Horrible customer service! We had a gift card from the shopping center that was valid at jimmy johns and they knew nothing about how to redeem it nor did they care to try and help us out. We use to frequent this place a lot but will take business elsewhere.

This place has good service and they are always fast if there behind they let you know. The only bad reviews are from snobby people who pay some one to wipe there a#% for them. Jimmy johns is the best hands down fresh French bread and real delay meat unlike every other sub shop. Keep up the good work this store is great.

The #4(turkey) is tasty, but I like my sandwiches hot or at least warm — unfortunately, Jimmy John’s serves all of their sandwiches cold. The food came out pretty quickly, but one time I decided to try a sandwich«Unwich» style(making it a lettuce wrap instead of using bread)(I wanted something lighter after having eaten a lot of heavy meals lately) and they forgot the cheese. so literally this was my lunch: lettuce + turkey + a couple of tomato slices. That’s it. Omg. So sad! And needless to say, not filling.

Stopped to grab a bite… front cashier man was helpful! I ordered a #13 with extra veggies! Bread was fresh I ate outside, no complaints!

Kind of funny that the other reviews mention the service, because that’s the number one reason I don’t like going to this particular JJ’s. Several of the employees have no warmth, seem bothered to take your order, and have a ‘tude. On more than one occasion, I’ve idled in front of the register for awhile before anyone saunters up and starts tapping at the register to take my order without looking me in the eye. Normally, sandwiches at Jimmy John’s(if there’s no line) are already made by the time you finish your transaction, and you can get in and out in under two minutes. Ten? I’ll just go to Chipotle, thanks. The food itself is on par with other JJ’s. It really isn’t fancy, but I’m in love with the bread, and I like myself a simple Slim #4 with cheese. So lastly… I’ve never been asked at a restaurant to pay for a cup to put water in. I asked for a water cup once and was shortly told«we’re out of the water cups, and the large ones cost $ 0.27». I said, «So I can’t have a container for my water unless I give you a quarter???»(Seriously, the restaurant is that stingy? Whataburger and Chick Fil A will just give you the same damn cup and never dream of charging you for a shortage they themselves created). She just looked at me and reiterated that«they’re twenty-seven cents». Okay then. I don’t know why she wouldn’t just think to give me a paper cup that they normally charge for, for free, since I didn’t want a soda and wasn’t paying for a cup on principle. Anyway, kind of a stupid thing, but it was definitely off-putting and strangely inhospitable.

Horrible service, even though the sandwiches are decent. I waited an hour for my sandwich, called the store, and had the guy hang up on me twice before I could even finish my sentence.

First time trying them and my first thought was: Basic sandwich. I can make better at home, there’s nothing wow or gourmet about jimmy johns sandwich. No original flavor at all. Just plain simple ingredients you can buy at the grocery store.

Food is good but I live 1.6 miles away and they refuse delivery. Apparently they can’t deliver 1.6 miles away as quickly as they advertise.

I’m not sure how they do it but they make their sandwiches so fast. Sometimes possibly too fast as once I got my sandwich without cheese and the lettuce was not«EZ» but any stretch but for the most part they do a good job. Their chips are awesome, each bag comes full. Only thing I’d suggest is getting a list of their toppings and options for what you can get in a sandwich since most of their sandwiches already have their suggested toppings so unless you tell them what you want you’re pretty much getting whats listed in the description. For example you can get hot cherry peppers on a sandwich but unless you knew that you’d just get whats on the menu since you don’t really watch them make your sandwich. Other options are: Italian Vinaigrette, Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard(this is the only type of mustard they have), Onions, Oregano, Avocado Spread, Cucumber, Tomato, Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, Bacon, Roast Beef, Smoked Ham, Tuna, Turkey, Provolone Cheese, Vito Meat(Capicola/Genoa Salami), Capicola alone, or Genoa Salami alone. All these can be added as extra toppings to whichever sandwich you pick. Each topping can also be deemed«XTRA», «REG», or «EZ». Everything but the Avocado Spread, Provolone Cheese, Bacon, Turkey, Roast Beef, Smoked Ham, Tuna, Vito Meats can be added without an extra charge. Some things come out cheaper than Subway but the biggest sandwich also only comes in 8″ rather than 12″. #15 Club Tuna with chips and a drink goes for under $ 9, not bad. Great place if you want something faster, cleaner and a little different than Subway.

Two stars only because the food is great. The service however leaves much to be desired. Got to the restaurant 5 minutes before opening with a large group of HUNGRY athletes. Employees literally ignored us waiting outside until TEN minutes after opening(& even then only bc we called them and asked them to open) and once we were inside proceeded to throw food on the sandwich as if we were inconveniencing them, not even once looking up. The poor cashier looked slightly apologetic but seemed afraid to speak. I’m appalled that a customer-service industry such as this would allow employees to workin such an environment. Will not revisit this establishment.

Well, first of all I ordered the number 1 with no tomato and the first thing the guy does is get the bread out slap on the smallest amount of mayo i’ve ever seen, then puts on tomato, I stopped him and he said darn, didn’t even offer to remake, I could have been allergic to tomato’s and died, DARN! Then I got my food, unwrapped it and found a really long piece of black hair intertwined through my sandwich, let me not that the guy that made my sandwich was bald, and I am blonde, so cool random people’s hair LOVETHAT! anyway I think I won’t me going back any time soon!

This store is wonderful. We order delivery and usually get it within 15 minutes, even during busy dining hours. The orders are ALWAYS correct too. And the food is great!

Normally freaky fast, but today I ordered at 10:54 am and food arrived at 11:58!!! I called multiple times and finally got the phone answered after 20 minutes and he said they only had one driver as everyone else called out for the holidays. He asked if I wanted to void the order, but I said no. The driver appeared 5 minutes later. So disappointed…

Decided to try this place and wish I hadn’t. Rather go to subway. Bread, although decent, is very bland. Everything is bland. It was my first time there which I thought was obvious because of all the questions I was asking, but no one told me I can ADD stuff to my sub. I only saw«freebies» on the sign later. I guess it’s my fault for not reading EVERYTHING on their busy looking menu board. They should have asked me if I want to add anything when I ordered. It was never mentioned or given as an option. And it’s not like it was busy. I was the ONLY person there because they just opened. Oh, and sub has only one slice of meat in it. ONE. Also, kids order does not come with a drink, like most places. It’s just the sandwich without any veggies(aka reg sub-bread and meat).

Absolutely LOVE Jimmy Johns… Totally Tuna is sooo good, as is the veggie. Both are also good as an Unwich. The *only* thing I find disappointing is my office is 1 tiny street away from the delivery zone :( When I’m really craving a JJ, I just put a phone/pick up order in via online and get it on my way home from wk… :)

I want to give this location so much more credit only because I know they are trying. It’s just not happening. Today my boyfriend and I visited the shop. The sub was great. But the atmosphere sucked. Literally, one of the workers was making out like a teenager in heat with her bf in the back. At first I didn’t care, but then it got annoying as I had to watch it over and over and over… I said something to the guy in the front and I don’t think they really cared. It ruined my appetite.

We loved it. But afterwards were surprised by a fast acting food borne illness that sent is running for nearby restrooms.

Customer service is super fast and the sandwich was well made. They are huge, I got the Italian and it is loaded. Nothing super fancy just good deli meat and fresh bread.

I’ve heard so many people rave about Jimmy John’s so I thought I’d give it a try one day. I got the ‘vegetarian’ sub and was very underwhelmed. I love cheese, but the provolone overpowered all other contents of the sandwich and even though there was guacamole, I felt like the sandwich in general was very bland. I can’t speak of the other sandwiches, though. As far as the atmosphere goes, it’s a very chill and small place. They are also pretty quick with making the sandwiches so there is very little wait time.
