I was visiting Stockton, had to bring me a family size papa Murphy home on a five hour drive on top of ice. I wish they had one in Palmdale my favorite pizza. I give 100 stars

I put in a simple order, at least I thought so, of two pizzas, but they messed that up. When I called it in, I wasn’t taken seriously as a customer. Their customer service has gone south. They have a lot of new faces there and nobody smiles. As I wait for my order, all I can hear are employees complaining about their job. I’m never going here again. My money is better spent elsewhere.

They sure have some creative combos, but they were out of green onions and bacon tonight. How can that be?

Phone rang 10 times. Picked up and placed me on hold for 8 minutes. Asked a question and they placed me on hold 11 more minutes. Asked to speak to a Manager and placed me on hold… forget about this place. It was 4:30 on 12÷29÷14.

The value here is better than the actual pizza, but it’s still not too bad. The toppings are plentiful, and they have some thin crust options if you aren’t into the typical crust they use. I personally think the crust isn’t very good, but the toppings and price make it easy to overlook. Be sure to use a coupon and you’ll save a bit of money. Every time I go, the lady taking my order is very helpful and helps me choose the pizza sizes that will make the most of my coupon value.

Papa Murphy’s pizzas are delish! I have been a customer for a long time and I have never been disappointed. This was my first time using their drive-thru service. You can smell the aroma of the fresh ingredients when you walk in or pull up to the drive-thru. We ordered a large Murphy’s combo $ 14.00. Can become a habit because of the price. The pizza looks so good, and your mouth starts watering, you can’t wait to get it home.

Outstanding customer service! I listened to the phone call my grandmother made to order the pizza with a coupon. The worker was friendly and patient in tone of voice. I drove down with my grandfather to pick up the pizza. They were friendly and patient again when he told them he couldn’t hear so well. They repeated the offer and even gave him a frequent customer card with several stamps on it because he had misplaced his. I thought that was very professional and encouraging for more business. At home, the pizza was delicious!(cowboy pizza) Good job!

LOVE Papa Murphy’s in general, but this one has always been a favorite. Its best to call in your order before picking it up, it makes it so much easier! The employees have always been extremely nice over the phone and in person, the only times I have had them«mess up» on an order was once they accidently gave me and my guy a Family sized Vegetarian De-Lite, when i asked for a Large Regular Vegetarian so they gave it to me at cost of a large :) It’s hard for me to find a place that has GOOD Veggie Pizzas due to use of old ingredients but I imagine I wont ever have that problem here sometimes the wait to actually pay and get out the door can get a little crazy since its such a small store, and watch for the drive through people, once I almost got pummeled by someone checking out their pizza and not the road.

I’ve eaten this pizza since my consciousness on this planet. To this day Ill still get a Chicago Style cause its so darn filling for the price. The thin style is perfect for those who don’t want to fill up too much or are watching the waistline. Pizza bread is kinda lame but kids love it.

Love the drive-thru option! A little chaotic there at times but we love this place for sure.

I haven’t been here for so long that I kinda forgot it existed. When we had 3 boys living under this roof, Papa Murphy’s was a real life saver. We could even invite a friend or two of theirs over to enjoy the«Gibson Family Pizza Night» at Papa Murphy’s prices. I guess one of the reasons I got away from Papa Murphy’s is that we really don’t need a family sized pizza hanging around the house because to be totally honest, we’d eat it! The whole thing. Our metabolisms are not what they used to be and we’d like to stay well and healthy. Enter the«Delite pizza»! A super thin crust with some quality toppings like chicken, and artichoke hearts — I think I can do this kind of pizza without serious regret. A Family deLITE? Only $ 10. The last time we got pizza at Michael’s I’m sure we spent $ 25 for a large but there is one glaring difference, it’s something that in my mind makes all the difference in the world where pizza is concerned, the crust. If you just want the” idea” of pizza with out ordering a pizza bowl(is there such a thing)?, all the awesome toppings and don’t care a great deal about the crust, Papa Murphy’s really is a very good deal! Okay, so I just checked the nutrition on my so called deLITE family sized chicken, artichoke pizza… the only difference between deLITE and it’s think crust cousin is definitely carbs… not fat and not calories! Oh bother!

I love Papa Murphy’s pizza. I think I’ve tried them all, but we’ve been ordering the thin crust chicken bacon artichoke for the last couple of years. It’s great.

The pizza here were very fresh, although I had to wait quite a while to be rung up. Ended up ordering the thin crust chicken bacon artichoke and the big murphy stuffed pizza. For the price it was worth baking at home. The thin crust pizza was really good. However, I wished there was more spinach and a little less salty. It took about 15 minutes to bake(came with instructions, pretty accurate). The stuffed pizza was really good, probably gained 5 pounds from it. It was stuffed with so many ingredients and you can taste each flavor. 30 minutes to bake. As a note, their family size pizza was comparable to a large elsewhere. I say order a few and freeze them :-)

Agree with Dale — although I have visited the one in Galt — actually really like the very thin crust — their web site has directions for grilling the pizza — which is what I want to try soon! Call in your order and then just go pick it up — turn the stove on before you leave and when you get back it will be heated and ready for your pizza — is like 20 minutes from there to tasty — hot pizza — a little ranch dressing on the side — mmm Oh and the cookie dough is not bad either.

Wow. a great place to get pizza and no one has reviewed it yet? It is a great product for a reasonable price. Yes, you have to bake it but look at the cost savings and the freshness. Could it get any better? They pile on generous amounts of quality ingredients. Their family style pizza includes over ONEPOUND of cheese! Be on the look out for coupons. They have some great deals. About freezing an unbaked pizza… don’t! They do not recommend it, but I tried it anyway. Now I know why.haha. Update: I read that another Unilocaler uses a pizza stone in the oven. preheating the oven/stone to 500 degrees for 15 minutes then following the directions… says it makes a great crust! Thanks to Rick D for that tip!
