THE WORST SERVICE EVER!
FIRST, walked in to get an ice cream cup to go. I asked to put my mix-​ins in a separate cup the lady at the counter was completely rude! Told me I was not able to do so. I have been to many marble slabs and mentioned to her before that I have had the same service every time where I can put my mix-​ins in a separate cup and never once was told no.
Well, long story short she refused and told me every marble slab was different but if you are franchise one that does one all should do the same.
I would have done no stars but I had no option.
She needs to go back to training and learn how to treat customers.

Was very disssapointed with the associate at this location. They stop working on slabs 30 mins prior to the close which doesn’t make sense. I was there at 9:40pm on Sunday evening.
I asked where is that policy states because I’ve been a loyal customer of marble slab since my childhood and I’ve never heard of that. When I asked the associate why you’re getting acting this way and being nervous and show me the policy she said in front my kids that I’m pissing her off. It just ruined my night and I had to drive back 45 mins to house. I would just stop coming to marble slab onwards.

Not much variety. Employee seemed annoyed and not very friendly. Tables were dirty and lopsided. Wish they would’ve had red velvet ice cream.

Disappointed with the service today. I frequent this location with my two boys after picking them up from school, maybe once a week to two weeks. Usually it’s great, attendants are nice and polite, greeting customers when entering and leaving, smiling while serving customers… The attendant that was there today and the last time my boys and I stopped in (Hispanic woman) did not match up to par in customer service. Both times she was not very pleasant, just going through the motions pretty much, but today was just ridiculous.
Upon walking in, there was no one to be seen behind the counter. When she finally did show up — maybe five minutes after we’d walked in — I knew why immediately: she was talking on her phone. Normally, in the service industry (of which I have been a part of for almost 10 years), you aren’t supposed to be on your phone. But if you are, proper protocol would be to hang up and continue your conversation at a later point when you don’t have customers, or at the VERY LEAST put the phone down and attend to your customer, right?
Well, I guess she didn’t get the memo. She stayed on her phone and carried on with her conversation (in Spanish, which is why I said she was a Hispanic woman) as she attended to my son and I. Mind you, she was also responding to the person in the phone while «tending» to us. She almost messed both our orders up. TWICE. She stayed on her phone even after three more sets of patrons walked in, giving them the same kind of service she bestowed me. I also had a to-​go order, which she messed up, but by that point I was aggravated and didn’t want to cause a scene in front of my child and the other children present. Needless to say, I’ll be contacting management on her poor performance.

Stopped in for a scoop & left w/​two! Try the cinnamon, it’s off the chain! And it’s open til 11:00pm! The cous de gras (sp?) is the bar next door! Didn’t see a lot of people inside. This would be a good post-​dinner date spot!

Although it’s an ice cream chain, I still find their ice cream yummy! My favorite is the coconut flavor. There are no coconut shreds in it though, but that’s okay because it’s still just as good! A small cup will fill you up and prices aren’t that bad.

After a long day I usually expect to have something to ruin it even further. So saying that, why not go for some ice cream today? I was greeted by a teenage clerk patiently awaiting my order as she had finished with a previous customer, smiling and patient she happily waited as I came to a decision. Nothing was wrong here, she was so friendly and wonderful that I will indeed go back again.

Wish I could give zero star!
Went with my family as a treat and upon receiving my cup there was a long dark hair on top. I returned my cup to the same attendant that prepared it (did not have her hair tied back). I was polite and discrete, but she still huffed and rolled her eyes at me upon me returning the cup with her long hair covering my ice cream. The attendant working with her suggested that she tie her hair back and she just ignored that suggestion. When leaving she was on a personal phone call (loud) still haven’t tied her hair back, in Nike running shorts, and t-​shirt — no uniform. Continuing to serve customers with long hair flying everywhere. Will not go back. My $ 35 will be better spent on Blue Bell, Whip Cream and topping to enjoy in the comfort of my home with my family.

Took our 3-​year old here for a last minute treat. The two teenage girls behind the counter were visiting with one of their friends that came in the store. One of the employees was in uniform and one was in a soccer shirt and shorts. Not sure if this was just her choice for the day or if she had prior engagements before work. Unacceptable if she did. They both were too preoccupied with their visitor to help us in a timely manner. We were the only customers in the store at the time. Once I got my child seated I fought with her the entire time not to touch the table. Every table in the place was filthy. Another couple came in after we were seated and had to loudly announce that they were ready to order as the employees were eating behind the counter. Service and cleanliness were terrible. We will NOT go back. Go to a different location! I could not figure out how to submit with 0 stars. That’s what they deserve.

DO NOT GO HERE. Don’t get me wrong — I love Marble Slab. Never had an issue with the one at Williams Trace and HWY 59, but decided to go to this one because it’s closer. First time I went, it was great, but that’s probably because it was just recently opened for business. Second time I went, the slab wasn’t cold enough because they had just opened for the day. The employee discouraged customers from getting mix-in’s. Umm, maybe the employees should get to work early enough to freeze the slab before business hours. Anyway, the employee went ahead and mixed my strawberries in with the ice cream and even tossed in another scoop and half of ice cream to compensate for the melting ice cream. I paid for the cone, left, and jumped into my car. About half mile later, I noticed a long brown hair mixed in with my ice cream. It wasn’t just laying on top, but thoroughly mixed in. Was it mine or one of the employee’s because we had the same hair color? I was grossed out and threw the cone out the window. But I had managed to convince myself of the real possibility that it was one of mine. So fast forward 6 months later, I went back today to the same location. This time, I think it was the owner who was working behind the counter. He was nice enough… at first. I ordered my usual and sat in the parlor to enjoy my ice cream. EEK — I see a hair again! A single brown hair, just like I saw months back. Definitely embedded in the ice cream and definitely not mine. I walked up to the counter to tell who I presumed is the owner. There were other customers in the place, but I was nice enough to whisper and point out the hair. I even told him about what happened months ago. He said, «I don’t know about last time because I wasn’t here, but I can see the one in there now.» I asked if he was supposed to wear a hat or hairnet. He said only women had to wear them. I looked at his balding head and thought he should wear one, too. Overall, he didn’t even apologize and seemed to accuse me of lying about the other incident. I didn’t even bother asking for a refund, but to add insult to injury, I looked at my receipt on the way home and realized I was charged more than the advertised price.

We walked in and the place smelled like sewage! Turned around and walked right back out. No thank you.
