These guys are great. Helpful yet not pushy; knowledgeable without making you feel stupid. You can tell they go all out to make sure their customers are happy. It’s also apparent that they simply love bikes. I’m glad to have them as my local bike shop.

stopped by during the summer, talked to Brian — very knowledgeable and friendly guy.
Usually I take my tarmac to Louis shop (sprockets) for tune ups, but the crew is so friendly so I might drop it there when I am back. Plus they have a shop dog — now how cool is that!
Hopefully things will work out for them — its a tough industry for sure

Beyond bikes was a hidden gem. A bit hard to find but once there, everything you could ask for is at your fingertips. Clean organized and friendly is the feeling you get. The owners were super nice to me after a million questions and even added all the accessories to the bike I had purchased off CL. Checked to make sure it was safe to ride and informed me of the dos and donts. Being new into the sport it can get expensive to get everything at once. Julie (hope I spelled it right) helped me with the choices to be made. Items in all price ranges. But never made me feel pressured to buy anything. It was a great experience. I’ll def be back there for the next few things I’ll be needing. Thanks guys !!

We are new in town, needed a bike shop. Took my wife’s bike to the shop to see if they could fix the front dérailleur. After checking they decided that we needed a new chain & rear cogs too. Several days later we picked up the bike, cost us $ 200 but we were happy to have it fixed. Next day we had a ride planned, well the front dérailleur still did not work, & now the chain was skipping & jumping all over the place. Took the bike back on in, they still could not figure out what exactly was wrong. Mike (who is a very nice guy) finally said to us that the front shifter needed to be fixed, he agreed to replace it for free, & also fix the problem with the chain. The bike now works great. Not sure if we found our new bike shop. I would really like to have complete trust in my bike mechanic, to get it right the first time. Maybe we will give them another chance

A really eager and friendly crew has taken over from Bike Street USA. I really liked Bike Street, but it was mostly for the staff and they have seemed to have kept that enthusiasm that I dug. Approachable, knowledgeable, and not all condescending. They did switch the flagship brand from Cannondale to Trek, not a biggie, just a note.
