You get what you pay for… Don’t know where to start with these people, about 3 weeks ago i dropped off my glasses that I thought were not insured anymore. When I got there, i asked if she can see if they were still under warranty and she said«YES». Here I am nearly 4 weeks later, blind as a bat and still no glasses. I decided to call and see what is the hold up, to find out my glasses were lost. Then he calls me back saying…“oh we found them, and they are not under warranty!” no courtesy call was provided and no «I’m sorry for the misunderstanding» NEVERAGAIN!
