I frequent this bww for when friends come into town, game nights, etc. Food is good. I mean, it’s no Ruth’s Chris but for what it is it’s tasty. I also get the snack sized mild boneless wings. Always lovely service at this location however lately they are become lax on their cleaning. I came in recently and the games for the table were filthy. They are suppose to clean them after each use but alas they looked like they haven’t been cleaned since they opened years ago. Step it up, Suffolk bww! You are lovely otherwise.

Oh my god. I think I turned into a skeleton waiting for someone to acknowledge us. No one knew who our server was, then we had to wait nearly 45 minutes for our order. Two stars for quick turn around time with the check.

Sitting here in a fairly empty place… was told they dumped their sweet tea, thinking Noone would want any! They close in like 4HOURS! & You don’t expect to sell anyone a tea! The service sucks! I got a «wings for a year» book at their grand opening years ago when they opened, service has really fine down the tubes! Ordered an appetizer & it came out with our wings, which we had to shuffle because our waitress clearly couldn’t remember what any of the 3 of us ordered! Please note: they weren’t busy enough for the poor arsenal service!

I have been to other locations of Buffalo Wild Wings(BWW) and was not impressed with their food. However, the other day, we went to the movies and my oldest wanted to go to this Suffolk location near the Regal Cinema. We arrived around 5 p.m. on a Tuesday and saw there were people waiting around. When we walked in the door, there were three employees standing around the podium. I tried to make eye contact to see which one I should talk to. The first person I looked at, she looked back but didn’t say anything. So, I looked at another person, but just as I did that, the first person said, «Hello.» Her tone made me feel like I was being rude when in fact she was the one being rude. Anyway. When I told them we had five people in our party, they said we could sit in the bar area which was self-service and no wait – or there was a 15-minute wait for a table in the dining room. We decided to go to the bar. Once we got there, we realized there were no tables for all five of us to sit at one table. We headed back to the front to wait for a regular table, but with the attitude from the staff, I said forget it. Let’s go. Let’s look at the facts: *The dining room was almost empty. *There were employees standing around with nothing to do apparently. *Yet, there was still a 15-minute wait for a table in the dining room. On a Tuesday at 5 p.m. *They knew we had five people in our party, but sent us to the bar area. I guess they think most people like to sit at separate tables for a family dinner. I am definitely done with BWW ever again. No management at all at this location. Stay away, folks.

The service at this Buffalo Wild Wings is generally fair, but the quality of the food varies wildly. Half of the time I suspect that my wings have been reheated and are not fresh. The environment is noisey, but expected for this type of establishment. Hospitality becomes irksome with too many hostesses trying to upsell or ask how your dining experience is going multiple times in one meal. I prefer to eat in peace.

Waited 20 minutes longer than we were told we were going to get out to go order, half our order was jacked up and we got it cold. Very disappointing.

I love this place! The food is good and comes out quick. The staff is friendly and professional. I come here a lot. It’s a great place for kids too. Family friendly environment.

Never ceases to disappoint. Mushy grease soaked wings with little flavor, boring atmosphere, uninformed staff and it’s packed with small children. Something I’m not crazy about for a place that is mostly bar. Good news however for criminals. Nobody there will be armed with their ban on legal firearms.

I’m a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. The food and service is always consistent and good. I like going to different places to watch the game just because I like a little variety in my life but if not for that Buffalo Wild Wings would always be my place of choice

Went for .65 cent wing night. With this special you can only get the traditional wings(bone in). You can get as many sauces as you want as long as you order in increments of 4 or more per sauce. I ended up getting the spicy garlic. They were spicy, but I’m not sure if they tasted garlicky. Nonetheless they were still good. We went before 7 so they still had happy hour going on. This included 3 dollar liquor specials, 3 dollar tall domestics, and 4 – 5 dollar tall craft beers. There are also 3 dollar«shareable» or apps. I really wouldn’t say they are enough to share. I got the onion ring special with my wings and it was just enough for me. The parking lot was packed but we got seated immediately. Our server was friendly. It was overall a good experience. I wish they also included boneless in the special, but that won’t prevent me from returning.

I don’t frequent BWW that often, maybe once a year and today was a reminder to why. Waitress: I cannot blame the waitress since she was new, but when she took our order she was unfamiliar with what my daughter had ordered… as in she never heard of it before. She was attentive, but overly attentive to the point on annoyance. Example, we had just sat down for less than a minute, she had come over to the table without normal introduction and was like, «do you know what you would like tonight?» Umm we didn’t even have menus in our hands yet. Attention to detail. Other than that she was fine, but needed some more tuning on food service. FOOD: Just ok. Not awesome or great… yet not bad. One reason I am not a fan of franchise restaurants is that they don’t really cook anymore… just reheat food. That’s what everything we ordered pretty much tasted like. Even my wife’s Mac ‘n Cheese was was cold-luke warm when it came to the table. I know it comes from a big microwave bag, but at least check the temps before handing it to the customer. The restaurant also doesn’t have a full nutrition menu online for those needing to choose wisely. I’m sure it’s on purpose since their menu mainly requires sauce and wing sauce is traditionally filled with sodium. I had the Asian Zing pulled pork sandwich and I would rate it Average again. Just didn’t hit any spot for me. Restaurant in general: I could see into the kitchen from where I was sitting and not one person had hair restraints on. I understand that servers such as waiters/waitresses are not required to wear such items, but food preps and cooks are. I saw only one person with a hair restraint. Yes I could see on the other side of the prep line where the food handlers were working. Other than that, BBW was just ok.

It’s nothing special. Everything about this location is pretty«average.» Average isn’t bad. It’s not spectacular. It has its place. For example, I feel for a mixed drink. Nothing fancy. Nothing expensive. Nothing cheap and syrupy. Enter BWW. The service isn’t poor & isn’t great. I’m not ignored and I’m not«chatted up.» Food & drinks come on time and taste«okay.» I pay more than I would at Chipotle and less than I would at Ruth’s Chris. I’m not full for the rest of the day & not leaving hungry. lol«Average.» If I came with kids or a group, this place would be just a touch above average. There are plenty of games for them and TV screens. One can pretend to be engaged with the fam, while actually watching a football game. They have a decent happy hour. $ 3 M-F, 2p-7p.

Same as every BWW I’ve been to; okay food, crappy service, great sports bar atmosphere. The waitstaff is unfortunately never impressive, but food is consistently decent. Soft pretzels, fried pickles are always good starters and the boneless wings are also enjoyable. I just wish they would give real plates and not charge so much for extra blue cheese. Try the black cherry mojito!

Service was okay, food was bad. Several pieces of my boneless wings were room to to lukewarm(it felt like different pieces were somehow made at separate times!). Tablegater order came without the wings… asked for them and server arrived with boneless vice traditional. Fries tasted good. Pretzels were good. A bit chewy on the pita chips for the artichoke dip but I actually liked it. Overall the quality of the food was, as my wife put it, «crap that you get frozen and toss into the microwave». Wasn’t expecting gormet, but was expecting«freshly made» and cooked right. The only redeeming aspect was the service, the servers were pretty attentive and quick about things… and the Seahawks were winning.

This is not my normal hang out spot or even an establishment that I visit on a regular basis but it made due for the options that were in the area and every once in a while I have a hankering for some wings. Well the next time I have a hankering for some wings I will either make them myself or find another place to chow down. In both instances that I came to this establishment the food was cold(well my guests food was cold except for the fries) and on both occasions I had a chicken caesar salad(no complaints). My first visit I order a chicken wrap with Asian Zinger(no tomato, no cheese, lettuce, and onion) all wrapped in a flour tortilla. I barely go any lettuce, very little onion, the sauce was delicious and had enough kick to it, and all along with a small caesar salad(no cheese, croutons, and dressing on the side). I opted to just empty out the tortilla(have to watch the carbs) and it went well with my salad. As for my guests they ordered the basic wings with various sauces and when they arrived to the table they were not hot at all(never understood how you serve wings that are not hot and barely room temperature) and they were tough to chew through. Well that did it my guests and I decided we won’t be frequenting this establishment again. Well I spoke to soon I arrived back the next day but this time played it safe and stuck with my caesar salad with grilled chicken and the rest of my guest ordered various wing snacks and boats, carrot sticks, fries, and drinks. Well our server was doing just fine until she got overwhelmed and had to be sent home. We did not see our server for damn near 30 minutes and the last order I put in with her was for a berry lemonade and that took forever to get until the manager took care of our table. Lets just say those of you who are fans of BWW can continue to frequent this establishment. As for me if I never stepped foot in this place again I wouldn’t be missing a thing But I will say special thanks to the manager, Desi, who did an excellent job taking care of the table(and yes if case some of you are wondering even with bad service my family and I still left a tip)

As a BW-3s fan, I am almost inclined to like any fried/smothered thing that comes out of the«wonder kitchen». However, after visiting this particular BW-3s in Suffolk, I was taken back by the mediocrity of service and food quality. Unfortunately, it appears that the servers here almost expect you to dislike your food. So many other parties were sending food back, that it did not come as a shock to our server that we needed to send our’s back. The lackluster energy of the servers was somewhat depressing and the food was cold. Personally, this joint obviously speaks for itself with it’s «bone dead» lunch business. Sorry ya’ll, get it together.

Meh. I hear soooooo much talk about bww(not to be confused with bbw) I had to see what this place was about. Met a friend up there for a late lunch. Between the two of us, we tried 4 different kinds of wings. First, they weren’t piping hot. Maybe it’s just me, but I like my food –burn your tongue hot– I kinda liked the garlic wings but I’m more of a traditional bone in fire hot wing ranch dip girl. They were mediocre. My fries were cold. Service was slow to only have less than 15 customers. The one thing I did like was the wing eating competition they had on the patio between two customers, now that was entertaining. I can’t say that I’ll be back here spending my money. I might check it out during the playoffs.

We come for boneless wings, beer, and trivia. Tonight I won that round of trivia! It’s slow paced but tonight food came out in decent time. Manager has come by and drinks are staying full. Good night here

B-Dubs is actually growing on me. We had another work lunch. I chose one of the lunch specials. Chicken buffalito and salad. In case you’re wondering, a chicken buffalito is basically a taco. Grilled chicken with your choice of sauce in a flour tortilla with some lettuce, tomato and a bit of sour cream… all for the low low price of $ 5.95(or something around there) Service, IMO, has also improved since they’ve opened. That’s actually a very pleasant surprise. Not saying that anyone has ever been rude, but it just didn’t seem like everyone was on their«A» game at the very beginning. Good Job B-Dubs.
