Buyer Beware. The store has a No Refund Policy that is not posted and the clerks will not tell you about it until after they have your money and there is a problem. I took my iPod 5th generation in for their«glass» screen protector. Bought and paid $ 64.94 including tax. Stepped outside to take a selfie and discovered that the screen protector did not fit. It covered the front facing camera. I returned to the store to get a refund and was told No refunds. I noticed on the receipt that the clerk had installed the wrong screen protector(the one that his manager told him to use). It was for the iPhone 5, not the iPod5 The manager was not there and the clerk explained that he could not help us. He did not have the authority to give a refund. I called ZAGG customer service and learned that this location is a franchise and there was not much that they could do about getting a refund. The rep asked how much I paid. When I told him, he literally gasped. The same screen protector sells for $ 19.99 online with free shipping. I returned the next day to speak to the manager(who suddenly was no longer the manager) and pointed out that they installed the wrong product and as such voided their return policy, plus the fact that they took my money without telling me that they did not accept returns. He called ZAGG to see if they would mail me a replacement, I told him No, I knew how much it actually cost($ 19.99) and told him that I wanted a refund. It was not my fault that they put the wrong product on the iPod. They did not have the correct screen protector and tried to pull a fast one. I got my refund, but it was not easy. Happy customers are not a priority there. The business is deceitful, did not advise us of their policy before taking our cash, and did not give us the information required to register the warranty for the cover(which I learned has to be done at the ZAGG website for it to be valid). If you want a great screen protector, go to the ZAGG website and order directly from the company and save yourself $ 40 or more. The people there are great. The person who owns the franchise in First Colony Mall is not so great.
