Love the selection here as far as accessories and flats. On occasion, there are some really neat sales that you can take advantage of, from 2 for 20 for the sunglasses or the flats. There is still more to check out though.

Not the best customer service. 2 girls working and 1 manager, however only the manager was actually working. The girls were looking busy ‘rearranging shoes’ completely ignoring me, so I asked the mgr for a size. He had to ask one of them. Isn’t it their job to ask customers if they can help?
Good thing I don’t live in the area. Galleria is my local store, and it’s always a great shopping experience.

i’ve visit this location several times, but my recent visit was the first when someone actually greeted me and offered me advice.
it was a quiet day at the store, few customers. initial reason for my visit was getting my bf new pair of shoes. after getting the size figured out for him. i wandered to the women’s side to see if there’s anything new and fun. as i was lurking around, one of their male staff came up to me, and asked if i needed any help. and offered his suggesting. i found it very shocking in a nice way that they’re a friendly staff here unlike other aldo where they just ask you if you needed anything and walked away. not having to hunt down some one for help is a good feeling!
