They treated me nicely and had stuff on sale. I got a great price on a Kryt kit. Yeah maybe you can get stuff cheaper surfing the net but we need local B&M shops so I would recommend frequenting them and buying some supplies etcetera. Very nice folks in my experience.

Friendly staff that doesn’t try to upsell me on anything. They also don’t treat me like an idiot simply because I’m female(which other shops in the area have done). They’ll continue to get my business!

I have come back often getting my bike ready for Greenville. I am treated like a local and the service and staff are expert. People are super nice and chatty and since I was in need of some service, fresh parts and new shoes I was offered some great deals. My go to shop.

Its a weird place — from what I understood they are buying up all the little bike shops in the area and trying to create a conglomerate. I don’t think think this makes any sense because if I wanted a low price and I would just buy on the internet. If I wanted friendly advice or just to hang out in a bike shop I would not come to a chain with delusions of grandeur. Anyways — as far as a bike shop goes they are expensive. They don’t have anything on sale and whatever they have on display often on par or exceeds MSRP. They also don’t carry brands that matter(Specialized, Trek and Giant) nor the boutiques. They seem to have a lot of Scotts and white-label brands. A lot of accessories are in-house brands and ridiculously expensive(I purchased a single CR2032 battery from my busted light at $ 3.99 each, at amazon a pack of 5 can be had for $ 1.89) similarly, Teflon Bicycle Chain Lube — BikeStreet $ 9.99 — Online — $ 5.59 etc This sort of pricing is excusable for small shops, or even larger chains like REI or Eastern Mountain Sport because they are genuinely friendly and useful places, but this one is not. Would be interesting to see how they progress, but I sort of now where they will end up.
