Fucking terrible. Rick is a jackass. If I could give zero stars I would. Every instrument in there is broken to hell and prices are unreasonable for the broken product. Don’t know why this place hasn’t gone out of business yet. Probably because of all the kids around that don’t know what a Sam Ash or a Guitar Center is.

I’ve had a few great experiences with Guitar shack over the last few years. They usually have some quirky old gear, which tend to look for first. They recently moved in to a new, larger space that has more room, as well as a hangout area. This side has pool tables, a stage and more. I always feel like I’m treated right when I go here. They do prefer cash, so just know that going in.
I’ve take a few things in for repair and they always do a good job for much less than the bigger music store chains. Rick, the owner is also a really cool guy.
