Panda Chinese Restaurant

The manager made an honest mistake and did not charge us for a replacement meal the following day (which ended up being more expensive). I understand every business has their bad days, and they made up for it. The food was good and delivered on time the last few times we’ve ordered. Happy with the service now that they’ve apologized and made up for the mistake.

The food here is awful. It has absolutely no flavor. I was very disappointed. The soup tastes like Campbell’s canned soup that was watered down. The egg foo young gravy had something weird in it that made the back sides of my toung feel sandy. Plus they only gave us a small cup of gravy, they could of gave us more there were 3 patties a serving so we had to ask for more which was ridiculous they should have gave us more in the first place. And the server was very rude about it. Awful service, we had to wait 12 min. for our soup after we ordered. It was so bad that we went up to the owners and told them we were not paying and we walked right out. Terrible! Terrible! Chinese restaurant. DONT GO HERE!!! If you have a taste for Chinese food and you live in Sturtevant, I highly recommend going to the China House restaurant thats in the area by Piggly Wiggly. There food tastes so much better and authentic, I have been going there for years. The customer service is great, its family owned, the owners are friendly, and I have never had a problem with them.
