All Seasons RV

Called 5 days ago for a trailer hitch quote for our Cadillac SUV, and had to leave a message. Called back the next day as I did not hear back from them and gave them exactly what I was looking for. That was on Tuesday today is now Friday and I have still not heard back from them. I am actually now getting the trailer hitch installed at a wonderful place close by and highly recommend JTI Inc in Oakwood Village.

Got lots of spare money you don’t need? Want to pay top dollar?
Be an uninformed fool like I was and by an RV here.
Otherwise, be smart and go anywhere else!
The first camper I bought here was a new Shasta. It had more leaks than a hunk of Swiss cheese. To their credit, they took it back. Confusing math made it impossible to figure out how much of a refund I actually got. It was supposed to be full price. They are really slick when it comes to talking numbers though.
The replacement camper was a top of the line Open Range. This one has also had many problems. After one season here in Cleveland (stationary at a campground), I had it moved permanently to Florida. Before leaving, I had them check it out. All they did was wash the roof and hand me a huge bill. The first few months in Florida, I spent over $ 2000 fixing leaks and replacing cheap valves and other parts. The stabilizers and tongue motor didn’t work either.
After I got to Florida, I found a couple who had our same camper. They had the same problems. And after comparing sales contracts, I am embarrassed to admit that I paid almost $ 8,000 more for my camper than they did. This included the supposed refund of my full purchase price on the leaky Shasta.
Update: Two years after I got it, I had to replace both of the junk flat screen TVs. That cost me $ 1,500!
Two things I will never do again: 1. spend any money at this dealership. 2. Buy an Open Range Camper. Both are worthless.

I go here for parts for my RV. Have always had a good experience, getting what I needed at a fair price. Friendly, knowledgeable service. I have never bought an RV from them, but will consider buying my next one from them.
