King of Cutz

Had my fist cut there the other day, it’s old school barber with a modern twist. Adam is a cool guy and the provide good service. Support this shop, it’s a place to get a fade and shoot the breeze. They also have some legit gear there too, shoes and shirts.

The space is tiny, but the people are great! It is a bit intimidating at first. Adam (the owner) is a very cool guy, and he makes you feel as comfortable as possible in his place. Both barbers have a high attention to detail, and they give a very good haircut. Overall a great experience. I will be going back.
They offer cuts by appointment on Monday and Tuesday to help with the wait and parking issues.
I spent a few dollars more going here, but I am supporting a local small business and I am saving on gas (they are near my office downtown). So it is a net benefit in my opinion.

5 star haircut! The best fades/​tapers for all hair styles. Adam is an entertaining guy. It’s more than just a haircut, it’s an experience. He has an attention to detail like no other and takes pride in what he does. I feel like a whole new man when I leave the shop. Make an apt so you wont have to wait. never have to wait. Men don’t feel intimidated if you have never had a proper barber shop haircut. Just go in and you will never step foot into a clipper town or great clips again!

I came in the morning to find one barber at the station. There were 3 others ahead of me.
ISSUES:
— First, parking… I didn’t like the fact that I had to go back and forth to my car to put in more quarters in fear of getting a $ 40 ticket.
–Second, space… although it’s an upcoming barbershop, the space was a bit small. But after speaking with the owner, he spoke of moving locations, so I hope to see how that goes in the future.
–Third, wait time… Being that the barbers are great at what they do, the wait time was a bit too long for me. Mind you, anywhere in Stockton, for a great haircut, you would have to wait awhile. That goes hand in hand with the parking issue.
Overrall, it was a GREAT experience. The barbers Adam (owner) and Jay were awesome! They were funny and easy to get along with. They spoke of their upcoming plans for the shop, with their talent and clientele I know they will be successful!
I highly recommend checking the shop out and getting a cut. $ 14 for a haircut, a clean one at that, is worth it! I’ll definitely visit it again for another faux hawk!
SIDENOTE: Both barbers were aware of the issues they face being at that location. So the complaints I had were my own opinion, obviously.
