Always get wonderful service here, they know exactly what I want when I want it and best of all I love the negro that comes in here !

Wings are good, service is good, and that’s about all you can expect. I’m not much of a lemon pepper girl nor am I a spicy fan, so I always stick to my usual — Garlic Parmesan, Hickory BBQ, Hawaiian, and Teriyaki. Please do not get boneless wings. You’re missing out. Seriously.
The fries here are always a miss. Always limp and soggy and salty! Whenever I do order fries I make sure to order it with no salt because they over salt the fries like crazy. I don’t understand why I keep ordering the fries here. I guess I never seem to learn my lesson since I’m disappointed every time.
This place is great for the late night munchies, and it’s about one of the only places open late here in the Northside of Stockton. Also a great place to chill with friends. If you’re in a big group, keep in mind that finding a place to sit will be difficult considering that they only have one large table and the place is pretty dang small. Friday and weekend nights are always busy, so plan ahead or order online to-​go.

Horrible service! I ordered online then waited the expected 15 – 20 min before going in for pick up. When I got there, there were a few people that had just walked into order. Everyone walked out before I did and I waited an additional 20 min to get my food when all I ordered was a 10 piece!!! No apology, no service recovery action– nothing. And sad to say, this isn’t the first time this location has done this to me!!! Have to say I WILL NOT be back!

They now offer military discounts and do a terrific job draining the chicken grease out the bottom of the basket before serving it to you. I suggest calling in your order before getting there so that you get your food on time when you arrive.

I came here at lunch time for the wings combo and left feeling very sick for a few hours. Felt nauseous and light headed. I had the Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan. Sad to say, but I will never be back to this location.

Love their lemon pepper wings, but recently it’s been so salty to the point where I felt like I was just eating plain salt… maybe it’s just this Wingstop? The fries are always cold… Customer service is alright.

What can I say? This is the place I go for when I want some good wings! This location is awesome and really really enjoy the mango habanero flavor wings. Just the right amount of spice and sweetness in one nice juicy bite! Come by and check out the crew here very friendly and also the selection of beer is good too for that cold refreshment after the heat from the wings.

This place is still my go-​to wing place. Love the fries! Would recommend lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, and BBQ flavored wings with honey mustard dipping sauce.
Also, the service is always great. Workers are super friendly and welcome me every time I come in.
Definitely recommend the wing flavors here over Buffalo Wild Wings.

Good place, I go here pretty often because I live just two minutes away. The food is good and the customer service is excellent.

After reviewing the Wing Stop in Manteca and the Buffalo Wild Wings here in Stockton, it only made sense to give the Wing Stop in here in town a review. I came in today and ordered and the food was great. Staff was friendly and my food wasn’t as drenched in oil like how it usually is at the Manteca location. They were generous on the fries to where I couldn’t finish them.
Only recommendation I have is put the fountain drinks out on the floor where the customers can get their own drinks. The only time it makes sense for the staff to pour your drink for you is if it’s something custom or if you’re ordering through the drive thru. Customers may feel it a inconvenience to ask for a refill when everyone is in the back preparing food. Also, if there’s a long line you’re more than likely to be waiting to get your drink refilled while the workers are putting in orders and filling up drinks for incoming customers. Allowing customers to pour their own drinks will cut down on a few seconds each drink adding to better usage of production time of the employees.
Either way, the food was good and this is a clean location. I’ll definitely be back for more!

The day after Christmas and got to get my wingstop on.
The night crew is awesome. I called at 11:45 still doing phone orders and still they were quick and super nice. They remembered my name which is something most places do not do anymore.
I have tried wingzone, buffalo wind wings, but wingstop always is the most consistent and generally think the flavors are better here.

Worst wait ever! Fries were cold & customer services suck! Won’t be coming here anymore

Meal not measuring up to price. Skimpy wings as some have commented. The sides lack appeal and flavor. Bread is a flop! Will u be going back… ummm NO.

We went in with great expectations. Overall the wings were pretty good, a few did seem over cooked. I just think that a wing place should have super wings, it’s their specialty. The service we saw was what you would expect from a fast food drive-​in. Hope I’m not being too tough.

Usually when i order here the food is always fresh and delicious. Tonight seemed like the fries were sitting out too long and the wings were over cooked. My fries and wings were hard as rocks. My husband and i barely touched our food. Very disappointed.

I wish I could give zero stars but that’s not possible. I went into order some food since the gf, I, and the dog were going to be driving for awhile. Ordered boneless wings and some fries. After watching all the people who were ordering get their food before me I went and stood by the register. All of the employees working came up to me individually to see what I needed, I told them that I was waiting for my order. It seems like they forgot about the order entirely and 35 minutes later I get my order. The order was wrong, it was not boneless but instead bone’in. I went to take my order back and have them refund me but no one there had the training or education to refund an order. They called there manager and had her/​him talk the employee how to refund an order. Also the girlfriend and the dog were waiting in the car for over and hour just because of there mistakes and lack of training.
This is the worst wing stop I have ever been too and I will never eat at another wing stop because of the awful service that was provided.

Came here because BWW had an hour and a half wait. I now see why wing stop didn’t have any wait, during the basketball playoffs.
15 $ for 15 piece wings.
Mild and garlic Parmesan.
Ok both were extremely dry.
Sauce of the mild was flavorless
And the garlic Parmesan was basically plain wings with a ton of canned Parmesan cheese on top.
Next time I’ll just wait the hour for my wing fix. This place really went down hill.
Also, the girls working the counter look and act like they hate their job. Really makes you not want to order anything.

Our family loves chicken wings… Unfortunately Wing Stop is the closest place to home to pick them up for a quick dinner… Every time we want to give them a chance we end up disappointed. Tonight was like the last few times we’ve ordered… The wings had little to no meat on them. We ordered the fries «well-​done» and they were limp…
The only plus is that they’ve add a selection for flavors of fries.

Horrible customer service!!!
What’s the point of having WiFi if customers can’t use it. And the food is way overpriced. FAIL!!!
