This place can be a hit or miss. It’s usually the latter unfortunately, but I still consider myself an avid customer because of all the nostalgia associated with this place. My go-to’s are definitely the Chickenjoy and the Burger Steak. Sometimes the Chickenjoy needs a little more time in the fryer. The Burger Steak however always comes out perfect. The gravy, the beef, and the mushrooms, reminds me of my days when I would visit the Philippines when I was younger. It’s been over 10 years since I last visited the Philippines so this is the closest I can get to Filipino fast food. Every so often they have their midweek deals, which are a great value, so keep on the lookout. One thing I dislike about this place is that they don’t do a very good job at keeping the place clean. I always feel like they are understaffed because once it gets busy, the place is a chaotic mess. Also, the last two times I’ve been here, they were out of both Chickenjoy AND Burger Steak. Seriously? But y’all don’t close for another 30 minutes! If you’re going to order a halo-halo, I suggest you order one next door at Manila Express. Way better! The Peach Mango Pie here is also delicious and so different compared to the apple pie that you get from McDonald’s. No matter how bad this place gets, I’ll always come back because of the nostalgic Filipino fast food. As I am concluding this review, I am now craving a burger steak. Just great!

I dont know what takes longer. Your meal to get made here. Or getting a timing belt changed on your car. FML! Wtf is taking so long for a chicken sandwich!!! Ahhh!!!

All I can say is that this establishment needs to re-vamp their customer service. Employees look like they’re unhappy working there. Food is great as usual and that’s where the one star kicks in. My review is based on their customer service and food. Oh yeah how did I get my food after another family placed their orders after mine? Hmm… To the person who owns this franchise location… hire someone who is passionate and make your customers feel welcome not dull and boring employees.

This is a «typical Filipino» establishment. I am not pinay so when I go in there I get these awkward stares from patrons and crew like here’s another person that shouldn’t be here. Your food sucks anyway and you are very skimpy. Very over priced for such cheap ingredients. Your workers should look more happy to be there. Their faces annoy me when I look at them. Management just not be taking care of business to have such miserable employees. Spend as much time putting effort into your dishes as you do cleaning the place. That’s the only thing you got going for you is a nice place for old Filipino folk to sit and gossip.

The fried chicken is good and the spaghetti is not like Italian, kids love it though. As far as fast food goes this place is good.

Slow service. We were the only ones in line and it took 20 minutes before we got our food. A serious lack of management here. Would not return.

Slow slow slow customer service! Waited 30 mins for 1 meal and I was the 2nd person in the store ordering food! Ridiculous. Food portions are skimpy. Taste is decent but not good enough to come back.

This ain’t my first time here but it seems like the food quality has majorly deteriorated! The spaghetti and palabok are not as great as a few months ago. The only reason why their getting three stars are the ease of calling in your order. I didn’t do it but it’s a plus. Also, who puts their straws in the other side of the store for their boba drinks?! When I asked the person behind the counter she rolled her eyes and said in the other side of the soda machine. Look, if you can’t refill your boba drink or add anything to it since mine was full, why have the straws are the way over there?

Location is nice coz it’s near costco and asian store. When I’m out for grocery i just drop by jollibee if I’m lazy to cook. Price is cheap and i love their mango pie ala mode. Kids love the ube shake and nice and crispy chicken.

I Love This Place. I’ve Eaten Here Many Times And Have Yet To Have A Bad Experience. The Staff Is Super Friendly And The Food Is Always Delicious. Ultimate Burger Steak FTW!

It’s ok. Their fried chicken is OK, but I prefer KFC, Church’s, Popeye’s and some other places. The burgers are ok, but there are plenty other places that can do a decent burger. Things aren’t bad, they’re just mediocre and I’ll eat here in a pinch.

I’m occasionally driving back and forth from Rocklin, Ca to Los Angeles, Ca. and this is the first time I stopped by in this specific location. Jollibee is Jollibee. In most cases you’d think the quality of food shouldn’t change. Don’t get me wrong, the spicy chicken joy were on point and the burger steak. However, their rice had too much water that it felt like I was eating sushi. Their Pineapple Juice did not even taste like pineapple. It was made up most of water. More of a 5% juice, 95% water. But what made me even more disappointed is their customer service. No greetings when we walked in and walked out and not even a single smile. But when they spoke among themselves it seemed like they were capable of smiling. One of the reasons why I enjoy eating at Jollibee is because Filipinos are known for being hospitable. Apparently, this specific location isn’t one of those places. I do hope you guys have a wonderful experience here.

I pulled up at 7:58 doors locked and they wouldn’t even look at me. I was going to order to go. I drove all the way from Tracy. I tried to call them and they would not answer. I can’t believe this. I can’t express how upset I am right now.

Once in a while you will crave for jollibee. I wish they’ll have more branches in Cali just like how we have it in the PH, almost everywhere you look at! I love going back to Jollibee, though there is a jologs stigma if you’re in the Ph. It is definitely one of the places you’d love to visit to eat your favorite jollibee meal. I am glad the chicken is still similar to the original flavor same as for the burgers and palabok. However, their jolly spaghetti is more Americanize and totally not the same with the jolly spaghetti we have way back home, which is a bit sweeter and less sour. Overall, It is good to see Pinoy employees and eat at jollibee! Makes you feel at home!

I’ve always eaten at Manilla Express right next door, but this was my first time to try Jollibee. I arrived around 2pm and the place was somewhat empty. The menu is quite simple because they have their popular dishes published in huge photos and large pricing fonts along with friendly services. Being in the mood for some rice and steak I decided to order the Ultimate Steak Burger, which, of course, comes with rice with an over-easy egg on top and a hamburger steak covered in gravy and mushrooms served on top of some fries. Without a drink, my total came up to around $ 7(with a few cents, but who keeps their receipts to check?). One thing that made me laugh though was that after I had made my order the cashier gave me a buzzer, like the ones they serve at Chili’s when you’re waiting for a table. Hilarious! Overall, my order was finished within 3 minutes or so, and the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the rice, over-easy egg, and steak covered in gravy, but I felt that the fries were not necessary, or that they could’ve substitute it for lettuce or another item. Also, the mushrooms had an unusual after-taste, almost as if they were spoiled(but, then again, it could also just be Shitake mushrooms). I’m glad to have finally tried Jollibee and I’m actually looking forward to visiting again for their spicy fried chicken and other dishes.

During my first time at Jollybees, I waited 30 minutes for three pieces of chicken. This place is very understaffed. There are only three people working here. Even though I waited 30 minutes, they gave me two old pieces and one new one. After getting the food, it was nothing special. It was pretty much the same as KFC. Although they have bad service, they try to keep the place tidy and it looks pretty clean.

Jolibee on West Ln in Stockton, California. So tonight I was taking the kids out for dinner and it was my sons turn for a new place to eat. So Jolliebee was his first choice and was like«Let’s goooooo». The kids have been wanting to try this Filipino fast food joint. Ever since we had some treats awhile back at Manila Express right next door. I did notice you can phone order your food to go, but that’s never fun for us. Inside was pretty clean and spacious and they do have restrooms here too. Types of payment cash or credit. My son picked out the(B3) $ 3.59 Yum Hamburger with fries and a drink combo and a $ 1.79 Crunchy Chicken Sandwich. My Princess chose the $ 3.99 One piece ChickenJoy kids meal that comes with rice and gravy. She also picked out a side of Jolly crispy fries(s) $ 1.79 For desert my son got a Vanilla Twirl for $ 1.00 and my daughter got a Buko Pandan $ 2.99 My meal was the(B1) $ 3.29 Yum with a Hamburger with cheese and fries and a drink. The customer service was on point this evening. Jayson who was taking our order did an awesome job this evening. Explaining all their combos and the deserts they carry. Service with a smile and thanking us for dinning in as we left. So yeah Jolliebee did deliver a homerun tonight on their customer service. I’ve eaten here once in my life so I kinda knew a little bit what to expect food wise. The kids on the other hand were just happy to try a new place to get our grub on. My son really I mean really liked thier $ 1.79 Chicken sandwich and was loving thier fries. He told me his hamburger was good but wants two chicken sandwiches the next time we come. So he gave me the smile of satisfaction and that made my day. My Princess loves thier gravy she was dipping her fries and chicken inside the gravy. Then poured the gravy over her rice and it was on an cracking. What I ended up doing because I was on that Phat Boi status this evening. I put most of my fires, ugh okay I poured all my fries into my burger. Then straight killed it like there was no tomorrow. So we definitely did enjoy our dinner here and the kids wanted desert so they ended up getting a Pearl Drink and a Soft serve ice cream. My kids really loved them and my Son told me «they put Hella ice cream» I laughed. My baby girl was a bit full from her food and didn’t drink that much of her drink. Yeah we’ll be back very soon to try some more food. Doing what Dad’s do spending time with our kids. My three kids always comes first, everything else in life is a bonus. Vincent D *VD* Enjoying the simple things in life.

We come here for the Chickenjoy and the Palabok noodles… plus the sweet Spaghetti that the kids totally dig. If you come here expecting some authentic Filipino food then you’re in the wrong place. I guess the real downside here is that service can be slow at times considering that this should be a fastfood chain. We’ve loved Chickenjoy forever and a day… and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
