They have a DJ on Tuesday nights so I stay away on Tuesdays. It’s just too loud and too many distractions. Feels like a party instead of a restaurant. Otherwise the wait staff are very nice and professional. The food is decent.

This experience was awful. We entered and immediately asked about the half priced apps. The host said yes several times to this question. We were seated and server took a while to come by a time or two. Our check did NOT in fact have the half priced apps on it. The server said things such as «Go to an ATM» or «There is nothing I can do about it.» The server also blamed the server for informing customers about false information. They only took $ 5 off our bill to cover 4 Apps! Totally UNACCEPTABLE!

Extremely poor service! We waited 15 minutes for our drinks. Food was barely acceptable. Fiesta lime chicken was ok. Rice was really dry. Tortilla strips were soggy. Store was out of mozzarella sticks so appetizer sampler sucked. This will be last visit.

CarsideToGo doesn’t do any good when you get there at the designated time, wait 15 minutes, no one shows, you call the restaurant, no one answers and you have to go in anyway. Especially when they don’t have your order, tell you they never received an order from us(placed online, with an email receipt and bank charge), then find out that your order has been sitting on the counter for 30+ minutes. My husband had to insist that it be remade because your employees apparently thought we were going to pay for cold, gross food and melted desserts? Tasha was the employee who said they didn’t have our order and was very rude until asked for her name as I’m sure she heard my husband saying he was going to email corporate. The manager, Chris, had no response other than to apologize. I’m sorry, but that doesn’t cut it. He was nice, but totally ineffectual. When I screw up royally with my clients, they always get something free or I go the extra mile in some way to make sure they leave my business happy and with good things to say. Applebee’s should learn this lesson. It took over an hour from the time we were supposed to PICKUP the food and when we got home, the order still wasn’t right.

Applebee’s use to be our I don’t feel like cooking let’s go get a meal and dessert place. Not happening on karaōke night don’t even try it. I think they forget they have to serve sometimes there isn’t even a host at the door. Really? I ordered the grilled cheese I promise you there was only one piece of cheese on it and it was cold. The only reason this Applebee’s is still open is because of the location.

WHEW. So where should I begin? Let me paint a picture for you, if you will. Sit back and relax a bit. Does anyone remember how good Applebee’s used to be like 15 years ago(my goodness I’m telling my age, not quite but really) Being that I grew up as a foodie before the term foodie was ever invented, I have experience some good food at a number of restaurants when I was coming of age, shall I say. So I can recall a time that Applebee’s was SOGOOD. I remember getting the Applebee’s signature hot club sandwich with that had warm, thick sliced ham and turkey, cheddar, tomatoes, mayonnaise and bbq sauce on it(absolutely scrumptious!) the chicken fingers were really good, the quesadillas, the wings, the fish and chips — all of these things used to be so good at Applebee’s, I would BEG my parents to take me. Fast forward to 2014 and IDK what has happened to this this place. I mean this is as boring and as basic as a chain restaurant can be. I have TRIEDDDDDD to like it. It’s also 3 minutes away from my house(2 minutes if the light is green) I would actually prefer going to Burger King than Applebee’s. The food just isn’t good anymore. Now at this particular location, the staff are excellent. Service prompt. Restaurant is clean to include the outside areas. Ambiance is actually okay — JUSTTHEFOODISBLAH. I do like that on Tuesday’s at this location they have KARAOKEEEEEEEEEEEEEEBABYYYYYYYYYYYYYY, with a DJ. It’s so much fun! The only thing that I come here for is to sit at the bar and have some drinks or karaōke.

Went to Applebee’s(on 26APR2014) after being told there would be a 30 minute wait at Ruby Tuesday’s(across the street). Apparently nobody showed up to work at RT(it was a beautiful afternoon!) — reason they couldn’t seat us was they had almost NO staff! Anyway, on to Applebee’s. Started out great. Staff very friendly(perhaps too friendly??). Appetizer out fast. Then it goes downhill. Wife ordered a Caesar salad, I ordered a club sandwich. Restaurant is about 1⁄3 filled. Thirty minutes later an employee arrives at our table with someone else’s food. Ok, it happens. Waitress comes by about five minutes later(working on 35 minutes for a salad and a sandwich in a nearly empty restaurant) — tells me they are waiting on fries for the sandwich. Fifteen minutes later, wife isn’t happy with her salad(tastes funny), and my food hasn’t arrived yet. Manager comes by and asks how things are. Well, of course it wasn’t good. I asked the manager to bring the bill, and I’d pay for the app and salad. They ended up not charging for anything — even though I was more than willing to pay. Great job by the manager(Meagan?), kitchen staff FAIL. On the way out I asked the waitress what happened — as she had stated that all she was waiting on was fries. Her response was«they put the fries on someone else’s plate» — huh? Call me skeptical. I worked in restaurants(years ago) — this is extremely far fetched. Something else was going on in that kitchen is my guess. They could have made 10 orders of fries between the time the waitress said that was all that was needed to complete my order. With so many choices of restaurants of this caliber, I highly suggest that that management repairs whatever is wrong — or they are going under(and people will lose their jobs!). Unfortunately probably will not give them another chance — it was just too disjointed.

I am a regular at this Applebee’s. I love the drinks and the food. I normally dine in, but the last couple of times I chose to use the curb side service. My dine in service are good for the most part. The waiters are normally friendly and the wait time for my food is always short. However, my curb side service has always been a disappointment. I always order my house salad without bacon(bacon always managed to get on my salad). So I have to spend majority of my time picking the bacon off my salad. I would give them higher stars, but the curb side service is their down fall.

Ordered soup at lunch: it was ice cold and had a square of unmelted cheese submerged at the bottom. About as unappetizing as it gets. It’s never a good sign when a restaurant next to a busy military installation is completely empty at lunch hour.

Bummer! This was our first and last time at this Applebee’s location. The location is beautiful! The restaurant décor was nice. The hostess was pleasant. Our waitress was upset that she was at work. No smiles, few refills and overall a damper on our visit. Our tables orders were not correct he first time they came out and even though two of our orders were exactly the same, they can to the table with different embellishments, portion size and presentation. The waitress was miffed when we mentioned this and acted upset that we had the audacity to ask that our food orders were corrected. The drinks were good. We will not go to this location anymore!

For this visit I ordered«curbside to go». It’s convenient and I work right down the road… sooooo, why not. I ordered the Jalapeño Lime Shrimp. I love that dish — it’s yummy. It’s not quite Bone Fish Grill statys — but it’s tasty yet typical for Applebees My problem with this visit was that the server that took my order on the phone failed to let the«runner»(the person designated to run the orders out to the cars) know that she had an order. So, I pull up — the runner immediately comes out. It happens to be the bartender — who is really cool by the way. She hands me the bag and rambles off something like«Here are is your taco trio» Say what? I looked in the bag and it wasn’t my Jalapeño Lime Shrimp. I sat there for a sec and tried to rationalize that«Jalapeño Lime Shrimp» could easily sound like«Taco trio». I was unsuccessful. Anyway, I spoke up and she happily went and got my correct order. I was disappointed because curbside to go is supposed to be fast. Unfortunately, I had to wait a bit longer because of the mix up. Being that this was an isolated incident, it won’t stop me from going back. I like the bar and the Jalapeño Lime Shrimp too much.

My wife and I went tonight for dinner. I had the fish and Chips while my wife had a shrimp spinach salad. Since we arrive before 6pm we did not have to wait. Our server was great. She was probably one of the best that I’ve run across lately. The food arrived quickly. The fish & chips was very good. Not the best that i have had but far from the worst. The fries were ok but nothing stood out. The coleslaw was the way I liked it. Not too much vinegar and shredded rather than minced. I got three decent sized fillets cooked just right. The batter was a beer batter and crisp without being overcooked. Not greasy or soggy. My wife’s salad was good except that there was too much wilted spinach leaves under the top layer. She likes only a little dressing and forgot to specify the it be served on the side. There was lots a dressing, too much for her but I thought it was good. The amount of dressing is a personal taste so she should have asked for it on the side. Other than the wilted leaves her salad was good. We splurged on a couple of desert ‘shooters’ after the meal. I had a hot fudge sundae while my wife had strawberry cheesecake. Both were good but not special. My ice cream was icy not smooth. At $ 2.29/ea the desert prices were ok. We cannot comment on drinks as we both had water. With a $ 5.00 off coupon the total was less than $ 24.00 before tip so it was a reasonably priced dinner. The only real bad part of the meal was the choice and volume of the piped in music. It might have been ok for girls in their teens but most of the patrons were couples, families and 40s and up so maybe a different choice would have been better. The best part of the meal was the service. We will have to specify the same server when we visit again.

The food was the general Applebee’s fare, but the service here was terrible. Incredibly slow. Took our server forever to get our drinks after we ordered, and once we received our food, he basically forgot about us. As a former server, I am generally forgiving — but he had three tables! Unbelievable.
