Just got off the phone today with Adam one of the worst experience every from «a professional manager» he is extremely rude and unprofessional, the way he spoke to me was condescending and discourteous, every time I tried to speak he would talk over me. My sister have experienced they same kind of treatment from that sick jerk. Adam really needs to learn some customer service skills because Walgreens on Kelley Drive will lose a lot of customer. I am contacting Walgreens corporate office to complain and ask that they launch a full investigation on him. I truly believe he’s psychopathic. He is pure evil. I strongly advise everyone that get their medications from Walgreens on Kelley Drive, you need to transfer to another Pharmacy. Once Walgreens received enough complaints and people stop using that pharmacy Walgreens will have no other choice but to fire that imbecile.

I honestly love and appreciate the staff however their Pharmacy department is HORRIBLE. Walgreens a pharmacy store, how is it that all the other departments are wonderful EXCEPT the pharmacy? Defeats it’s purpose. Horrible customer service and communications. I’ve been trying to get a medication for my daughter since Thursday and it’s now Sunday. Just plain stupid. I honestly hope they hire new staff or do something about this.

My family has been with this Walgreens since it opened. This Walgreens has a Pharmacy Manager by the name of Pha Chhoeun who is very rude and unprofessional. On 8÷8÷15 He got into a very loud verbal argument with my husband. It was very embarrassing, and I couldn’t believe Pha was talking over my husband and not listening to what the problem was. When you choose the health care profession you need to be able to deal with all kinds of patients; those dealing with pain, or frustration over health care issues. He actually told us that we could take our prescription somewhere else to get filled. So, I took his advice and transferred all my scripts to CVS. I’m not sure Pha believes in Walgreen’s motto of being «Happy and Healthy».

So happy there’s a go to store that’s open 24 hours. I usually stop here once a week for a least something I need.
The store is very clean and well taken care of. They have a great beauty section.
Staff is friendly and willing to help. Im always greeted as soon as I walk in.

This is a newer store right by my local gym and not far from my house. It’s located at the corner of Kelly Drive and Hammer Lane. I’ve tried it a few times in the past but I needed a few strands of X-​mas lights for my tree so I ran over and they had what I needed and it was on sale. I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the counter person was. I have never gotten this type of attention before at a Walgreens. Unrushed, she explained everything to me about their rewards program, gave me some good tips and sent me on my way with a friendly greeting. I will be coming back to this store if nothing else, the great costumer service. It is bright, clean and fully stocked with the usual stuff you would expect at a Walgreens.

Totally inconsiderate, unprofessional, uncompassionate people. Pha Chhoeun the pharmacy manager laughed in my face and said wow when I explained that my father is on hospice in dire need of his pain medication for an emergent 4 day supply. Pha was totally rude and disrespectful and told me that I could pay for it. I explained his chuckle which lacked customer service and I would immediately be coming in to speak with the store manager Robert Hendrix. Awful people. This is why I use CVS!

Great place to get last minute things! But you can get better deal at other places. Employees are not to helpful but still great place to come especially because the are open 24 hrs

Walgreens is like a tumor that is sprouting on every five blocks.
This Walgreens seems small compared to other Walgreens I’ve been to. I don’t like the placement of check-​out though. All cash registers are on one counter alongside the window with one line. I hate standing in a single line and having to pay attention to which cashier is calling me – I’d rather be daydreaming. It’s like waiting for your # to be called at the DMV. Why can’t we just pick a cashier to line up at like a normal grocery line?
Oh well, whatevers.
Other than my nitpickin’ check-​out problem, this Walgreens gets some ghetto Kelley Drive folks along with customers that come in with workout clothes smelling like a sweaty gym sock.
Pharmacy is great. just don’t piss those people off who fill your meds. they’ll make you wait longer ;)

This Walgreens just opened a couple of months ago. It’s a lot smaller than most Walgreen. It is surrounded by my favorite restaurants. Good to have a Walgreens around the area, for last minute pick up.

A Walgreen is a Walgreens, right?
There seems to be more Walgreens now than McDonalds… there are now three alone on Hammer Lane in Stockton. Why do I go to this location? It’s closest to where I live.
What sucks about this location? Just that… the location. Its on the corner of Hammer Lane and Kelly Drive. If you live in Stockton you know what kind of neighborhood Kelly Drive is. I don’t always feel completely safe coming here.
Plus they knocked down HAMMER SKATE to build this.
Besides that, I come here mostly because of the pharmacy… this location isn’t open 24 hours like the one down the street, but I really don’t like going to Walgreens to get prescriptions at midnight anyways…
The manager of the pharmacy here is awesome! He’s a younger guy and every single time he has helped me the customer service was exceptional. I transfered a prescription over tonight from Target and when I went to pick it up he had a 25 dollar gift card ready for me just for the transfer. I didn’t even have to ask.

Well it seemed like this place was never goin to open. But thank goodness it finally did! With S-​mart closing down not too long ago it’s nice to have a place llike this around, although it seems like drugstores (Walgreen’s, CVS, Rite Aid) are popping up like liquor stores now. One on damn near every corner.
The only bad thing is this location isn’t 24hrs, but hey in this day and age (especially in Stockton) you can’t really blame them.
