I would just like to say this place has the worst customer service at any Starbucks I go too here in Stockton!!! I’ve come a total of 3 times. Never ever again. 1st time they got my order wrong. 2nd time they got part of my order right and were very rude when I told them it was wrong and acted like it was my fault they screwed up. Now tonight I go with my daughter and lady was extremely rude. Handed me my stuff without even looking at me. Didn’t smile or anything. Left me waiting there while they were just bs’ing. This place is a joke and I will let everyone know. Never again!!!

I’m really shocked at all the negative reviews here! I’ve been here a couple of times during my lunch breaks and I’ve never had a problem. This location is pretty busy, as they are a drive thru location. Even when I do come when they are busy, Ive never waited longer than 5 – 10 minutes. And people, mistakes happen! If youre unhappy with your drink, I know that they can remake your drink the way you want, so talk to them if they messed up instead of just leaving a bad review. For me, knowing that this location is busy, I think it’s great that theyre able to always make my drink in a timely manner. So kudos to all the workers here!

Wanted to try the new hyped up «pink drink» had my aunt go order it and they said they do not have the ingredients to make it. Besides that they make everything else you ask for.

The place can be inconsistent with hours. You can get here half an hour before closing and they are already closed. Drinks are OK. Sometimes the staff makes sure you know that they are upset, because you wanted to customize your drink by adding extra sweetener or switching an ingredient, for example. I think that is ridiculous because there are many secret menu drinks that have made its way online and of course there will be customers who want to try them. Starbucks is the place you usually go to when you have a sweet tooth, not when you want coffee. As long as customers know the ingredients to the secret menu drink that they want, your job will NOT require any intense work. A majority of the workers here should keep this in mind.

Very busy location so they don’t always have the time to give you the personal experience most people are used to at Starbucks locations. 3 stars instead of 2 because they always fix the mistakes they make(which are often) fast and with a smile.

This place sucks. We are human, and we all make mistakes, but this one particular Starbucks has made 5+ too many. Every other time I come here, they get my order wrong. It’s inconvenient and tiring to always point out their mistakes so they can temporarily fix it, especially when I don’t have time to do it. Soy does not mean milk. Iced does not mean hot. Venti does not mean grande. I don’t care if you are busy. You should be efficient. I’m surprised Starbucks can hire such incompetent people at this area. Don’t be surprised if they get your order wrong when you come here.

The workers show no professionalism. They are extremely loud(singing out loud, burst of laughters, etc.) and talk about customers after they leave in front of other customers. Do they not consider the people in this establishment? I get it… They are making it a fun environment, but please recognize when it becomes an annoyance to customers. One man made a mobile order and his drink was not even made right or on time of his visit. After he left, they continued to talk about him and what time his order actually came in. I don’t care what happened to his mobile order. If it was your fault or his, where is your customer service? Don’t make it seem like its the customer’s fault. I’ve experience this problem with a mobile order at this location before. I waited 10 – 15 minutes before picking up and it was still not ready. I have never seen such unprofessionalism. I will make the extra drive and go to another Starbucks.

Still not digging this Starbucks. I only come here because my family that I visit occasionally lives nearby. Both of my 2 visits here were not ideal. Last Sunday afternoon, my young niece ordered a cotton candy frap. She gets it… it was white. But hey… isn’t it suppose to be pink?!? Come on… the«barista» either was lazy or just plain ignorant(I don’t know/I don’t care attitude). The worst Starbucks ever! Oh by the way, the place was dirty. I don’t expect them to break out a mop. But clear and wipe down some tables. They were staffed with enough people.

My friend and I go to this location 2 – 3 times a month. We have decided to write this review because we feel the service is very poor and many, not all, employees are rude. Today we approached and the blonde cashier never greeted us but stood there looking at us… well what do you want? sort of attitude. She then overcharged my friend for her drink. Then, the manager picked up garbage off the floor and proceeded to touch his hands on our cups to make the drinks. He never washed his hands… gross. He was shocked that my friend asked him to give us new cups. The blonde cashier never smiled once. We have decided to not go anymore to this location.

Came to get my Sunday morning coffee before work and it’s not open!!! They are supposed to open at 4:30am… Guess the opening manager partied to hard for Halloween last night! This is not good business, I need my morning coffee!!!

I have read a few reviews about how unkept this Starbucks is &I00% agree. If this was during rush hour, I would have understood. However, the store had only two customers. I honestly can’t believe I was in a Starbucks. Not what I expect.

I stopped at Starbucks before leaving the house and after 2 hours in the car stopped at this Starbucks to used the restroom. This store was so dirty!!! On the way back to the restroom there was a muffin smooshed on the floor, clearly in sight of the barista. The restrooms were FILTHY!!! HORRIBLE!!! No toilet paper on the tools, just a roll resting on the handicap hand rail. Paper everywhere and the soap dispenser did not work. You had to open the disperser to get soap. This was clearly not up to Starbucks standards. Corporate needs to visit this store and whip them into shape. This was a shame that it was so dirty in there. Will not be stopping here again. First and last time.

I have been coming to this sbux for years, and over time it has become very unkempt. The inside is always very dirty. If you’re looking to sit for a while and study or relax, this isn’t the place. Likewise, the staff is always friendly. The drive through is a quick experience and I have no critique in that area. It’s possible that all the attention is put on the drive through service, and not the people inside.

Nobody greets us. The place was dirty! Men’s restroom had a broken toilet seat and trash all over the floor. Womens was OK. The bar where you pick up drinks was filthy. Drink order was wrong! Very disappointing.

I was in Stockton for our family’s annual Thanksgiving luncheon/gathering. After eating a ton of food, my cousin and I needed a caffeine-laced treat to get through the rest of the day. BEHOLD! A Starbucks that stayed open on Thanksgiving Day! We were thrilled. I should note that we’re super grateful. The employees looked tired, but they were still friendly and thoughtful. We really appreciated the excellent service. Our chestnut praline soy lattes were delicious :] The store is conveniently located in a huge shopping plaza. If you’re looking for a study location, this Starbucks is a good choice when you’re considering food. There’s plenty of options available for when you get hungry. However, there are only a few seats available in the store. It’s not too spacious. More seats are available outside. If I had to, I’d fight for a study spot here, just so I could run to Chipotle as a study break: D

This was the first SBUX as we approached Stockton from I-5 North on our way back to Livermore from Lake Tahoe. We liked that it had a drive-through option, but when we saw that they had a nice outdoor seating area, we decided to stretch our legs and let our wide-awake and fidgety kids run around a bit. Service was friendly but not super-fast(we didn’t mind as we were in no hurry) and the coffee was good. The bathrooms were clean but a bit dark. Also, they have special toddler chairs — the one we tried was broken, but that didn’t matter because our 1-year old didn’t want to sit down after 3 hours in a car seat! If we need a break around Stockton on our next road trip, we will try other SBUX locations nearby just for variety, unless the kids are sleeping, in which case it’ll be drive-through this one all the way!
