I just am a sandwich snob. This was THE worst sandwich ever. Had a reuben but on white bread bec they dint have rye. My husband had a club. Neither of us got past the first bite. The bread is like dough. Just awful. Thank goodness they have a guarantee. The gentleman was terrific and refunded our money. I have never done that before. But this food was unpalatable. Im usually pretty easy going but i just couldnt pay hard earned money for this. Going to drive to firehouse subs.

There are 17 people to include myself waiting on sandwiches and one woman making sandwiches along with a male when he is not taking orders. I have been here for about 10 minutes and only 2 people have received their food. Also, the gift card system is down so they’re unable to process any gift cards. I also ordered a meal instead of just the sandwich. I was told that the fountain drink machine wasn’t working so I could only choose from the bottled drinks(3 different cokes, bottled water and vitamin water). I was very displeased. This is a nicer area and I thought this business would also reflect that.

I have been to this location twice and both times there was only one person working. He was friendly and made my order quickly. The sandwiches were good but the restaurant was dirty. I have eaten at several locations in the Houston area and they are always staffed well and clean. My visit to the Sugar Land location on Nov 3 was disgusting. The tables had not been wiped off. There were handprints all over the door, the nozzles for the soda and tea machines had been taken off to clean and were sitting in the a soak bowl. The guy working took them out of the bowl, shook them off and screwed them back in place. No clean water rinse, no gloves just shake and go. He did apologize for the tea that sprayed in all directions because of the missing nozzle. The side of the soda machine had drips of something all the way down the side with some areas that had turned black. The drink counter had calcium buildup around the tea dispenser and side of the soda machine. Another guy came in to work and I told him the machine was dirty and he went to clean it but didn’t make much of an effort. It was still dirty when I left. He was on the phone the entire time. For a restaurant that is only one year old it was in bad shape. I love Which Wich but won’t be returning to this location. Looks like the franchise owner should be replaced yesterday!

I’ve been to this location a few times now, and it’s really great! The way you order is a little different than any sandwich shop I’ve been to in the past. The amount of meats, toppings and seasonings is outstanding. Another noticeable plus is the staff. It doesn’t take much to take an order here, but every time the staff has been helpful. Overall a great spot for any sized lunch!

This was by far the worst Which Wich experience I’ve had in all the times I’ve visited a Which Wich. To start, the person working during my visit(there was only one) was new(she told us she was new) and took an abnormally long time to ring up our food. Then, she takes a while longer to figure out how to put my loyalty information in. It didn’t work, and I was getting hungry, so I told her don’t worry about it. Then, it takes 27 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and a shake. The sandwiches were ready, but she chose to wait until the shake was done as well before giving them to us. Why would you do that? So, instead of hotwiches we got lukewarm/room temp food. Then, she hands us the shake with no lid and tells my boyfriend the lids are over there. There are no lids. There were no lids when we got our drinks. For us being the only 2 in there and there being no customers in there before we arrived, why are there no lids out front? Also, the CO2 was messed up, so she told us there was only lemonade or tea if we got fountain drinks. Ok, that’s fine. I usually have the sweet green tea anyways. When I go to get my tea, it is extremely watered down.(There are also gnats flying around the soda machine. Gross…) I dump it out and taste the rest of the teas. All of them are watered down. Ok, so no sodas and no teas. My only option left is light lemonade which was also a bit watered down. So, she lets me get a bottled drink from the cooler out front. There was coke, diet coke, and 1 flavor of vitamin water. I’m already disappointed that there was literally 1 drink option from the fountain drinks and am waiting over 25 minutes for my food at this point. So, on to the food. The crab salad sandwich had VERY little crab on it compared to my previous visits to various Which Wich locations, the ingredients were sloppily thrown into the sandwich(black olives were all in 1 pile on half of my sandwich). The cheese was non-existent. It may have been on there. Who knows. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt and say she put it on there lightly. So, on to the French Dip sandwich. The au ju wasn’t even worth dipping the sandwich in since it was so salty. The sandwich had no flavor. Everything was so subpar. I’m really disappointed because I’ve always had pleasant experiences during previous visits at various locations. I’ve always been greeted coming and going. The food has always been good, and the staff has always been friendly and checked on me while dining. The fact that you hand me a shake with no lid and tell us there are lids over there when there weren’t any is kind of annoying already. How much effort would it take for you to put a lid on it and bring it to us if it wasn’t ready when our food was ready? Now, we have room temp food and a 3 cups with no lids on our table. We will not be returning to this location. I would suggest not leaving a new employee to run the place by herself. I would also suggest maybe a little more training. I don’t know her name since it isn’t listed on the receipt, but this is not just her fault. Whoever is in charge of training and making sure the place is upholding the Which Wich standards and quality are at fault. For almost $ 40 for 2 people, I’d rather eat somewhere else. We eat out a lot, and $ 40 isn’t much for a meal to us, but for the food and service we got, we will definitely not return to this location.

I went in the middle of the afternoon so it wasn’t crowded. Their small sandwich is 7″ which is more than I usually eat so I always have some leftovers. Much tastier than Subway sandwiches in my opinion — and so much more customizable with a ton of choices. Their house made chips are a great addition to your sandwich for a nice crunch — get ‘em!!! I got their black bean patty sandwich — it was great.

Wish i could give no stars. Ordered last week a BBQ pork and cole slaw through Orderup Delivery service and noticed my sandwich did not smell right. it Honestly smelled like used kitty litter. My boss ordered us all sandwiches and i already felt this place was not that great, but free is free. Normally free makes it taste better but after a bite from each end of the sandwich. i realized this was not happening. I’m a big boy so the food has to be REALLY bad for me to not eat it. I will NEVER eat another sandwich from any locations. I’m guessing the cole slaw was the part that went bad. My whole office stinks now because of this sandwich.

Hands down the best sandwich I’ve ever had. So many variations, I got confused. I wasn’t sure what I wanted because I wanted to try everything. But then I decided to go with chicken and everything else fell into place…

This is the worst which which I have been into ever. The supervisor or management is extremely poor. They were almost completely out of the sandwich bags AND chips! It looked like they were going out of business, so I asked the guy working there and he said they are still staying open they just have a bad manager! He was the ONLY one working on Sunday evening at 5pm! I just left because I was not going to wait an hour for a sandwich. I feel bad for the people that work there. No supplies, no support, no management. Boo.

Definitely a step up from Subway, if not two steps, but that’s not a difficult task. My standard here is the small club sandwich and its enough to fill me up. I forget the bag number. When I wanna switch it up I’ll go for the French dip. The meats, cheeses, and breads are flavorful on just a pretty plain sandwich, cause I’m not big on sauces and spreads so it really shows. They have a «Which Membership Points Card»(that’s not the official name) but it does take a crazy long time to earn enough points for a free one though!

Decent sandwiches but VERY slow. Charged for large drink even though I bought a small drink(not a huge charge but annoying) then said they did not know how to refund on a credit card and could not refund with cash.

Typically, we split a wicked lettuce wich from 2 different locations, for a light meal. We noticed they JUST opened this new one up, and walked in for an order to go. The staff was friendly so that’s where the 2 stars come in. The wicked comes with 3 cheeses and 5 meats. After several bites of lettuce, I thought to myself, where’s the meat? I poked around, to reveal the cheeses. Then I unwrapped the wich, to find hardly any trace of meat throughout the first half of the wrap, and just barely enough of each meat on the other half. They skimped on meat big time. I surrendered my half of the wich and had to go elsewhere for my meal. Total waste of $ 7.30. I’d like to think my experience was due to inadequate training since they’re new and I’ll likely give them a second try.

Fast, cheap, & tasty. During lunch time, I typically like to grab something quick and yummy. This place is clean, inviting, and within my budget. For $ 9, you get a sandwich, drink, and chips. They have fresh ingredients and lots of combinations. You can put lots of veggies in your wich.

Love the Sandwiches here. Each sandwich is custom made to the customers own creation. So many choices and different ways to create your own personal favorite. The staff is great and very helpful in assisting you to create your own custom made sandwich. Nice dine in room with Big Screen TV’s and free Wi-Fi. Great place for business lunch that is fast, friendly and close to everything in Sugarland. Would definitely recommend this place. David M Cole
