Every time I go there worst customer service every time. I would go to another toys r us but the nearest one is 25 miles away

Zack who was working customer service at 1 am on 12÷20÷15 should be fired! Horrible service and you can tell… He’s not a happy camper at Toys R US! Other than Zacks customer service, store seems to be nice and fully stock of the unpopular toys. The good ones… All sold out! Boooo

Slovenly, lazy, non-existent service. The«customer service«desk had only 1 employee, and I line stretching around the counter. I decided to wait in a regular line to ask a simple question about a toy I was looking for, only to be told only the«customer service«desk could help me… mind you, this is after I listened to 2 separate cashiers take down 2 customer’s names, number, address and email so that they could flood them with junk mail for the next few years. But ask them to search their inventory for a product I wanted, no no no, slow your roll, they’re not trained for that! As a result, I went to target

Expired baby formula is sold here. Check dates. I was able to buy baby formula with Use By date of January 1, 2015 yesterday when it was October 28, 2015. Lucky it was noticed before feeding. I went back and there was Use By dates of September 1, 2015 and October 1, 2015. Places can sell expired food, per the FDA, but baby formula is not allowed period. The store did not care much but to say okay return it. Hopefully no one has fed their baby 10 month old formula. This was on Enfamil products so when I went back I checked and there was expired Similac, Nutramigen and Enfamil. That is scary.

We had recently had a terrible experience at another location where we bought a bike. Long story short, we visited this location and the customer service we experienced was beyond great! Alexis helped us with tour issue and gave us fabulous treatment. I would recommend this location to anyone

Ordered a 2ds bundle with pokemon y the other day from them and had it ready first thing the next day at 7:00 am. Clean organized store with super friendly customer service always ready to help at a moment’s notice and was in and out in a flash. Would definitely do business with them again

I thought most toy stores were mediocre, but after going the last few times to Toys r us and Babies r us in Stevenson ranch, I’ve been a newly converted fan of this(and only this) location. The manager Ryan is so easy going and accommodating and went above and beyond for me on multiple ocassions. You can really see how infectious his leadership is as the sales culture carries over from him to all of his staff. Can’t beat the selection for all ages.

I have a 2 year old so this location is great because it has baby items as well. It is always clean and organized! A huge plus when you have your little ones with you because I know mine can get a little impatient or want to everything — they’re toys, can you blame him? The Thomas the Train/Chuggington section is large with an area to play that can keep kids distracted. Customer service is very helpful, I’ve had to return twice at this location(Christmas and a birthday present) and it was easy. Even withput the gift reciept we recieved store credit with our ID. My only complaint — it seems to be a theme in most Toys R Us that I frequent — while your in the main part of the store, its very difficult, if not impossible to find/see an associate for help. Since this location is pretty neat and organized, I haven’t hadt his issue too much.

I brought my daughter here last weekend to buy a bike for her 4th birthday. She was so excited and had been waiting so long for this outing to buy her bike. She picked out her bike and helmet and was beaming with excitement. We took one of the register tags that was attached to the bike to the front cashier. Turns out it was out of stock! An employee checked other stores and it was out of stock too with no future deliveries on schedule. My daughter was disappointed but we went back and picked out a different one. That one was out of stock too! It turned out that EVERYSINGLEBIKEHERSIZEWASOUTOFSTOCK!(And I was not going to buy a floor model that gets beat up by kids all day). An employee told us that they won’t get a full stock of bikes again until christmas time. My daughter was heartbroken as we left the store without her bike. I can’t help but wonder: — Why sell bikes if there are none in stock? If you sell something, you should have it! — Why were there register tags with the bikes? Each tag should represent 1 bike that is in stock in the back. When the tags run out then you know that there are none left in the back. Every bike had multiple register tags but NONE were in stock. There was another woman there with her daughter looking at bikes and letting her pick the one she wanted. I told her that they are most likely going to be out of stock. I knew soon this little girl would be disappointed just like my daughter was. We did find a bike elsewhere for my daughter. But Toys R Us, you lost a sale and are probably losing many sales because you can’t figure out how to properly manage your inventory. Very disappointed.

I love this toys r us. I take my little sister here all the time because she is my baby and I love buying her stuff. I recently wanted to get her a pink Cadillac toy car and they actually have it on special now for the holidays. I took her there and she had so much fun looking at everything in the store and I am really thankful that she is not one of those kids that want to buy everything. She loves her new car and it makes me happy to see her have fun with it.
