We had service with them for 8 months. The guys are very friendly but very unreliable. Sometimes they wouldn’t even show up. and the quality of the work is not worth the money we were paying.

Very friendly but super unreliable. prices are too high for the performance and their quality of work is nowhere near competitors. All they would do is empty my tank and add chlorine, the pool sweeper was broken for approx 03 weeks and they did nothing to fix it, hired a different company and they were on it the very first week

Friendly, but not professional. They are not reliable. Hit or miss if they will show up. After a month of service the pool was in the same state it started in. Not sure if the pool needs were over their heads or just low priority. The repairs they made to our pump didn’t even stay in place. It seems all the work was half done, which is probably why our pool is still green. Wish them the best of luck with their business. Hopefully the provided pool service goes better for other customers.

Nice and knowledgable people however they are very unreliable. Signed up for weekly service and they have missed an average of 1 week of service per month. Bad part is they don’t even communicate that with you, they just don’t show up. I paid upfront for each months service but for the month of August they only showed up the 1st weekend. I haven’t heard from them since. I’ve tried to get in contact with them but no response. Now I am requesting a refund for the month of August, hopefully they do the right thing and refund me since they are not holding up their part of the deal. I would avoid them if you need reliable weekly service. I will start maintaining my pool myself.

Nice people but very unreliable. In the most recent 3 weeks, they were only on time once, with one week not showing up at all. I know the struggle as a small business trying to do it all, but they were not in a place to provide consistent pool service for the 6 weeks we tried to work with them. If you are ok with not having a reliable scheduled service, they otherwise appear knowledgeable.

Have had Bikini Bottom Pools for years now. They are amazing! Had 3 other companies before them, and had nothing but problems. Pool is always spotless and Ken takes care of issues that arise right away. If you want it done right, call these guys up!

Awesome pool people great prices. Call them up and came that same day gave my apartment complex a great rate. Also took care of our pool issues.
