Clean shop, good prices and John is great (the dog is cute too). He stayed open late so that I could get a quick fix for my commuter — I would’ve been screwed otherwise. Just moved to the area and they are definitely my new bike shop.

John is the best!!! I have been going to him for over 10 year and countless bikes. Bike shops are like a mechanic and car dealer, one has to be careful, although, this is NOT THE CASE with Pro Cycles. John and all of his staff are honest to the T. This shop will NEVER over charge you or sell you what is not necessary for what you want. If what ever you need is not in stock john will do what ever he can to get what you need or the equivalent. Over 5 years ago I moved to Miami (one thing Miami is not lacking is bike shops) and still to this day for any major work I need or large purchases I make the trip to john. Due to the fact that no other shop will treat you with the same respect and dignity that john will give you. Lastly, John and his staff treat all customers the same no matter if you spend 50 or 5000. To John loyal customer is loyal customer. Only, 1% of businesses are like John’s and he has always run his business like this. I have spent a lot of time in his shop growing up and I have never seen him treat a customer bad or rudely. So, if you are a recreational cyclist, looking for a kids bike or the hardcore triathlete/​roadie, go by and see John and his staff its worth the tip. I know it is worth the 110 mile trip I make is.

This is THE place to purchase a bike and accessories! John and his sister, Barbara (and the super sweet dog), offer exceptional customer service, quality products and bike expertise that is a rare find. Cyclists themselves, they seem to know just what you need to make your experience better, whether you’re just cruising to Publix for a sandwich or going for a serious fitness ride. I purchased my first bike last May and just bought my husband his for Christmas. You won’t get Walmart prices but you will get the best quality product for your lifestyle at a price that fits your budget. They also offer a discount for paying cash. Everyone who comes in the door is treated like a friend. Great people, great products, great service.
