I have been to this location several times. And not once have I experienced terrible service. I am always greeted with a friendly smile when I enter, and someone is always there to ask me if I need a assistance. Security (a police officer or two) is always on site, probably due to the fact that thieves are getting desperate. So you always feel secure. The location is great, it is right off of the highway and highway 6. So getting in and out is not a problem as well.
The store is a pretty large and open. The atmosphere is welcoming and there are seats available for you as you wait. But like most people, you will probably be playing around with all of the different gadgets they have available. Finally, this is my go to Verizon store and I have also referred friends to this location. Ask for Mike James. He’s always helpful and professional & customers I have sent to him has said the same.

I came in to this location because it was between work and my house to ask some questions about signing up with Verizon due to the talk up of great reception, etc. I spoke with one of the sales guys who told me that in order to purchase the plan and phone I wanted I would only have to pay tax. I clarified again with him that tax was the only thing I had to pay and he told me I was correct. I made an appointment with him because he took a brief amount of time to answer my questions and I feel even though it was brief it was the right thing to do to give him the sale. He was not very informative or knowledgeable at all but I thought it was Important to stick to my word about my purchase with him.
I got to the store for my purchase, customer service was at an all time low. He got me my phone and tried to pitch me the personal hotspot that is «free» but an extra $ 10 a month which I respectfully declined because I do not need it. As we were progressing through the sale he happened to throw in that I needed to put 20% down for financing the phone which clearly was not mentioned when I came in two nights before. I was expecting to pay tax. I even took the extra step to take advantage of the deal for a trade in smartphone for $ 300 towards my phone. Which I was told could be put towards my plan and monthly payments. CLEARLY not the case. He could not apply the credit towards my phone due to the financing of the phone. So instead I get a $ 300 gift card to pay towards monthly bills.
At the end of my sale I end up having to pay $ 250 dollars when I was under the impression it was tax only. I left not knowing anything about my monthly payments, I had to ask a few times what my monthly payment would be to make sure I didn’t get scammed on my payments. I requested a copy of the receipt. I asked what my first payment would be because I saw an activation fee that goes on the first bill. Told me my payments would be around $ 122 and I see my next payment is $ 150. GOOD JOB GUY. I was literally right next to another Verizon store on the OTHER SIDE of town and am now feeling like I should have gone there. I am sure there education and customer service would have been MUCH better than my experience. TO top it off he started a nice conversation with me once I paid for my phone. Thank you for your patience with me while I figured out my money situation but no thanks.

Terrible customer service, I have been a verizon customer for quite some time now I went in yesterday about noon to look at a new phone, knowing that I didn’t have an upgrade coming for a bit but still in need of one.
I was greated at the door by an employee as always but the employee that grated me was rude and not very helpfull, I was told quote «I can’t help you at least twice» so I cut my losses and moved on, apparently they didn’t want to make money that day.
I went online that evening and did everything I needed, now answer me why is it that I can do online what they can’t do in stoor? Laziness is my guess.
I will not be using this verizon for future purchases

Just a quick update. I revisited the store today to purchase a case for my new phone. The lack of customer service continues to astound me. The man at the door sent me to the wall where the cases hung — no help distinguishing what case fits what phone, no information, just a finger point to the wall. This is after spending thousands of dollars through this company for a family of 6. After standing there for 5 minutes looking through all the cases, I gave up, went home, and ordered one off Amazon. Thanks, Verizon, for the great customer service once again.

Do not use this Verizon location. Customer service is poor. They are not accountable for their mistakes. The managers attitude toward customers and his employees is obviously strained. Go to any other location!

Walked in and was seen relatively quickly. Man wasnt helpful at all. Told me to go home and call tech support. I was having problems with two new galaxy s5 phones. Wifi doesnt work in any location. He flat out told me he couldnt troubleshoot my problem bec it was prob something to do with my router. He wasnt listening… wifi doesnt connect anywhere. Explained my old phones worked, my dtrs phone works… just not the 2 s5 gslaxy phones i bought. I asked him to try and use wifi in his store. He replied the store has no wifi. Less than satisfied w my service. Went to verizon further up the street, they at least attempted to help me. They have wifi in their location. My wifi still doesnt work and i have had to increase my data plan. I would not rec this verizon location at all… they were useless

Bad customer service. I walked in Saturday 3.29.14 around 5pm, my gf was ready to purchase the new HTC one 8. We were not even greeted for 15 – 20 minutes. All the reps were with people but they were not busy in general. I grew tired of waiting so i asked to speak to a manger and a lady said i will get someone over to see you and she did nothing. I finally had to grab someone while i overheard them were finishing up. He signed me up then said i was the next in queue. I then waiting about 15 – 20 mins and never saw the man after that. Another man called me up and was not very informative in his answers and was not very helpful. I would rather give my business to another verizon store. I won’t return to this location. I would think twice about stopping here if you are thinking of verizon. They need a serious course in customer service.

I’ve always experienced such friendly help and good efficiency at this location no matter what I stop in for.
Located off the freeway in the heart of Sugar Land, the location is convenient for anyone in the area. The parking lot has a few turns and feels cramped in some places although parking is fairly plentiful. There are usually two security guards on the premises even though the store what I’d call safe. Extra security is always a plus, anyway.
It’s a small store but they do stock most accessories needed and can help you order or locate any items that may be out of stock. Everything is clean and well organized. The employees are very pleasant and not pushy. I’ve been able to browse items with ease and not feel pressured to buy.
If I don’t find an accessory online I can usually find it here. I’ve never had a long wait or any hassles. I recommend checking out this store.

They are always helpful and get you in and out. I walked out with a iphone 5 after upgrading in only ten minutes. I never have dropped calls with Verizon and when my co-​workers can’t get a signal I always can!
