DONT GO HERE! They charged me 120 $ for a iPhone 6 screen and then the screen started coming off the phone within a few weeks and then when you go there to use the warranty they make up bullshit excuses and say they can’t do it and tell you to leave then when I left I looked back and the workers were laughing. I talked to the kiosk next to them and they said they do that all the time.

I brought in my iPad 2 screen to be repaired. I left it there with my name and number and returned 9 hours later. The guy handed me the iPad case closed and started to ring me up. When I opened it up, I saw my white screen was now black. I asked him why it was changed and he nonchalantly replied that they were out of white. I asked why I wasn’t called. No response. I asked how much was he charging since they messed up a $ 500 iPad. We agreed on $ 95 prior to this. I had to ask how they were going to make this right because he made no effort to correct this. He made a call and said $ 90. I thought he should charge $ 80. He refused and said he only had permission to charge $ 90. I feel this is bad customer service to not contact a customer to authorize a change. My kid just wanted her iPad but I am not happy with the lack of customer service and lack of them accepting responsibility.

Don’t go here, they are really slow, they repaired my screen and it un seated right at the 30 day mark, plus after the fix my phone became over sensitive and my cheek would hang up on every one I called, pretty much turned my phone into a speaker phone

I had my iPhone 5 screen replaced here in mid December, 2014. It worked for a little over a month and then the screen started having intermittent problems. The screen would stay dark when pressing the power button. I was able to get it working for a few more weeks by pressing gently on the screen near the power button. Today the screen died and could not be revived. I brought it to the tech at this disreputable place and after looking at it for a few minutes, he asked me if the phone I asked him to fix (again) was the same phone. I told him that it most certainly was and he sold me a cheap, poorly designed screen. In short, he said the phone was out of warranty (their terrible warranty is only 30 days) and he could do nothing for me. Do yourself a favor and go to the Dr Cellphone nearby on Lexington. I did and they have a 90 day warranty.

We took a working iPad with a cracking screen, got back a broken iPad with a new screen. They had our iPad for 4 days, didn’t fix it, they don’t have a working number or email. We drove to the mall 4 times and each time our iPad wasn’t ready. Now we have a completely broken, useless iPad with a cracked screen. They literally ruined our iPad.

Yesterday, I broke my iPhone5s LCD screen. I called couple of places in Sugar Land, TXI decided to go with Gadget MD. I made the right choice. I had it replaced in 15 min. Great, friendly, cordial service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Long story short: DO NOT GO HERE. THEY STOLE MY IPAD. The management is so disorganized and is run by teenagers.
This is my record that I plan to file with my lawyers and the BBB:
August 12, 2012: I submitted my white ipad 3 with my red and grey bookcase cover to «Gadget MD» at the First Colony Mall. It had a crack along the edges of the screen as well as some minor dents to the case itself. As seen below I paid a $ 25 deposit by credit card. I also signed some sort of contract that was kept in the store.
August 2012: After one week, I picked up the repaired ipad 3, and paid the remaining balance of $ 125 in cash. I received NO receipt. After opening the ipad at home, I discovered that the bottom two inches of the screen did not respond to touch. All other functions seemed normal. Was told to bring back the ipad to the store to reapply a new screen for no extra charge. I tried to wait for the screen to some how fix itself with time. After a few weeks, I returned it to the store.
October 2012: Your store repaired my ipad a second time, but it had the same issue. Your technician then replaced the screen a 3^rd and last time. I am not sure if he had verified that this last screen had worked on another ipad.
November 2012: Was told that the ipad was in the warehouse and as a last attempt to repair the screen, they would like to completely restart my ipad. I allowed this and also gave them my password to do so. They could not restart my ipad because the bottom two inches where the key board appears did not work. The iOS 5 restart screen does not allow for the keyboard to be rotated.
December 2012: Was told they were still working on repairing the screen/​restart the ipad
January 2013-​June 2013: Called the store and manager once a month for a status update– received no answer most times. Visited the store almost once a month to receive a more direct answer. Have always left my full name and number with the store attendant, but have not received any calls back.
Around March or April, both yourself and Ishmil were at the store. I was told by Ishmil, that this was unacceptable and that I would receive a $ 75 refund along with my repaired ipad. From May through June 2013, I have left multiple calls to both Atif and Ishmil for any status updates. Early June, Ishmil asked for some proof of purchase and I had told him about the $ 25 deposit. He then promised to locate my ipad in the warehouse. I have had no confirmation that my ipad is even in the store or warehouse as of January 2013.
I have been working and living in Laredo for the past 8 months and am only able to visit the store once a month. Each month I have gotten no response to personal visits and phone calls.

The manager then verbally promised that he would give me a new iPad for the one he has lost with my $ 50 iPad cover. When our schedules never lined up after many one-​sided telephone calls and calls through the employee at the store, he has refused to answer my calls or acknowledge my emails. I repeat, it’s not worth the $ 50 you might save going to this repair «company» that does not have a website, telephone number, official owner, or any record of the company on the BBB.
