Must be an off day for them. Our lunch was mediocre at best. I ordered the 3 piece chicken which was dry and boring. My old lady ordered the classic chicken burrito and said it was good. The service in the drive thru was ok and speedy. Hopefully they improve the chicken soon. And the side mac and cheese was nasty and tasted like chemicals.

Good food, love the convenience of healthy grilled chicken and salad with a drive-​thru BUT I’m almost always missing something from my order! It’s really frustrating sometimes, especially when we’re rushing to get dinner on the table before I head out to work. My go to meal here is a side loco salad and a few pieces of their chicken. Love the cilantro ranch dressing. My mother in law likes to go inside so she can get all the salsa sides that she likes from their salsa bar. Another great thing from their menu is the deep fried cheesecake. so good! I definitely frequent this spot a lot but I always make sure to check my order EVERY TIME.

Amazing customer service! We probably go there once or twice every week and the food is always good. It’s fast service and it’s usually really clean.

The supervisor of the restaurant personally called me and the issue is resolved. She displayed empathy and understanding concerning my issue and guaranteed that it has been rectified. My rating is based on the way the management handled the situation

The Double Chicken Avocado Salad is super good and fit my calorie budget perfectly! I love it with the tasty pico de gallo salsa. Customer service was awesome too. I love that their food tastes fresh, is technically fast food, but healthy and very reasonably priced.

Very good customer service! I wasn’t able to catch the name of the young lady that helped me in the drive thru but she was very polite and friendly!
The food took a little long but given the quality of what I ordered (shrimp and avocado tacos) the wait was definitely worth it!
Oh and their pico de gallo salsa is pretty good too!

The food was good and the manager Salvador is always super helpful and polite. He treated my Great Grandma very well by giving her senior discount and coming around to our table to check on us as he cleaned. What manager cleans? not many. They’ve been consistently busy and yummy.

I love their Chicken Tortilla soup. we have been here several times to get it on the drive thru. It is totally delicious and broth-​based with lots of shredded chicken, bits of veggies and comes with cilantro and crumbly white cheese to add along with the crispy tortilla strips.
The service on the drive thru is fast and friendly and everything is perfectly packaged. I always love their yummy chicken and their creamy cilantro dressing is amazing. Give it a try. lots of salads to choose from as well.

The Salsa bar was a mess, they were really busy so normally it would be understandable but what really got me is when an employee was taking their dinner break they set their tray on the messy counter and walked away without cleaning it up, take pride in the place you work and pick up the trash! Fill the three empty napkin holders!
Chicken tasted old and dry, pinto beans, mac and cheese and fries tasted fresh and good.
Took about 15 minutes to get my food (went inside, because my sister went last week and drive thru did not give any salsa).
Two stars is generous, but employee taking order was nice and sides not bad. Hope they get it together.

El pollo loco in my opinion is one of the better fast-​food establishments. This one in particular I have experienced great customer service no matter what time of day that I have come, which can you usually differ at other places when management is not present. Order has always been prompt and correct with a clean environment.

It’s fast food. What do you expect? Let’s compare it to Taco Bell or Del Taco. The ingredients appear to be fresher resulting in a more «homemade» flavor. However over all quality is still fast food.

Service was ok but food was too little for too much! I paid 10 bucks for one third of a breast of chicken and a tiny dried out wing. The pictures look good but definitely not what you expect for what you’re paying! Definitely not returning!
