This is for Best Buy in general. What an insult they are to the concept of customer service. I ordered a printer late evening Dec 31 as I wanted payment to be in 2015 for tax reasons. I had an «online promotional code» for 10% off. I tried entering the number in the appropriate place online and received a message that it would not accept the code. After trying several times, I assumed the product I was purchasing did not qualify for the discount so I continued and later called the«customer service» line and asked if the item qualified — it did, indeed. I asked if they could add the coupon code to the order and they said they could do nothing for me. The attitude was completely uncaring. I asked to speak with a supervisor and, after an extremely long wait, was transferred to a worthless person. He said they would do nothing and when I expressed my displeasure, he said(in a very snarky tone), «Have a wonderful day. Never an apology for the inconcenience or lack of their system working.

I will keep this brief. The store itself is OK, not really sure how it would rank today. But I have a pretty good knowledge of IT stuff and this place has NO idea what they have. I called and have been disconnected or rudely treated over the phone almost every single time. The reviews on here are very sad to see because I am not the only one that experiences this. You would have had a HUGE order if you would have just been polite and known what I was asking about, but I went to Amazon who delivered it to my door and was a little cheaper than you. You will never see me again!

Lol WOW! If you need to pick something up or return something, be prepared for awful customer service. It is 100% clear that they don’t care about you or helping you. My husband got a lovely eyeroll when they fulfilled his order incorrectly. Like it was his fault??? On top of that, I watched an older woman beside us bring in a laptop she said she was having trouble with. The service rep shrugged and said, «have you even plugged it in?» I understand that working retail isn’t totally awesome, but if you are going to treat every customer like crap, consider a new line of work. No one goes to Best Buy to be insulted by an employee who’s in a terrible mood. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional, AND it’s why my husband and I usually rely on Amazon. At least we won’t get treated like idiots there.

My girlfriend recently went to this location to purchase a new head unit for her car so she could speak via Bluetooth through her speakers. She called me after it was installed and she was so happy. As I expected because I buy all the laptops for my company here at this location this year we got three dells at 1k a piece. Well when she kept trying to figure out how to talk through her head unit come to find out it didn’t have this capability we called the store and they would exchange it out but charge is all over again for the install etc…(100 $ an hour LMAO!!) They explained she should have requested a walk through! Are you kidding me? On what planet would a young female go purchase a stereo and any self respecting guy or manager at that matter wouldn’t explain to her what she purchased without having to formally request a walk through? BUYERBEWARE go to installation station as that’s where me her and all my associates from my company will be going in the future! What a shame that you can’t rely on a company with a reputation of best buy to make good on installing the head unit my girlfriend thought she was purchasing. I WILLNEVERGOTOBESTBUYAGAIN!!! And will be contacting BBB for preying on a female with 0 knowledge on stereos that’s why she thought she could trust best buy! I’ve mostly had very good experiences here with the staff being knowledgeable and very help full. Three stars however because when I did go to return something, one of the customer care Representatives was very helpful the other one who actually handled the exchange acted as if I was committing a crime by returning The item. Since the rest of the stuff I’ve dealt with was really easy and pleasant, I’ll chalk this up to one disgruntled employee.

Based on the experience my husband and I had with the employee(s), Clinton in particular and management(Rob in particular) and a young woman at Customer Service, we will not be doing business with Best Buy in the future. These people, were rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. The only people to deal with is the Geek Squad(Oscar and Kyle were in every way what Clinton, Rob and the woman at Customer Service were not. By the way it was worse at this store but when we placed an on-line order for a gas dryer… the woman who took the order asked me what the difference was between GAS and ELECTRIC. Where did Best Buy find their employees?

Very poor service! I scheduled an appointment at have Dynamat installed on my front doors and was quoted $ 80. I was very specific stating I would be bringing my own Dynamat and even paid upfront. When I arrived I was told I did not state i was bringing my own materials and had been misquoted. I would need to pay an additional $ 80 to get the service I paid for or «I could have one door done» to quote the tech. I got my money back but even that was a hassle. The install bay charges $ 25 for every 15 minutes($ 100/hour); gimme a friggin break!

Management… please take a better look at your employees. I brought a defective camera into Best Buy, only to be told by a loud rude girl at customer service that she would not test the camera unless I first purchased a cable to connect it to the computer. Really? Best Buy does not even have a common cable to test their equipment? I asked the same girl where the cables were, and she said, «I dont have time to show you. Find it yourself. » Long story short, I took my business to Walmart. where they fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Best Buy, you are driving customers away.

What a week! Our two shopping trips went terribly wrong in my opinion. I needed to return my damaged tablet. Original receipt in hand complete with there full replacement warrantee. No problem with this return. BUT… There is a but! But the docking station that was purchased for this tablet is another story. The store refused to return it. The general manager Rob was rude and should not be in charge of a store. The warrantee did not cover this part. I was never told this actually we were sold that everything was covered. So four phone calls to customer service and having it escalated I was negotiated with. The girl on the phone says she will give me $ 75.00 if I meet her half way. What??? $ 150.00 docking station and they refused to give me the full amount. She explained that it was very expensive and Best Buy could not bear the expense. LOL!!! I would never believe this if it did not happen to me. I was allowed to keep the D.S. and she would send me $ 75.00, amazing! We will never buy anything from Best Buy unless it is covered by a full money back warrantee. No customer service whatsoever.
