Awesome job on my Toyota Sienna. Dennis was punctual and professional. This was the first time I used him to detail a vehicle and I was truly impressed. I don’t usually take the time to review businesses I interact with, however, I felt it necessary this time.
I will be calling Dennis back in the future as needed. I will also be recommending him to my family and friends.

Absolutely amazing service! As a benefit at Tesla Motors, our employees have the opportunity to win a Model S and take it home for a few days. The car usually comes back super dirty but Mobile Wash & Wax has the ability to detail it to perfection where it looks like it just came fresh off the assembly line. They are professional, on-​time & super thorough. They also offer a variety of services fitting our specific company needs & they keep it honest.

Before I start, this is a long review BUT so worth your time if you’re looking for professional, amazing, thorough work by an honest, hard working, reputable man. Also, if there was an option to give more than 5 stars, I would. «5 stars» is incomparable to what Dennis did for me. But Unilocal doesn’t give me an option to give more than 5 stars. So I’ll settle for 5 stars.
On with the good stuff. I contacted Dennis on a Wednesday around 3pm to see if he had time to wash/​detail my black Audi. He was glad to do it but was afraid of losing daylight so I got him the car in about 15min and I was off. About 30 minutes later, he text me asking that I give him a call. Upon calling him, he explained to me what had been a complete mystery to me for the past several months. You see, since the end of summer 2014, I began to notice a dullness in my paint. Then I began to notice a roughness about my paint that never seemed to go away no matter how much I got it cleaned. I didn’t really mention anything to Dennis bc I figured a simple polish and wax job would do the trick.
Boy was I mistaken. Dennis was explaining to me that I had over spray, industrial fallout, and sap all over my car. THAT’S why my beautiful Audi seemed so… Dead. I had no idea of what any of what this was so Dennis explained it to me and it made perfect sense and lined up with the issues I was seeing in the paint of my Audi. Dennis assured me he was not trying to pull a fast one on me and wasn’t even talking price. He just wanted to know if I wanted him to help the issue I had. Not at one point did I ever feel like he was trying to make a bigger sale, get money out of me, or anything, at all. Ever. At this point it’s nearing 5pm in January so it’s getting dark and he needed both time and daylight if I wanted him to work on removing all the overspray, industrial fallout, and sap from all over my car. We’re talking more than a 6 hour job, here. I of course agreed to it and told him to keep my car overnight and the next day while I was at work.
You may ask… First time meeting someone and you leave your beautiful Audi with them overnight at their home? Seems risky but Dennis sent me photos of how he had my car parked, and trapped inside his driveway between his garage door and his truck, assuring my Audi was safe and that it would be well taken care of. Though I never had any fears of my car’s safety, I greatly appreciated his thoroughness and ability to stay in contact with me from the first moment we started doing business.
The next day he sent another photo showing a clean Audi, yet to be polished and really worked on, on the outside. He was just updating me and letting me know that he was beginning to work on the rough part (no pun intended).
Upon completion, he sent me more photos of my now flawless Audi… You could see the reflection of the sky in it. I was so thrilled and couldn’t wait to go get it and see it in person! So I headed on over to his place and was I surprised. My Audi looked like it had just come off the lot from Audi Oakland itself. When I walked up to it, I thought, «THAT is the car I bought…» When I sat inside, it felt, smelled, and looked cleaner, sleeker than when I sat in it at the dealership. You have no idea what it means to me to have had someone be able to do this work for me. I was seriously contemplating taking it to a paint shop to see what the issue was. I’m sure they’d have lied to me so much.
The amount of dedication and knowledge Dennis has for his clients and their vehicles is immeasurable. I can guarantee that no one and nothing else will touch my Audi except Dennis. I am so thrilled to have driven my Audi home, more proud than ever… You will not regret his work and you will be so grateful to have gained a lifelong business relationship with this guy. I know I have.

My husband bought 2 Groupon’s for Mobile Wash n Wax to use on our cars. I contacted the service and spoke with Dennis. He sounded young, but was very professional. We discussed dates and times for the details and worked out all the logistics. We exchanged cell phone numbers and I was able to confirm my appointment with him via text. The day of the details he was on time and in contact with me. I had a VW that had been abused by a car wash brush and needed attention above what the Groupon provided. I was able to negotiate that price and was beyond pleased with the end results. Dennis sent me pix via phone of the before and after result. I could not be more pleased with the details on both vehicles. This was the first time I used Mobile Wash N Wax but it will not be the last time! Great locally owned Stockton business… one to support!
