IHOP

The food is good, seems to be a new menu. The service though leaves a lot to be desired. Our waitress was pretty inattentive to her area. Only took our order and we did not see her until she brought our bill. When we have been here before the service was a lot better.

Unbelievable. The people at the front said we would get a table in 5 – 10 minutes. After having nearly 4 groups pass us up who came here after us we asked how long the wait would be and it was more. Awful service. We couldn’t even get a table and they handled this horribly.

And they earns every star!
I’ve been coming here for a while, And we will come back. It seems like a new waiter every time. It’s like someone cast a spell of sadness on all the employees. Depressed and slow. I actually think if they taped a tray onto a turtles back with our food on it, then drove the turtle out a quarter mile AND the turtle stopped and asked for directions along the way… The food would get here more quickly than IHOP could deliver. Or for you poetic types, my wife could write a poem in iambic pentameter about how slow they are and win a blue ribbon in the county fair before they arrived with the food.
I know my review is ridiculous, but this place is very slow. Why do we come back? The kids, think of the children… They love IHOP.

When I arrived there were 20 people waiting and no host. 15 minutes before a host even arrived. I was seated and then 15 minutes before I could even order. I waited literally 45 minutes for my order to come and nothing showed so I left. I love IHOP this specific location is just terrible. DO NOT COME HERE

What was once a proud pancake place with great breakfast, stellar coffee and kind service has been transformed into an absolute wasteland of mediocre food of Disney like advertisement and service that had to have been picked up from a nearby delinquent remedial English class. Get it together ihop, my God

Came in for a Sunday family breakfast, no line or wait, booth was clean and we received exceptional service from Wasan. My folks are picky eaters and the always enjoy the food here with no complaints.

This location has really gone downhill. We needed a quick bite and my husband wanted breakfast for dinner so we ended up here. Hadn’t been in years and it is horrible now. We went on a Friday around 7:45 and it was pretty empty. The restroom was disgusting… water on the floor, toilet paper everywhere, smelled aweful. It took them a few minutes to seat us they said they had to clean off tables but there were plenty of tables everywhere. Our waitress was a little strange, she was very awkward. The table wasn’t clean, there were crumbs on one side so we scooted down. The place just feels dirty and outdated. The people next to us found a hair in the sausage. It took way too long for the food to come out. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and it was ok. The hash browns were the best part. We asked for the check when the food came out because we had to be somewhere and were worried it would take forever since the food took forever. Glad we did because it took awhile. Don’t come here, there is one a few miles down the road in Stafford that has to be better than this one.

I want to try chicken pasta for dinner & I got was burn grilled pasta, no sauce no bread, disappointed.

Nasty dirty dingy. Dont go here. Food was ok. But the pancakes are like cardboard. Came a couple years back it was sloppy. Came again about a year later and the same (only came bc someone treated). So I have came againg bc I had a really good experience at the one on I10 & kirkwood. Same thing. Finally I said screw never ever again. They need something. Idk what but my money will not be spent here again. Worst Ihop I can think of.

We had a good visit on Sunday July 19^th around 5:30 PM. Yvette our waitress was great all the way around. We also were greeted after 1 or 2 minutes with a smile, then seated soon after. Our food was properly prepared and didn’t take too long. We used a coupon that came in the mail, which is why we came here, because we believe IHOP is a little pricey.

The waiter got my and my family’s order but the chef messed it up and none of our plates were what we had ordered. And the manager seemed like he sided with the chef. not a good experience.

Issue: in a rush, didn’t listen didn’t repeat back to us.
result? Everyone’s order was wrong.
Total time: 1hr 30 for breakfast
Result: very mad 1 year old who lost the plot.
1. Husband ordered: build your own omlette with short stack (3 pancakes) got 2 pancakes (which I think were supposed to be my dads)
2. I ordered: Light and fit with regular scrambled eggs, comes with fruit and wheat toast. Got wrong eggs, no toast, no fruit. He then brought them when I asked for them, toast was dry, and he rolled his eyes when we asked for butter!!!
3. Mum ordered ham and eggs croissant combo but got ultimate combo w/​sausage bacon and no ham
4. Dad ordered ultimate combo with pancakes instead of croissant. Didn’t get his pancakes and when my mum asked for them Kenneth tutted, was clearly pissy and walked off shaking his head and muttering to himself.
Won’t be back. Stafford Ihop here we come!

This place is disgusting. There are stains all over the ceiling, scraps and food all on the carpet, and the restroom resembles that of a gas station restroom. Our server, didn’t catch his name, also sucked too. I get its early in the morning (not really, it’s 11am), but you could at least smile. Or not act constantly confused. I’m normally not so critical of a restaurant but for the prices here and for the general standing that this is large national chain, I expected way better.

This place needs to renovated seriously! There was a Nat in my son’s Apple juice, my eggs was burnt, the waiter acted like we committed a crime asking for a fresh Apple juice… And don’t get me started on the restrooms! I thought i walked into a out house at the rodeo. Plz save yourself the trouble and don’t go here!

Great service during the day and night!!!
I may have some disrespectful friends, but the waiter never gave any form of attitude.
The waiter help us choose the best option for the right price and made all of us happy!
Best part was when I asked for more water rather than refill my cup he brought two glasses of water for me.

So there is always a 15 – 20 minute wait for Sunday breakfast. Today it was packed! It’s ok. Got it and there were no available high chairs or booster seats. Ok. Then we ordered regular coffee and decaf. Oh, oh! They do not have decaf on Sunday morning. REALLY?!

I would give food and service 3 stars, but it’s SO INCREDIBLY slow I have to lower it to 2 stars.

Wish I could give them negative stars. Our waiter, chris, was horrible. He forgot everything we asked him for. Coffee, to go boxes, Styrofoam cup for toddler, no refills…
We paid a large amount in cash and small amount on card. The small amount was charged and we left. The next day we found out that we were charged 2 times that night. The full bill was charged on the card. So of course chris had to have pocketed the cash hoping we wouldnt realize. Manager said this wasn’t the first time it happened. So why is he still employed there if he is known for doing this?! I will never eat at another ihop ever again.

Horrible, horrible management. I don’t know what kind of people they hire at this particular IHop, but apparently they enjoy immature children to work for their company. Not a good look. I didn’t even stay to be seated, that’s how uncomfortable I was.
Attempted to come here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. As soon we we walked in we didn’t even get a chance to ask how long the wait was and was RUDELY told «The wait is 15 minutes». We sat down waiting for a table, and it seemed like every single person that walked through the door, no matter how big the party, was told the wait was 15 minutes.
The 3 girls in the front at the hostess desk were talking and ranting about their personal lives. They were loud and obnoxious, and frankly left the two others I was with uncomfortable along with myself. At one point, one of the girls told another «SHUT UP YOU’RE SO ANNOYING!». They had no care or respect for any of the customers, all while texting and putting their head down on the hostess stand as if taking a nap. Outrageous.
We didn’t even stick around to be seated and ended up leaving after about 10 minutes. It’s really sad that you leave not because of the waiters, but because of the HOSTESS! Also, when we were walking out the door, one of the girls told us «Bye, thanks… for Nothing!»
Maybe I should come here during the week, when the kids are in school. I blame management for allowing behavior like this to go on at this business.

Breakfast for Dinner!
Pretty much a clone of the other one in Stafford, but perhaps with a bit better services. I had the Bananas Foster French Toast which was a disappointment. It was rather plain. I preferred my son’s Blueberry Pancake with the great Butter Pecan Syrup.
Hubby’s scramble with sausage and bacon was prepared well. The service was friendly and quick. If you are looking to get your breakfast on, especially when other places aren’t serving, this is a nice choice.

It’s a decent IHOP. The servers are always nice and caring. My main complaint is the inconsistency. The many times I’ve ordered an iced coffee, it has come out in many different ways. I have had extremely sweet ones that tasted like they got a fire hose filled with high fructose corn syrup and shot it into the glass (I have a high tolerance for sweetness, mind you), ones that were decent, and ones that weren’t sweetened at all.
It’s alright overall, but don’t expect anything amazing.

Upon arrival… the first thing we see is a waitress sitting indian style in front of the hostess greeting desk.texting. Manager standing there apparently unaware. Seated pomptly however. Our waitress came and asked for our beverage order. Never introduced herself. When I inquired about the soup of the day. she didn’t know. Went to kitchen to check. She pretty much ignored us. She was nice though… just shy I think. The kitchen staff was was very loud. Lots of noise. Someone kept yelling out «precious».assume she works there. Food was good enough. Dont think I will come back here
