This place isn’t even open! It’s at First Colony Mall and it seems to be under renovations or something. What’s up with the other reviews?? ? I also tried calling the number listed and nobody answered

LINA !! My bf and I went shopping for a mattress and we’ve never done this before so we didn’t even know where to begin. Luckily before we headed out the door we saw their ad on our mail pile and decided to check out their sale. We have ZERO regrets on going to this store. I simply cannot tell you how helpful, sweet, knowledgeable and just overall GENUINE Lina is. She explained everything to us and helped us make the right decision, all without pressuring us. We felt so comfortable dealing with her and we trusted her. We had a great experience and I feel very confident about our final decision. To my understanding, Lina isn’t always there but if I were you, I would hunt her down and go in when she’s there. If she is busy with someone else, please wait, it will be worth your time if you are serious about purchasing a new awesome mattress. The other gentleman that was there was also nice but since we dealt exclusively with Lina, I am going to recommend her 100%. She will work with you and find you something to fit your budget. Thanks again, Lina! :)

Today we walked in just looking around and checking the store always seen it and was in need of a new bed stopped by and Dominique Reed helped us today and was so great… He was very professional and went over every detail possible and explained our every option which was great! He was very knowledgeable in everything! I would recommend everyone to check out this store … Our experience was awesome … Even the other salesman Josh they both made us feel well at home. We will be returning

I visited this store this afternoon and was helped by Dominique Reed. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable sales associate. He was able to explain to me the difference in the products as well as the prices. Also was able to explain the process of the mattress production. I am very satisfied with the customer service, respect and friendliness of the staff at this location. Very well organized and respectful.
