets and tears running down my face. I did love the free wifi at mcdonald’s and i was just kicked out of my parents house so I’ll probably be back.

The McDonald’s was very slow in the drive thru. But I enjoyed the great customer service from the first window her name is ivianna I think, she gave me my order and apologized for the wait. Very sweet girl.

Good. It’s like any other McDonald’s. I like the employees and they almost always get my order right. The dual-​lane drive through could be a problem if people don’t merge properly or try to snake a spot, though I’ve never had a problem with it personally. Sometimes people pick one lane and then block the other when it’s open, which is puzzling.
Overally, pretty good. Easy to get in and out so that’s a plus and the dual-​lane drive-​through does prevent traffic from piling on to the street or parking lot.

This is fucking ridiculous. I ordered fries and they were stale so I went back to get fresh fries and it has taken almost a HALF FUCKING HOUR. I’m still in the car waiting for them to bring the fries out. My husband is going to be late to work for this and I do not appreciate this at all. I tried to call them and their line was busy.

Best McDonald’s I’ve visited! All the staff is friendly and this location is very large with a kid’s play area. I brought my younger brothers here and one of them lost their toy car under the playground. I went to the counter to ask if anyone could retrieve it. Fortunately our cashier, Jose L. gave us a new one! Thanks for the best customer service I’ve received at McDonald’s. Great job!

So basically, I only rated this a 1 because there wasn’t a 0 option. This place was absolutely terrible. I know it’s McDonalds but still there are expectations when you go to a place to eat. Homeless people isn’t one, watery ketchup isn’t one, overflowing trash isn’t one, sideways light fixtures isn’t one, unsafe conditions and also disgruntled staff arguing isn’t one. I’ll never return, ever.

Had a great experience. Customer service is excellent. I had never been to a Mc Donald’s where you had someone ask you if everything is okay or if we needed something else. We felt as we where at an expensive restaurant. I looked at the lady’s name tag and her name is Estrella she was amazing and had a great smile. I noticed she was going to different tables and also asking then if everything was okay. Then as customers where leaving she will go open the door out experience there was really pleasant. Will come here more often.

The nastiest McDonalds I have ever been to. Fried gum stuck to my french fries and staff that is rude and has mo follow through.
I reported the problem and the mgr calls me to tell me I am not telling the truth and laughs. First, I dont chew gum, and second whats to lie about? They made me feel like I was doing this to get my money back and a free meal. Ha… I dont need their money; I make more than enough $$$ to care about $ 8. Lol
They would not issue me a refund and wanted to send me coupons? Lol, why in the world would I want to go back to a dump like that?
Avoid this place at all costs. These minimum wage workers obviously dont care and dont clean their oil let alone their facility.
Unsanitary and unprofessional. Need I say more?

If I could leave less than one star, I would but I don’t think you can.
I have never, in my lengthy twenty two years of existence, experienced a less customer friendly, slow, lazy, poor, awful, atrocious, slow, bad, slow, poor, slow level of service than at this McDonalds.
I know what you’re thinking — it’s just McDonald’s. Who takes the time to write a review for McDonald’s. They even managed to bribe the guy from Myth Busters to come and lie for them on their TV commercials, so how could you expect something like quality service.
And I don’t. I don’t expect quality service. But in the time I have been waiting in this drive through line, I could have brought a baby to term (and figured out a way for males to conceive) solved America’s economic woes, torn down and put my car back together, built my own McDonald’s, watched the extended versions of both Lord of The Rings, and Harry Potter, gone to Outback and actually had a meal, or gone to the DMV and had all five of my senses assaulted by the cacophonous mêlée that is a government service building.
And in case I haven’t spelled out my explicit rage at having to wait 35 minutes to get my awful breakfast, let me speak without equivocation:
If you would you like some food. And for some reason you have no other option (like, you’re driving to San Francisco at 2am and nothing else is open). And if you would like some hot food that isn’t from a gas station. And if you would like your food fast, less than 35 – 45 minutes. And if you would like to see some hustle from the employees of the food emporium you choose to visit (all five of them sitting in the back room in plain view of the drive through line.
Then do not go here. I REPEAT. Do not go here.

All smiles and no brains! I asked for two sides of jalapeño peppers AGAIN they tried to sell me a jalapeño burger!
Thought I cleared that up paid and guess what??? No DANN PEPPERS AT ALL!

stopped in during a lil road trip. First stop was the restroom. Very clean, multiple stalls and hands free washing and drying.
The only thing I needed was a cup of coffee. The cup came quick enough and as usual, was desperately hot. Once it cooled down, my sip was met with delight. I got 4 cream placed inside and it was the perfect balance for a cup of coffee. Yea!

Used their drive-​thru while heading to Santa Barbara and even after asking two large coffees, one with three creams and the other with two creams and no sugar on both the employee was still not understanding our order.
Anyway, after driving away and drinking the coffee seems to me that they hardly added any cream at all or their pours of dry cream are small.
Its McDonald’s, can’t really expect greatness.

Must be a bad day at this location. Short-​staffed, maybe? Very slow, but very courteous. Food looks great. Clean location. Clean parking lot. Clean restroom. I’ll take the slow. Not in a rush today, anyway.
