I had a terrible customer service experiencing when trying to upgrade my phone. The staff, both a sales associate and manger, were very unprofessional and impatient when explaining my options. I left this location empty handed and frustrated to the point of tears.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with switching phones. I dumped my Windows phone for an iphone 6 and loved the entire process. The sales rep walked me through the entire process and got me on my way painlessly and fairly quickly. She also encouraged me to get a life proof case and insurance, which I’m very glad of, as I don’t want to pay a lot of money if it were damaged. The store was well staffed and everyone seemed very friendly.

I switched my service to T-Mobile about a month ago. When I tell you that every rep at this store from the associates to managers went the extra mile to take care of us, I’m not over exaggerating. Debbie, Cody, and Mason are the bomb! Mason even took the time to do some leg work on my behalf when my previous carrier gave me the wrong information and my wife’s port failed.(In their defense, they worked hard and got the number back.) Mason texted and called me well after his shift was over just to check in on the process and helped me finalize my switch the next day. I was blown away with the authenticity and competence exhibited by each team member at this store, not to mention I got a great deal on my service. I would recommend T-Mobile and this store with 100% confidence. Excellent job!

I switched my cellular service to T-Mobile last week via web. When I moved the phone numbers over to T-Mobile, the online representive made a mistake. One of my daughter got my wife’s number and my wife got my daughter’s. I called the T-Mobile customer service and I got the run arounds and empty promises to fix the problem. After 5 straight days of frustration, I went to this local T-Mobile store instead. Problem was fixed within 10 minutes with new sim cards at no charge. Very friendly and helpful store representive. I should have went here in the first place.

I hate this place to much. Their employees like to stand around and ignore you. Even if you tell them you are ready for new plans, new phones, and ready to throw down… They ignore you. I have been screwed over at this location multiple times. Two times were over rebates that the employee would fill out for us, stating that all we had to do was mail it off. Fail… Never received the rebates on the phones for whatever reason such as the form being filled out incorrectly… Which was done by the tmobile employee themselves. Idk why I keep coming back to this place besides it being the closest location to my house. I expected more from this location do to it being located in Sugar Land. Total fail. Employees stand around and play on their personal phones and avoid eye contact. I am not the only one that has been mistreated by them. So then. Avoid this place at all cost of you can help it!!! I have put a complaint into corporate as well bc this is unacceptable and this place needs serious damage control.

We went to this T-Mobile store after having lots of issues with the T-Mobile customer service over the phone. David R. is the retail store associate who helped us out. He really tried to go out of his way to help us. One of the issues we had was that I needed a battery for my cell phone. The store did not carry any phone batteries, but David tried to find out for me if there were any local battery stores that carried the battery I needed. He gave us really great customer service which kinda helped to make up for the horrible service we received over the phone.
