We stopped in to pick up some Styrofoam glue. I know it was Christmas time but wow what a s**t hole. Something has happened to this location that has not been favorable to it. It just felt junkie. The front end line up for the registers felt like you were being corralled like a herd of cows. We did not like that. Won’t be returning for a while.

Black Mountain, NC
This is a great Michaels store. Lots of selection, everything is well-​organized, and I can always get some great finds for super cheap or on clearance. Near the front checkout lanes there are bins and bins of really awesome $ 1 stationery and other goodies.
Fun to go with no agenda, and just wander from aisle to aisle and catching new ideas.
If you are into silk flowers, the selection here is huge.
