This location is soooooooooooooooooooo slow. I took a chance and stopped today anyways and was disappointed as usual. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged me and he was very curt when taking my order. When I pulled up to the window he took my card and seemed annoyed when I asked to change my coffee order. Then didn’t provide ketchup or a straw for my breakfast. Upon my arrival to work I realized the wrappers for my sandwich and hash brown were covered in grease presumably from another order. There were no napkins in the bag for me to wipe the grease off. My sandwich was unevenly heated and hash brown smooshed flat. Fast food or not there is a certain level of customer service that should be given, I could have gotten much better food and service from the gas station Corner Store right next door –___–

Long drive-thru wait before noon. Eight minutes. Cashier was unpleasant. First and last time at this location.

A busy location especially via drive thru, but I can always get my order in a timely and fresh manner. Great place to dine in.

So my mom was craving their curly fries and we went to buy it for her. We used the drive thru and basically the employee cut us off before we could finish our order. She spoke so low that I had to confirm my order which she cut me off because she was annoyed. Good fries just bad customer service.

Decided to get a quick bite for lunch(11am) and stopped at this Jack in the Box on the way home. Never again! I ordered the Sirloin Cheeseburger(#1) with an order of fries. When the guy gave me the sack, he forgot to give me the fries. When I pointed this out his response was, «Oh.» It really wasn’t that big of a deal, until I started eating. Worse hamburger I have ever eaten. The meat was very very dry. The bun was stale. The burger didn’t have any onions as stated. The fries were even worse. How do you screw up fries?! They were old and chewy. It was obvious they weren’t freshly made. I threw the fries in the trash. I’ll never eat at Jack in the Box again. At least, not this one.

I have never been inside, but the service through the drive-thru isn’t too bad considering they wait until you order before cooking. This can be a con if you’re in a rush for breakfast, but this is a pro because at least your food doesn’t sit for long. Sometimes during a late night it can be quite busy, but yesterday on a Saturday night at 11:30PM not a single car was in line. My two tacos for $.99 and small order of curly fries took less than 5 minutes. I didn’t even have time to really check into both Foursquare and Unilocal before my food was available. So, not bad!

Okay, Jack, I’m dropping a star. I should drop two stars but I’ll give you another chance first. Why the taking away a star? Well, for one it’s due to your sudden inconsistency. Example: I order the Chicken Teriyaki bowl and an unsweetened iced tea. The drive– through person obviously never heard a New York accent before or the speaker system was some kind of screwed up. All they could decipher from my order of «unsweetened iced tea» was«vanilla ice cream.» Come again? Really!!! After some minutes of this they finally got it. Hallelujah! I pull up to the window and am told, «Sorry, we are out of rice so we can’t serve the Chicken Teriyaki.» Again, really? Why didn’t you figure this out before? I’m asked if I want just the egg roll. Ummm, no, I didn’t want the egg roll in the first place. I also didn’t want to confuse this poor soul with another order so I just got the tea and motored on home. Note: this is the second time they’ve been out of rice here. Morning visits as of late have resulted in lukewarm coffee. I’m a coffee lover. While not a fan of iced coffes at all(I despise sweet coffees) I’ve drank hot coffee after its gotten cold. Yes, you must love the coffee taste to do so and I do. But we’re talking MORNING coffee here. I don’t want lukewarm morning coffee. It’s still caffeine, on which I thrive, but please serve it hot. Repair your coffee machine or whatever. Service here has become slower than usual, straws or napkins as well as requested condiments have been forgotten. I don’t know why this sudden downfall in service. I hope it improves or I’ll pick another of the JITBs nearby to give my business to.

Once in awhile, it’s good to hit up a fast food joint and just eat at home. I don’t do this often but today I thought I’d hit up my local Jack in the Box. This is a new location, built not too long ago and close to home. Also, everything here is clean so that’s a plus. I usually order the ‘Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger’, however, today I was feeling a bit adventurous. I instead opted for the ‘Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club’. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. It was average so I don’t think I’ll be ordering it any time soon, although, it is a decent chicken sandwich. I also got curly fries instead of the natural cut fries. I am now a huge fan of curly fries! They were cooked perfectly and I’ll definitely be back for more. The food takes awhile to come out since it’s made after you order but this is a good thing because your food comes out fresh. If you’re getting take-out, you may be asked to park out front so the food can be made. This can be frustrating if you’re in a hurry but it isn’t that big of a deal. Overall, this is like your typical fast food. As long as you don’t come here expecting top quality food, you’ll be satisfied. I would rate this above some fast food, however, it’s only a little better. If you’re looking for a quick meal, this is sure to have you covered.
