Manager guy takes money and then checks a pizza without washing his hands. Not really a sanitary place

My experience here 3 months ago was awful. I mentioned in the past that I had ordered a pan crust Maui Zaui and the crust was not cooked all the way. Today, I have returned to give this place another shot. I’m currently in the area so I decided to make a quick stop at Round Table to get my FREE pizza. Dana is the restaurant manager who helped me through this process. I showed him the message I had received from Tiffany from their business customer service. I placed my order and I was told that the wait time was 15 – 20 minutes. I was a happy customer not only because I received a FREE pizza but also because my pizza was actually cooked right this time. Customer service jobs can be a pain but if you fail to deliver your product the way it should then there is a reason to complain. At last I can finally enjoy my pizza!

I signed up online and put my order in. Transaction went fine. However me and my entire family have been extremely sick, throwing up and having to use the restroom multiple times. We spent $ 50 for sunday dinner here and got sick from the food! This sucks, and my poor children are miserable!

Dirty, nasty, filthy and disgusting. Dining tables were all dirty despite only a few customers in the place. Had to ask to get a table cleaned. Cleaned, it wasn’t. I had to wipe down the wet, sticky mess that was left behind. On a positive note, the pizza and the salad bar were excellent. Ingredients were fresh and everything was the right temperature. I left feedback through their website regarding this experience and nobody has responded. Their prices are high, in my opinion. I expect better, like I have seen from this location in the past. Worst part, the same booths just inside the door when I came in that were filthy and covered in food, dishes and trash were exactly the same when I left an hour later.

Ordered online with a gift card I got. Was very easy. Soon as I ordered they called me to ask how I paid. Apparently gift cards are new and the system wasn’t checking them right. After he couldn’t find my GC info I said I’d give it to the delivery guy. Pizza was on time but they called again saying they couldn’t find my house even tho I gave clear instructions. Pizza was very flat and had no sauce. I’m glad the money didn’t come out of my pocket. Way over priced. I’ll stick with Eddie’s.

I had a similar experience ordering as Ashleigh A. I ordered online for pickup one day with the estimated wait time being 20 minutes. My girl was in the area close to this location and I figured she could just pick it up on her way home. She went in to pick it up at the 20 minute mark but it wasn’t to go. Apparently the manager had gotten back after his break and she brought to his attention that it was ordered online awhile ago and she had already been waiting. The manager got a bit angry at his staff and asked them why it wasn’t even started on. He wasn’t rude to my girl at all, instead he offered to comp the pizza because the workers started in on it one she arrived. Long story short, she had to wait an additional amount of time. It was handled professionally by management. This happened months ago, but we continued coming it despite the bad experience. The time after the bad experience, the workers preparing the pizza recognized the name of the online order. I guess when she walked in she heard a remark like, ‘oh it’s her’. Hinting that they better of prepped the meal correctly or else their manager is going to get on their asses about it. It made her uncomfortable because she didn’t want to come off as a bitchy person the first time around. The first time around just happened to be that the staff didn’t see the online order. Of course if your manager gets on your case about not having a pie ready to go on time, you are going to remember to make the meal on point each time. She told me about how she heard the small comment and started making me go in to pick up our pizzas here from there on out. It’s awkward a couple staff members made her feel bad to the point where she doesn’t want to walk in to pick up the pizza when it wasn’t her fault they messed up in the first place. Whether it’s a joke between the 2 – 3 people making the pizzas in the back or not, I hope they cut it out. Regardless of any issues, we are repeat customers of this place. We’ve ordered here on numerous occasions afterwards because we sincerely enjoy the pizza here. There’s dozens of pizza joints in town, some even located geographically more closely to us than this location. I’ve never felt disrespected or anything like that from any of the staff. They’re just doing what they can to keep up with the amount of volume this location gets. The staff service isn’t going to blow your mind here. It’s as good as you can expect from a standard pizza chain. If you can, I highly recommend ordering online. There’s decent coupon codes you can dig up if you hunt around. I don’t want to come off as a cheapskate here, but this place is one of the priciest in town for pizza. A large pepperoni pizza comes out to $ 21.99 online, and if you don’t have a discount code, you’re going to be paying around $ 23 for it. You look at the deals other pizza chains have going on around town. Even non-chains like David’s Pizza or VIP Pizza that offer higher quality food(in my opinion) that are cheaper. Still I’ll order pizza here once in awhile.

I ordered online for a delivery, it said it would be delivered in 40 min. I only like around the corner from the place but after an hour I got concerned since I hadn’t heard anything about my pizza delivery. I called to check the status and I was told mine was out for delivery with the driver. Awesome! Pizzas coming! 20 min later… no pizza. I called back and the lady asked for my address to see the status and told me that because I ordered online it can take up to 2 hours for delivery. Uh what? It said It would be 40 min. not 2 hours. I asked if my pizza had even been cooked up she said that my pizza is ready and as soon as the driver returns, it’ll be on its way. Ok cool, people make mistakes, I get it. I hang up and my boyfriend said we should just go pick it up instead since its only a 5 min drive, I said ok, I’ll call back and let them know I’ll just pick it up. When I called back the lady said they didn’t have an order under my name and my pizza was not there. I told her I just spoke to her 45 seconds ago about the same pizza and she stuttered and said oh I think your pizza is on its way! So my pizza was picked up and on its way to me in 45 seconds? Ok, sure lets see if thats true. Its been 30 min since I spoke to them. Still no pizza. Horrible customer service. Absolutely over priced.$ 40 for a pizza. ANDITCANTEVENBEDELIVEREDONTIME.

Ordered large pepperoni pizza with 1⁄3 the amount of cheese. So bascially i said no more than 4 ounces of cheese. Original crust… DELICIOUS!!! Followed my instructions and when the customer is happy… You get a great Unilocal review. Also, when ordering take out via telephone, i spoke to a friendly customer rep and he was very polite when i asked about typical cheese amounts and lol we worked as a team to caliberate the ounces of cheese that would be to my liking. :]

We are from outa town, first time at this establishment. We arrived and waited before they took our order. Very friendly but extremely slow. This business is in need of a new manager to motivate their staff. It was very entertaining watching the client demand a full refund. Very sad. We saw at least 6 customers walk out. 08÷21÷14 oh my goodness! we don’t even have our food yet and I’m not sure if we’ll ever be back. dear assistant manager: I get it. life happens. but your personal issues should never interfere with your ability to do your job. you were rude and dismissive and that is unacceptable. dear«Shift Supervisor»: no one dining in tonight needed to know how much you hate your boss. your constant yelling was disruptive and unnecessary. you are a leader and I’m sorry that the people who work under you had to endure you criticizing their boss. that should never happen. period. the food: it’s pizza. can’t really mess it up. and although it’s not the grease type of pizza you get elsewhere, it did not taste as good the next day. verdict: never again! side note: this was our third visit/order from this location.

I love this place. The pizza tastes the same as any other round table. But the manager here is always so nice and courteous. He always welcomes us joyfully and continues to keep a great atmosphere while dinning. Highly recommend coming here for their lunch buffet special. It won’t disappoint.

Buffet salad was gross. The rest of the salad bar was stocked fresh unfortunately not the lettuce. I went to buffet for pizza and all there was was two slices sitting there for a half hour. If you were going to have a buffet and advertise as a buffet you may want to have more than two slices of pizza. Think about putting whole pizzas up there ! Your employee Darren assured me that there would be pizza out soon so I waited 30 minutes and still no pizza. He said they had a busy morning but when you have a buffet I do believe you should assume that it would be busy and have pizzas ready to go out when it is empty. Or maybe the five employees that were working should have noticed that there was no pizza and lots of people waiting. After waiting for a half-hour I had no more time to wait on my lunch break and had to leave. I can assure you I will never visit this place again. Payed for a lunch I did not get to eat because of the employees ignorance ! Bad business Roundtable shame on you !

This place is top notch with *Natalie* at the helm. The pizza is great! The salad bar stays neat, clean and well provisioned. When we come we enjoy the variety that pleases everyone. Pizza, wings and, of course, the salad bar! The kids enjoy the games. My recommendation is to enjoy your visit and when you see Natalie tell her you saw this review on Unilocal!and that we say she’s highly recommended! Thanks Natalie! … and Round Table Pizza! ;)

Came in on a busy Friday night. The lady at the front accidentally charged more breadsticks. The gave me a partial refund back for it and let me keep the extra breadsticks. All staff Very friendly and attentive to your needs

Not impressed with service. We got there just before lunch rush and they had more empty pizza pans then pizza. They did plan the lunch rush well. Several times my wife and kids went to get more and there were no veggie pizza. The salad bar was stacked too deep, so several items were mixed. For example there was ham chunks in the broccoli. Several of the meat pizzas were very good.

Always fresh pizzas. You can even request to modify your toppings. I always ask for extra garlic when i order chicken gourmet. Service is good as well, specially the people that actually knows you already. Place is good for big groups. If your a regular here like me, they will actually remember your order and very accurate when they make it. highly recommend this place.

It was alright. Stood in line for 5 mins cos the customer and lady were talking forever about their personal life. I finally ordered a large gourmet chicken pizza and bread sticks, dished out 40 $ and found a seat. The breadsticks didn’t take long but they were not the best. 2.5 stars. The pizza was delish! Except the fact that it was super greasy. And the guy that brought it to us didn’t make eye contact or say anything until we left. He told us that the free lollipops were 20 $ each. I guess trying to flirt with my friend. Too late buddy. Great after work lunch but not great customer service.
