Charter Way Florist supplied the flowers for my mothers funeral. They were very accommodating, and helpful. The flowers were the most beautiful I have ever seen. I will continue to use them for all my flower needs as I have total confidence that they will do a beautiful job.

Not happy at all. Paid for 2 graduation leis, when my son picked them up for me they only gave him one. They charged me for 2, gave him 1. At least the flowers were pretty. But will never come back since they didn’t give us what we ordered and paid for

Ok I just have to say wow and great service! Thank so much for completely making my mom’s Mother’s Day!
Mom lives in a gated community so they called to try to schedule it for drop off but I didn’t know her schedule had changed. They called me to ask how I’d like to handle it and I said it would be fine to drop them the next day.
She ended up calling and picking them up herself since she was so excited and was going to be leaving the house again lol.

After calling a few flower shops & being disappointed in how much employees lack customer service, I decided to give this place a try. Called & spoke to Sally. Sally informed me they were closed, but could help me!
She offered to send me pictures via text of arrangements they had made already. I was looking for something extravagant & I explained to her what I wanted. I also let her know that I needed them delivered early in the morning due to my friends busy work schedule. I placed this order on behalf of my friends fiancé. He was able to pay over the phone, what a breeze! Thank you Sally at Charter Way Florist!

The florist that the funeral home normally uses didn’t have any flowers, so we had to go to an outside company on New Years Eve… I called Charter Way Florist and they waited for us to get there. The lady was very patient and friendly and even gave us a bouquet to take home. And the flower arrangements were absolutely gorgeous! Their work exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommended them.

The best in town and great friendly as well as helpful customer service. They deliver fresh bouquets every time. Living out of town I’ve relied on other stores and they’ve failed to deliver quality arrangements and for those pricing was ridiculous. As a result I can honestly say Charter Way Florist is Head and Shoulders above the rest — I will never go elsewhere to purchase bouquets for my family again because they deserve the best. Sincerely a forever customer.

I can’t thank this florist enough for the last minute beautiful floral spray. They went out of their way to accommodate me and my floral arrangement far exceeded my expectations. There were so many compliments made but most important, it gave me and my family additional comfort during this difficult time. The owner was kind, empathetic and professional. There is something to be said about using your home town florist and I will only use them from now on. It thank everyone again at Charter Way Florist.

Customer service is lacking when it gets a little busy. Go somewhere else. I thought this place was great when I was placing my order, but the truth is that they are one of those places that’s super nice BEFORE you hand over your money. After that, forget it — they are on to the next and you won’t get a smile, courtesy call, nada!

I was very pleased by the flower arrangement I ordered for my girlfriend online. I do not live in the area and my gf just moved to Stockton so based on the reviews for this place I decided to go with them. Placing my order online was a breeze. I received my email confirmation right away and called a day before just to make sure everything was good to go. I asked the lady that answered the phone what time arrangements are normally delivered and she asked me what time would work for me. The arrangement was delivered promptly before noon today and my gf loved the flowers. Great service and quality :)

fuchsia rose petals bury the grass, silk flower balls hang from the chairs, and perfectly coordinated bouquets for the bridesmaids and bride as they walk down the aisle.
That’s what you get when you get your flowers done by Masami at Charter Way Florist. She shipped them all the way to San Ramon in crisp condition for my best friend’s wedding day.
On the day of, the variation of purples and fuchsias held a strong statement upon the grass overlooking The Bridge’s Golf Course and reception dining room.
After the wedding, I was able to take a few floral arrangements home, which lived for another 1 ½ weeks. I believe that she can design anything you want for your perfect day!

Charter Way Florist has amazing customer service! If you come in here with kiddies, they will blow up a balloon for them. My niece had her own little pink homing beacon balloon!
Knowledgeable staff. They will bring out their many layers of portfolio books to ensure that you will get what you want.
