Ahh. Hilton Garden Inn. Generally a great place to stay. This is my first not so fun experience. The check in experience was a nightmare. The manager seems either under staffed and over worked or just plain lazy. His customer service skills are sub-​par. I think he asked me over 5x how to spell my last name. They don’t answer phones and when they do be prepared for a long hold. Not like any other Hilton experience I’ve had… I don’t recommend staying here. Try Marriott.

The people here are really nice, professional, and courteous. We brought our grandchildren to relax and enjoy pool. It’s sad about the pool. The water is cloudy and cold. Also, told the front desk that there was brown stuff floating in hot tub. Maintenance came and put in a de-​former. Cookies in the evening are really good.

Still like new. It’s relatively quiet, rarely busy. Everyone is pleasant. The rooms are kinda large with Neutrogena products and Keurigs with decaf and tea k-​cups, thank you VERY much. The restaurant doesn’t seem like one; it is extremely open and casual. You may wonder if you’ll be serviced. There are cookies and free coffee and juice at the entrance. Breakfast is not included but worth it. And this hotel is less than five minutes away from decent phở, good Japanese food, okay Mexican, really good Indian, and a couple stores.

Good hotel with great staff! Here on a work trip. Great place to stop near plenty of restaurants. The area is actually pretty quiet. Hotel restaurant staff and front desk staff are great. Very clean rooms and the lobby is great for relaxing and socializing.

Where to begin? Lol the hotel is very nice, I got in kinda late and as soon as I had gotten comfy I realized there was an «issue» in the room next door. Apparently some sort of family dispute. Kids screaming and lots of yelling.
The staff moved my room and said they would take care of the situation.
After that my stay was really good. :)
Also the staff even comped my breakfast the next day. Which was very good. :)
Also love they have kureigs in the rooms! How awesome is that?!
