Horrible costumer service, bathroom stinks like hell, dirty floors and not a good place to comeback for nothing if I can I’ll rated with 0 stars…

Placed my order thru the drive thru at 10:40 pm and was told the food wasnt ready, the rep asked for me to park in the customer parking lot until it is ready. After 22 minutes at 11:02 p.m. the rep brought out the food. I’m OK with the food being a little late but 22 minutes and 5 cars after my order was placed is a little excessive. I would hope that a little compensation is in order and the staff members be briefed and trained to properly handle all necessary customers besides myself in the near future.

i like my food HOT! Hot food at mcd’s is rare. Even if you ask for it hot and fresh they still pull the patties out of those little plastic drawers.
Tonight I went through the drive-​thru and ordered two Big Macs. I asked for extra sauce. All of a sudden a $ 2 charge popped up on the screen. For the extra sauce! Two bucks for an extra squirt of sauce on the burgers? Yup, she says. But catsup and mustard are free. lmao She explained that the special secret sauce costs more! lmao again!
I’m thinking they charge the ridiculous extra price because they would rather sell a ‘regular’ burger than customize it for you. AND they recoup the extra five cents of cost of the extra squirt!
Have it your way? NOT AT MCD’s!

The night crew at this place is not the best! I’ve come here during the day and they’re much better, but every time I come here during the evening, there’s always something wrong! Our large fry, was only filled up half way! They never give napkins, and no customer service! Even though I live 5 mins away, I’m driving to the Ben Holt McDonald’s for a better service!

They will charge u extra money if you want something extra but won’t put extra. I paid 50 cents for extra mayo per sandwich but check out the picture I added.

Slowest employees ever. Waited in line behind people who work there, came in on their own time, and the staff took forever to take their order. Customers waiting behind them the whole, including me. Then the manager Jason, I’m assuming, finally arrived as the cashier had to keep calling to him. Operating at their own leisurely pace. WE’VE GOT SH*T TO DO, HUSTLE THE F*CK UP.
PS: I walked out, that’s how long they took. 10 mins, no joke.

I come here a lot because I live down the street Jennifer is the most rudest person I have ever seen at a work place. The crew members are very nice but her she an asshole. I see a lot of post about her she is really rude a shit

Worst service I’ve ever had. Maybe it’s because it was midnight but the staff just sat and started at me through the drive through window for 5 min (I timed it) rather than asking why I was still sitting there after I received my order. They didn’t give me my fries or the right sauce for my nuggets.

My cashier name is Jackie. She was so very nice. She was calling me maam throughout the whole conversation. She took my order and even interacted with her coworkers in a very professional manner. She deserves more than 5 stars. She obviously cares about her job and her customer service is supurb. Thank you for making the experience very plesent. I know customers can be so rude in this kind of business. I wish her all the success in the world. She deserves a raise and permotion. If I owned a business I’d want her running my show.

I only gave two stars because my grilled chicken ranch wrap was good! Thanks cook in the back. So we were ordering and there was someone on the intercom acting like she can’t hear what we saying like she’s drifting off in space she was silent for a minute, Then I had to tell her a few times about my meal, and i was loud and very clear. That was annoying… When we got up to pay she was at the register. She then says the price for an order but she didn’t specify which. So my best friend was like which one is this one? And she said the first rudely, my friend gave her the card and looked down to her wallet but while she was looking down, after the shift supervisor Jennifer took her card she rolled her eyes with her stained pink lipstick tooth. and i said something to my friend, and Jennifer the shift supervisor looked at me. I paid no problem. So then we get to the other window the girl at the window was so nice and friendly. She then stepped away, and I seen pink tooth (Jennifer) come get some hand sani when she should’ve just washed her hands after dealing with money. But as long as she wasn’t touching my food. I made sure of that!!! But I seen her handle other people cups and spraying wrapped burgers with a «water filled cleaner bottle» idk what that was about. Anyways the girl at the window had to keep asking what we get, we told pink tooth multiple times what we wanted we shouldn’t have to repeat ourselves anymore, and my fiancé didn’t even get the extra pickles and lettuce he paid for. Smh if pink tooth is working you will not get anything extra and be prepared to repeat yourself. Thank you.

I normally go to this McDonald’s because I live right by it so it’s convenient for me. Well after tonight I’m no longer gonna go there unless I’m super hungry. They’re so rude. When I got to the first window to pay the lady (which was a manager name Jennifer) rolled her eyes at me. Seriously… Wtf. I had a split order and I just wanted to make sure I was paying for the right one. Then they tried to give us a soda that was ¾ of a large cup full but my friend spot that when the employee was handing it to us. So we asked her to fill it more. They’re seriously trying to rip people off tonight. Plus it took forever to get our order.

They serve pretty quick and is pretty clean compared to other McDonald’s. It’s close by so is perfect if you live around the area.

I have been here twice and both times was a fail. The first time I ordered three cheeseburgers and belive it or not all the cheeseburgers had long strands of black hair in them. I thought I would give them a 2^nd try because maybe the 1^st was a fluke. The 2^nd time I ordered a sausage mcmuffin for breakfast. When I got home I opened up my item and they left out the sausage. 4 components to the sandwich and they left out the meat. You had one job mcdonalds… One job!

okay I usually when I come to this mcdonalds which is usually in the evening I always receive great customer service! But today I didn’t. I came for breakfast and it was not busy so I’m thinking this is going to be quick and easy… nope. Soon as I pull up to the drive thru menu board the girl tells me to wait so I’m like okay…5 minutes go by im still waiting…3 minutes go by im like wth! I see a bunch of other cars ordering on the other side ordering, and paying and getting their food and I’m still sitting here waiting. I’m like «HELLLOOOOO!!!» AND finally the girl speaks and she’s like «oh sorry! what can I get for you?» –_​_​– after I pay for my stuff and get my food. I get home and my mcmuffin bread is cold and not even toasted! It taste raw?! Like really?! First they make me wait and then my food is not even prepared the CORRECT way?! I will never come to this mcdonalds again! Terrible customer service and terrible food. Ugh waste of money!!!

Doesn’t matter how busy these people are, you will wait forever for your food and its often not right. It has been this way for years. I am going to blame management for passive training and complete lack of interest in improving. It’s location is the only thing keeping it in business.

This place has been remodeled and is a much better atmosphere to eat at. The inside is modern and is much better than before. Nice to hang out with friends, though its a smaller restaurant than others in the city.

This has to be the absolute worst Mcdonalds on earth. The staff is lazy and seem not to care about the customers. I literally just ate «food» from this «restaurant», im writing this because of how horrible this place is. How they managed to screw up my order, i’ll never know. I ordered 2 mcdoubles no ketchup add mac sauce, and 2 mchickens. I get home and they gave me 3 burnt mcdoubles with mac sauce and 1 normal mcdouble. I recived NO CHICKEN! Go to the Lower Sac. store instead, they know what they are doing.

Found a strand of nasty curly brown hair in my daughter’s fries! Enough said.

In about a 10 year span I’ve only eaten McDonald’s about 5 times. I use to love this franchise, but since they been changing the menus everything has been going downhill.
The last time I was at this location I was late for work, but needed to grab some lunch before I started my swing shift in Elk Grove. Surprisingly, I get pretty fast service and jump on I-​5 north. I usually don’t like eating while I’m driving, but knew I wouldn’t have time to eat when I get to work. So, I scarf that sh*t down like beast and just think to myself how nasty that was to eat.
Fast forward about a year later… I accidentally drop and kick my keys under my drivers seat. I reach under and low and behold pull out a french fry! I inspect it and look at it in amazement because there is no mold or any kind of deterioration on it at all after like year. It looked like it just came out the deep fryer and out of curiosity I took a bite out if it. Damn! What?! It tasted just like a Lay’s potato chip! Pretty damn good…
I was just going to give this place one star, but if you can make food sit for a year and have it taste better than the day it was made, you for sure earn an extra star.
