My worst subway experience ever. Charlie didn’t even crack a smile. Basically kept telling me he couldn’t do things I’ve been asking for years and getting at subway. I asked for a water cup and he said they are out of cup. I said he could give me a small soda cup or coffee cup and he said those are counted and I can’t get water. Was rude. Would love to find the owner and let him know.

I just called in to ask what time they are opened ’til and the RUDEST girl answered the phone. Our conversation went like this… A: «Subways.» B: «Hi! I was just wondering, when are you open ’til tonight?» A: «What?» B: «I was wondering when you guys close tonight? A: «Ten.» B: «Oh okay! Thank you so much!» A:(Hangs up without saying ‘You’re welcome’ or ‘Goodbye’)

This is one of two close to my house, but with the traffic due to construction on Dulles and the one on Dulles closing for a bit when it moved to a different location still on Dulles, well this one has become the one I frequent more now. Subways are pretty typical, and this one is no different from what you get at a good Subway. A Blimpie’s used to be here, and part of me wishes though that it still was for it seems like Subways are popping up everywhere. I also miss the frequent buyer program that Subway phased out about 5 years ago.
