I came here recently for help and advice on getting a picture framed for a birthday gift and I’ve never framed anything this important to me before so I was completely clueless. There is a young girl there, first name starts with a «R», who was ZERO helpful to me and they almost lost me as a customer had it not been for Luke. Now let me tell you, Luke is the TRUE representation on this place. He was SO kind, courteous and helpful! I was pressed on time and he helped me put something together that came out looking absolutely 100%better than anything I couldve figured out on my own. Thank you, Luke! And thank you to the DM Marriane for addressing my concerns. If you came here and recieved anything less than great service, give them another try and if you can, ask for Luke. :)

Aaron Brothers has done a number of custom frames for me and I have always been pressed with their work. Good job!

I was so disappointed with my experience here. This was my first time I have gotten custom framing with a nice piece of canvas art that I recently purchased. I stood around for a while in the store and no one was there to greet or help me. I asked some teenage girl to assist me and she waved her hand towards the back wall and asked me to pick a frame. I was really looking for some help and guidance in picking a frame but she left me there. I looked for 20 minutes and couldn’t really decide on anything, so I left. No one even said goodbye. Best decision I ever made because I drove over to Michaels where an art student employee helped me pick out the perfect frame. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for frames!

The work to be done was for 5 ads to be mounted and framed together. I reviewed the correct format twice on how this should be done when it was given to them. When I went to pick the pc up one of the ads was put in backwards. I was told it was be corrected in a half hour and to return. I returend an hour later and was told that it was not ready. Later I was called and told that it was ready and that it was actualy ready when i had returned the first time!!! Work was done incorrectly, the repair work was mishandled, and it was pretty expensive. No discount was offered, no apology was extended. A very poor experience. JL Sugarland TX.

This review was for my wife’s three diplomas. Two were parchment paper and one was lamb skin. We went to Aaron Brothers because they were by far the best deal compared to all of its competitors. The diplomas with parchment paper were framed very well and like I said, a very good deal. The lamb skin one on the other hand was a complete fail. We told them specifically that this one was lamb skin and it needs to be treated special. They assured us that they could easily do it and it’s the same price. Lo and behold, a couple of months later the diploma started crinkling up in the frame(telling any person they didn’t know what the heck they were talking about). With us complaining they only refunded us the«fitting» cost which was $ 34 compared to the $ 150 I spent getting it done with them. Now I have to get the diploma treated and done correctly which estimated to be around $ 250… All they had to do is tell me they couldn’t do it but oh well. If you have a default diploma for framing this is a good place to get it framed, but if there is something special you may want to get framed you may want to double check.

Great customer service!!! I broke the glass on a poster frame as I was framing a print and they cut a piece of glass so I didn’t have to buy a new frame. They even framed it for me to make sure the glass would fit. Great selection of frames. I never write reviews but this is about the best customer service I have ever received! I’ll be back!

I agree with the comment that the personal service is lacking. Great variety of frames that are good quality but if your looking for the expert customer service that framers provide you are out if luck. I. e Home Depot. If you are an expert at framing then maybe. And pricey. I think the prices are jacked up to reflect a a lower price that really is average.

I’ve gone in there twice and received excellent customer service from Thomas both times. Thomas was courteous, professional, always smiling, and efficient. Today I brought in a large mirror that needed to be rewired so it could be hung horizontally. I thought I would have to drop it off and pick it up another day but Thomas took care of it right then and there and charged me a nominal fee for it. He even went to my car to bring it in and carry it out since it was heavy and yet he still had a big smile on his face. Now THAT’s customer service! I will go there again for any framing needs.

Much better selection of frames than Hobby Lobby or Michaels. Service sometimes lacking — today I inquired about an item, and the person who said she’d find out completely forgot about me. Then when she finally located it for me it took quite a few minutes to complete the simple transaction because she wanted to discuss a customer issue with another employee instead of first serving the customer who was there right in front of her. Hmmmm… And don’t put too much stock in their coupons — tried to use one today, but«signature items» are excluded. Don’t put too much stock in their prices, either — the item I wanted was $ 18 just a few weeks ago, and now it’s $ 23. That’s a pretty hefty bump — I will make a mental note to wait for sales in the future.

The prices aren’t too bad and they offer a variety of sizes for frames and mats. You can also find art supplies here. The workers are usually nice and they greet you at the door. I was able to find exactly what I needed and was checked out in no time.

The customer service is lacking. I went in to have a large tapestry framed. I was given one price and paid it. I was called the next day to say that they couldn’t do it for the price I paid, but it would in fact be DOUBLE. We wanted this up before Thanksgiving, so I didn’t argue. I was given a date that it would be ready — it wasn’t ready until 9 days AFTER the date given to me. I was told by two employees that the manager doesn’t allow people to work past their given hours so the ‘framing’ jobs are put on hold when there are customers that need help on the floor. This then causes a delay in getting the custom jobs done. This place gets 3 stars because you can get really great deals on already-made frames. If you want to get something custom-made, I would recommend the Richmond location.

I love this place. If you’re in need of a frame no matter the size this place can help and most of the time they are very nice about it. Great quality frames and they also have a very small art supply section.

Aaron Brothers is where you can get frames, mats, generic art to hang, art supplies of all types, photo albums, custom framing and more… really anything to do with photos, art, and framing and you can get it there. I’ve been there at least a dozen times. I’ve purchase 4×6 and 5×7 frames of all types. I’ve also purchased large 8×10 frames for the wall and coordinating mats. All of the products have been of good quality. I found a scratch on one large frame and they happily took it back and replaced it on the spot. I’ve also had a large piece of art re-framed after the first frame(from another place) broke. The staff there worked to find a frame that I was happy with. They have custom frames in thin, thick, metal, wood, classic, contemporary… really any type of frame you want. I appreciated that they didn’t rush we through the process of finding the right frame. Before you go in, make sure to go to their website and sign up for their mailing list. Aaron Brothers sends out TONS of great coupons. Print and and you can use them as many times as you print them until the expire. I’ve saved 25% off frames, 50% off of custom framing, and more… I never go in without a coupon now. It can save a ton.
