Food is good and that would be the only reason to come. Its always always always busy. I suggest the order online feature. Your food is ready and waiting for you on a shelf. That is helpful because the crowds here are astonishing. This isnt the place to go if you are on a time crunch.

So sad… autumn soup is gone. Can’t they rename it Winter soup? Squash is a year round veggie! My visits here will be less now.

This location seems a bit small compared to others and I don’t like the layout. Food and service were good though.

I absolutely love this Panera Bread. I like to come here for a nice meal with friends and family, or a nice«study-time» with coffee and pastries. I like the environment and the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the amount of ample space there is. There is always a good place to sit down and eat your meal, and there are always good places(by an outlet) to sit and read, write, or work on your laptop. My favorite thing on the Panera Bread menu(not just this location, but in the franchise overall) is the Iced Green Tea! It’s so refreshing and delicious — not too sweet but just right. I also love the Frontega Chicken Panini, and their«Pick 2» combos.

I’ve seen Panera on most of the days of the week and times of the day, and I have a fairly mixed opinion. I keep coming back because I love their bagels, and as a student, it’s a nice place to have a cup of coffee and snack while getting some studying in. Customer service: everything from a surly cash register worked(who closed her bakery POS and left me standing there for about five minutes unacknowledged — normally they have registers at both bakery and front) to a chipper person who could recommend the right sandwich. Food: their sandwiches are nothing too special; it’s usually the bread that sets them apart. Love the Mac and cheese, and I like the chicken & wild rice soup. The bagels are awesome, the baguette is… pretty dense, but with a good flavor, the toffee cookies are to die for(or from?). It’s a toss up between here and whole food when we need a special bread from a bakery(HEB doesn’t cut it). I’ve had the dark roast coffee so watery that I threw it out; I’ve had coffee that was just fine. Restaurant: what I don’t like is it feels(and smells?) a bit dirty, like the carpet needs a DEEP steam clean and some of the seats need repair. Yes, it gets very crowded during lunch hour, so don’t come with a group of more than 4; there is like a one in 30 chance you’ll get a big enough table. As this is a café, it does attract students and people doing work, but they limit wifi access between 11 – 2 to try and make it fair. Their web portal even asks people to be considerate of table size; I’m not sure what more they can do to control that«problem»(which is most of their business outside of those hours and early morning…). Crowd-pleaser, lots of selection, service and food is a bit all over the map — what I’d expect of a chain bakery.

I really enjoy this place, everyone is super friendly and the food is always good. The bagels are by far the best things and customer service is great.

It’s a shame that this location has gone to waste. Food is mediocre at best. Soup served cold, salad thrown together sloppily and the new cranberry turkey sandwich we were served was a joke. Had 2 cranberries and barely and turkey. Customer service is ok to say the least.

Love the Green Passion Power Smoothie!!! Had it for breakfast but wasn’t sure I would like it. The smoothie is very green because of the spinach but tasty. Panera have a lot of other good healthy items on their menu.

Got here at 11:30am and the place was packed. Not everyone was eating though. It seems that a lot of people appreciate the free wifi and use this restaurant as an office. Lots of people holding up larger tables with their laptops and tablets, so it was hard for us to find a table that would seat 3. The short line at the counter moved quickly and the young man that took our order was smiling and friendly. Our order was delivered to our table fairly fast and had a nice presentation. I had the smoked turkey BLT with avocado. It was served on white sour dough bread. Although it looked beautiful, it tasted really bland. I couldn’t taste the bacon or avocado at all and if the turkey was smoked, it didn’t have much of a smoked flavor. The bread had a blah white bread taste. I wish I had thought to ask if I could have it on wheat bread instead. I ordered a cup of tomato soup and was surprised when a bowl of soup arrived. Since I didn’t pay, I didn’t catch the price discrepancy. The soup arrived piping hot. It had a nice creamy texture with small pieces of tomato throughout. The flavor was good. Not the best I’ve ever had, but decent. I loved the buttery croutons in it. I just wish there had been more! Next time I’ll know to ask for extra. My favorite thing about this place is the unsweetened flavored tea. I drink my iced tea straight with no sweetener added. Most places that serve flavored tea have it presweetened because they use a syrup to flavor it. The mango and hibiscus tea offered here are unsweetened. They are both excellent. They also offer regular and sweet tea as well as the usual array of sodas. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I happened to notice there were at least 4 different flavors of coffee too. As we were leaving at 12:15, the line to order was out the door. I saw that the restaurant had a neat«pick up» shelf. If you’re in a hurry, you might want to order in advance online and have your food ready and waiting on the shelf.

I’ve come back a couple of other times since my last review. Things haven’t changed much. What really irritates me about this place is their insistence on wanting you to believe that their coffee is fresh, by updating the time on the coffee display. Just make some fresh coffee! Do you all even read these reviews???

Line to the door with 1 register open. This location cannot seem to get the front of house running to provide proper customer service.

Today I went here for breakfast, expecting a pleasant experience like any other time I come to this location. I chose to use Rapid Online Ordering to avoid the line hassle at this location. After leaving I noticed I was missing food, so I had to drive back to this location. Upon arrival and requesting a manager I was greeted by a rude General Manager named Eric. This was the worst decision the franchise manager could ever make; by putting this individual in charge of this location. He was nothing but nasty to me and speaking to me in a condescending manner. I’m flabbergasted that a GM is treating customers this way. I will never be back to this location. Customers are the individuals that keep these franchise locations running with THEIR revenue, yet management fails to realize this when dealing with consumers. THUMBSDOWN Panera Bread!!!

Today was my first day ever coming to this place I have always heard good things but I just never came to this place… so for my first experience I enjoyed the atmosphere it does get packed fast but I wouldn’t mind coming back … What I did not like was the customer service. I ask the lady if they still have cinnamon bagel and I have no idea where she got cinnamon toast crunch from and she gives me an attitude telling me no they don’t have any I ignored her attitude and moved on with my order I asked for the flavors of cream cheese she just points at the top … Mind you it was my first time and she was rushing me but when. I look back there was only my dad behind me and no one else … I liked this place just the service that was given to me was bad service which is why I rate it a 3

This place gets PACKED at peak hours(such as weekend brunch/lunch times). Wow. Service is pretty quick, though. The food is pretty decent, but not so amazing that I crave it all the time. The selection is pretty good. There are plenty of lower-calorie/more nutritious choices, as well as some heavier/richer choices. Something for everyone. My favorite is the Frontega Chicken sandwich. SO good. Their soups can sometimes be overly salty, though.

Came here after getting food poisoning the previous day at Japanieros. My stomach was still burning and I really needed some chicken noodle soup on a rainy day. Customer Service– Great, friendly cashier and server! Food– Pretty consistent with all Paneras Ive been to Cleanliness-Poor; I saw a lot of customers cleaning their own tables up, the floor was super sticky everywhere. Overall, I had a quick, good experience. Where else do you get served and they don’t expect a tip? I left feeling happy and satisfied :)

I know over the past couple of years, Panera has changed their menu and listed calories. In theory, I support this. In reality, I miss the old items on the menu. I find myself going for the baked goods, so that I am not confronted with the calories associated with deliciousness. Panera was there for me in college and in times when I needed a carb fix, but I guess, these times, they are a’changin…and I must change too. Stay strong, Panera — I know I will.

I love the cinnamon bagel! It is just delicious… And the coffee is very good… This place is everywhere, but they offer very good snacks, and the bakery is just great… One of my favorites franchises for breakfast or a mid afternoon coffee…

One star for the food. That’s all they will get, because SERVICE was absolutely HORRIBLE. I wasn’t planning on eating at Panera Bread, so I didn’t look at the menu beforehand, but my friend urged me to order with her since we won’t arrive at our destination for another 2 hours. I probably took 15 seconds to read over the menu, and the two cashiers(one of whom was the manager) started jeering and claiming how they«hate this part of the job» WITHINHEARINGDISTANCE. The girl also had an exasperated look on her face and rolled her eyes visibly INFRONTOFME as I did a quick glance over the menu + order. By the way — THEREWASNOONEBEHINDUS, so I was NOT holding up the line in any way!!! And I literally took 15 seconds. I don’t believe I ordered a side of RUDESERVICE with my panini… Also, the«Pick 2» orders are extremely overpriced. I got an order of half-alfredo with half-a sandwich… the half-alfredo was super disappointing to say the least. I have attached a picture, but it arrived in such a small portion that I could easily COUNT how many pieces of pasta were in the bowl. Total price? $ 12. Pasta was not worth it, in my opinion. Clean up the nasty attitude, Panera, or you will be losing more than one loyal customer. I also expected better character from the manager himself, but I guess Panera Bread is having some hard times hiring managers that can provide a professional service.
