This location is great. The staff is very polite and friendly, the parking situation is even more better.

Average McDonald’s neither amazing nor terrible. I sometimes work at cbs studios nearby and this is my usual stop when lunch time comes around. McDonald’s fries are some of the best. Little devils they are.

Each fast food restaurant at this time of year is trying to offer their already cheap, «high-​quality» foods al for a reasonable price of less than five American dollars. McDonald’s — like no other — is giving you a choice this time around:
You pick two for two dollars with a total of 10 combinations:
Chicken sandwhich fries
Double burger and fries
Chicken sandwich and mozzarella stick
Double burger and mozzarella sticks
Chicken sandwich and double burger
Mozzarella sticks and fries
2x fries
2x mozzarella sticks
2x double burger
2x chicken sandwhich
You get what you pay for, but at least with McDonald’s you get a choice, and choice is king. And it also gets the job done!

Just your average McDonalds. Parking can be a pain during peak hours. Food was on par with other locations, just avoid peak hours.

Good McDonald’s the girl that helped me was super nice, I mean it’s McDonald’s you know what you’re getting food wise the employees were really nice though that’s rare keep it up

This is the slowest McDonalds on the planet. I swear, the food comes only slightly faster than if you had table service.
It’s good though because they must prepare it fresh when you order. Slow.

I went to McDonald’s this morning for a ice coffee and egg muffin, I can be very hard to deal with sometimes because I think I want one thing and when I get it it’s not what I wanted (no fault of worker). but, Jose was very nice and helpful. Excellent job thanks Jose for making my purchase easy.

I never thought I’d be writing a review for a McDonalds but this morning I stopped in for an iced coffee and was treated to the absolutely most friendly staff encounter in fast food. The gentleman who took and filled my order was so great that he should teach the class. I was so impressed that I stood back for a few minutes to observe everyone else working the counter and realized that all of the staff was fantastic. As I was leaving one of the other patrons said «is it just me or was that the friendliest McDonalds ever?» I couldn’t agree more. Great job.

I went to this place with my son and my teenage daughter. I ordered a meal but the cashier didn’t seem to understand what I was saying. I saw her speaking Spanish to another coworker, so I tried speaking Spanish to her, and she got angry and she was rude from then on. I don’t know what was the problem, and also she continued to speak English to me although I repeated the order in Spanish. Her English was not understandable which is why I was trying to speak Spanish to her but she just continued to speak English, even though her English was terrible.
So anyway, we went to find a seat and I asked my daughter to ask for a paper bag, and when she came back, she told me that she asked the same cashier for a paper bag (in English so she wouldn’t get angry) and the cashier somehow thought my daughter had asked for a large order of fries. My first thought was, if she cannot speak or understand English, why get angry and rude when people speak Spanish to her?
Very poor service!

Poor service and training of staff here. I have eaten at a lot of McDonald’, and generally have had consistent service among different sites.
At this location is there are new employees at every visit. Most are unfamiliar and confused with the preparation of drinks and payment etc. Sandwiches and sodas are OK, but with any other drinks, fries etc. be aware that they are probably completely unfamiliar with the preparation.
Coffee drinks are a disaster. Once they figure out what button to push on the coffee machine, whatever comes out is yours. They obviously have never had a coffee drink in their life, and no idea of what it should look or taste like.

Got a Mc flurry they gave me like a quarter cup full! I asked them why are there so little ice cream in there and they remade another one for me and this time it was still on half full!

Awful, unhelpful, sad, slow. Usually homeless people on the patio. It took 2 people to make an iced latte and when I pointed out to the manager that it didn’t seem to have any coffee in it (she was one of the 2 who made it-​having to look at the posted directions) she just stared at me and said «oh, that’s how it’s made.» Also, no drive through. Stay away unless you are really desperate.

REALLY? You really think I’m going to actually write a review on MCDONALDS? What kind of unsophisticated slob do you think I am?
I worked at McDonalds one summer in high school and I still can’t get that stomach churning, beefy «quarter pounder» smell out of the lining of my terrorized nostrils.
I had more zits on my face, back, and ass that summer than one of those disgusting, greasy, pepperoni faced teens in a «pro-​active» «BEFORE» picture!

So just letting everyone know that there is no soap dispenser in the men restroom, I’m kind of concerned about hygiene of the workers

I’m only having sweet tea with xtra ice (pretty hard NOT to get right). The inside is very nice! Had to come in b/​c there’s no drive-​thru.

I cannot possibly review a business so bad as mcdonalds and give anything more than the a lowest rating. The people however, are nice and friendly although to be honest, I double check my order because I’m so used to mcdonalds just fucking up and the food is so terrible for you that I figure «what’s the difference anyways?» And just leave it be. I’ve gotten some of the worse service ever at mcdonalds. NOT THIS ONE, but others for sure that it’s likely the quality of employees they hire and the quality of the managers that are supposed to manage. I’ve been ok here so far in swanky studio city but anyplace that isn’t expensive to live in will give you absolute shit service.

Fast food??? This is not fast! Where is the drive through? The parking is so enraging it’s like Black Friday. After all of the hassle I went through (because I was desperately craving a Big Mack). When I mentioned to the woman I am pretty sure was the manager that there was a homeless person sleeping inside. I received a very sarcastic «uh huh». Now I drive a little further to the riverside drive location…

I don’t frequent McDonald’s. I save fast food for when I’m in a rush, which is why this location is awful. There’s no drive thru and its in a plaza with a Trader Joe’s and Pinkberry so parking is usually chaotic and not even worth an iced coffee. Service is also slow.

Being the sort who occasionally craves this garbage, but would rather disregard said cravings, I appreciate the fact that this McD’s is built like an unassailable fortress. The only thing missing is a moat stocked with bloodthirsty crocodiles.
So nine times out of ten when I find myself craving McDonalds’ «food», the mere notion of navigating the endless maze of frustration that leads to this location is enough of a deterrent.
What’s the point of a McDonalds without a drive through? I don’t know. The parking lot alone will break you.

Yes. NO DRIVE THROUGH OPTION HERE. However, they do have SPICY McChickens. The $ 1 McChickens. Does that make up for it? Maybe… I do wish this was open ²⁴⁄₇. The only other ²⁴⁄₇ places are… del taco… and maybe a subway here and there?
Yeah the parking lot is weird and lots of one-​way traffic. And the light to make a left-​hand turn into the parking lot coming from Ventura Blvd is VERY LONGGGGGGGG.
Other than that… this is a pretty nice McDonalds – interior wise. Clean, new, and spacious.
