Decent experience in the store, but once the mattress and frame were delivered, we realized that it wasn’t quite what we ordered. The bed frame wasn’t the «better quality» that we were told it would be and the frame was the wrong size. We had to go pick up the frame from a local store.
Throughout the process we dealt with quite a few people. The salesman was alright, the delivery people weren’t knowledgeable at all, but there was one person who we spoke with on the phone who got stuff done.
Overall, the experience was sub-par. We will take our business elsewhere next time.
