McDonald’s

Went out of our way to go to this one instead of the other one on the opposite side of 24, since this one had a higher star rating. Ordered breakfast, got a sausage McMuffin with no meat and two underdone hash browns. Pretty sure they had just one person working in the entire place, based on how long it took and that we literally saw only one person in there — working both the front counter and the drive thru. But we went back thru the line and they fixed it quickly and with a good attitude!

Best McDonald’s around… and biggest. This is the late night hot spot that my friends and I used to hit up on our way home from the bar or club. Yes, Micky D’s the only place around open 24 hrs. It’s been awhile since those days and the chain has updated this building drastically. The play area is the biggest I’ve seen and the inside is very clean. There are a couple of drive thrus beside a large parking lot, and the staff is usually very nice and efficient. No screw ups to speak of.

I never thought I would write a review about MacDonald’s, but this place deserves it. This place is the best MacDonald’s I have ever seen. I took my 2 year old grandbaby here as I know all kids love fries and nuggets. I have never seen a MacDonald’s like this and it has become my go-​to place for lunch with my grandbaby. There are two MacDonald’s closer to me than the one in Stoughton, and I go out of my way to visit this restaurant. It is impeccably clean and every time I am there I see someone sweeping and cleaning. It has art on the walls and chandeliers. The counter staff is quick, efficient and friendly. It is kid and adult friendly. There are two partition walls in it. The middle section has a TV with cartoons on and the back section has a two story high play area. Kids can have their fun (and the parents can relax) in the back two areas, and adults who do not want to be near kids can stay in the front area. They even pack the kids meals better than other locations. Bathroom is clean and has a changing station, which is missing from the locations that are closer to me.

So my granddaughter and I just went to the circus in town and on the way back wanted to grab a bite to eat. She’s 5 years old and I get it, it’s late and they don’t have the prize she wants in the happy meals. No one has said hi to us or thank you for coming. We order out meals, cheeseburger with just ketchup, fries and apples and a mcdouble. Not that hard. 3 times they asked me what to drink. When we finally sit down after they enjoy chilling and chatting her burger is wrong. I go back up and tell them this is not what I ordered and he’s kinda yells then what did you order and not another word. He hands me the Niger white talking to someone else, again not a thank you or I’m sorry I messed up your order. For the amount I pay to have no one talk or act like we are here, I can go some place else. You guys SUCK! See ya never

I wish I could give no stars. Absolutely horrible service the past two times my fiancée and I went here. Our most recent trip, I ordered a strawberry milkshake and she ordered an m&m mcflurry. After waiting 10 minutes with only one car in front of us in the drive-​thru we pulled up to the window, and nobody was there to greet us or say anything. After waiting another couple minutes a woman opened the window and handed me the m&m mcflurry, saying nothing. It was just vanilla ice cream with m&m’s on top of it, not mixed at all. So, how did my shake come out? You guessed it. Strawberry syrup on the bottom, vanilla ice cream on top, unmixed. Not only does this McDonalds take no pride in any type of customer service, but they have no idea how to create the food they are said to produce. Clearly the manager and, assuming this is a franchise, the franchisee just don’t care. This is a joke of an establishment.

I really like this McDonald’s location, as it is close to y house and I come here when I am in the mood for a McDonald’s meal!
The man taking my order was sweet and professional. He got my order correct.
I ate next to the kids play ground room, it was nice to see that kids having a good time. This is a great place to take the kids for a fun lunch or dinner!
The cleanliness of this McDonald’s was top notch, and I had a pleasant experience. The pictures on the wall really added to my experience!
I enjoy the free refills on soda, iced tea and juice. My grilled sweet chili chicken wrap was also top notch! I will be back for more!

This McDonalds has the new 2 lane drive thru & every time I have stopped in its SWAMPED… Must be the area but its always packed… But its McDonalds, you know what you are going to get!

After shopping at the Ikea in Stoughton, we stopped by McDonald’s drive-​thru for some food before driving back to Holyoke, MA.
I got a quarter pounder with lettuce, tomato, and ketchup and had to pay for a quater pounder with cheese since the drive-​thru teller said there was no other option. $ 3.99 for a quarter pounder with cheese seems expensive to me. We also got a 10-​piece chicken mc nuggets combo and were on our way.
The food came out ok, but the fries didn’t seem as fresh as I would have liked… thus two stars for the fries and my burger, which was good, but a bit on the expensive side.
Not much else to say.
