10 minutes in the drive through. Then after 2 cars it was my turn to order. 5 minutes of «we will be right with you«and still waiting. This location sucks. Go to any other restaurant around and avoid this place. Management should be ashamed.

i’ve never had a problem here, and I was really freaking hungry like usual. In the drive-thru I asked by the off chance if they still had a crispy chicken chipotle sandwich on the sourdough. Lady heard sourdough and her awesomely obvious she was listening response was«sourdough jack?» no. anyways, didn’t bother to explain that one again. Ordered a number whatever for the pita, she starts ringing what I say individually, had to clarify that it was obviously a combo. So, roll up to the window and she charges me, asks me what sauces I wanted(salsa that comes with the pita, but I always make sure to say it, and hot sauce), hands me everything and goes«oh by the way, were out of salsa.» Which is just so freaking incredibly frustrating since it’s the thing that comes with the pita! Automatically! augh. That’s all. Just annoyed, and then I get home and there’s all of 4 hot sauces for my pita, curly fries, and two tacos. They suck. Done.

I bought a chicken club salad like a do about once a week. when I got home, the cheese looked like it was moldy… so I drove back and asked to speak to a manager. I explained to her that I thought the cheese was moldy, she looked at and said that they put a coating on it to help from the heat(even though it refrigerated). She said she would make me a new salad, and even showed me the container of cheese and it did have a coating on it, which I was 100% ok with. She kept saying quite often, your salad is almost ready. I don’t think she was a manager but I asked what her name was when I left and she said Susan… her customer service was awesome.

i couldnt give less than a star so i guess youre lucky to have one. i ate here with my gf and her sister and an indian guy, im not sure if hes the manager or something but he was extremely rude to us. We could hear his side comments from the mic because he couldnt get our order right. We ordered a couple iced coffees and it turned out to be ice and a shot of coffee. Its just plain stupid. if youre having a bad day dont take it out on your customers. if you want to lose customers thats how you lose em. never coming back. fucking asshole.

The guy at the drive thru was in a hurry taking our order and we saw on the screen that he got it wrong. While we were trying to correct it we heard him say«This sucks!!» This is not the first time that he showed an attitude. We only go to there because it is the closest jack in the box to our house.

Ok, so, I showed up at this jack in the box around midnight, in my work truck and went to the window to see if I could get food. The African American gentleman behind the glass was super nice, and super friendly and said he wasn’t aloud to do hand to hand interactions with foot traffic at the window. Ok, understandable. So I go around to the front bla bla bla. To make a long story short I ordered 2 tacos and a small burger. Ate the tacos, then went for the burger and for soooome reason I decided to open the burger up just to see what came on it. And there. In my burgers… Was a fly. Not just a regular fly but one that had been actually cooked into my burger. Needless to say, disgustingly unappetizing when you find a cooked fly smashed into the meat patty, and I just start to ask myself. What kind of work conditions are there behind that counter that cooking a burger with a fly cooked into, in plain, clear sight goes unnoticed? Idk, but I will absolutely never be coming back to this jack in the box. Lack of cleanliness in a fast food restaurant is enough for me to just leave it alone forever, and this jack in the box… I will be leaving alone forever and I hope you do too.

Probably the worst jack in the box I have ever been to. My curly fries were not fresh at all. I watched the guy pull them out of the warmer and they were soggy as hell! I wanted my money back and I didn’t even receive an apology! Rude ass manager! Defitently calling corporate on this place. Isn’t jack in the boxes motto, we don’t make it until you order it? Yeah right! Not this place at least. Will not return even if they offered me free food for life.

I ordered a Jumbo Jack and had in return a moldy bun. That is the last thing I want to eat out of a burger. I just hope I don’t get sick the next morning. Never going here again.

Not good. They do not get your to-go orders correct. Ordered breakfast sandwiches with extra onion-mayo sauce… got no sauce. Dry and bland. Friend ordered a hamburger… was made completely wrong. The employees don’t seem to care.

My lil bro and I have renamed this place to Slow in the Box. It always takes them so long to get the food out. They really don’t make it until you order it.
