Extremely slow service. I was told to wait several times when I pulled up to order and when I was finally asked to order I was told it would take 30 minutes. Doesn’t matter what you ordered if there are no cars ahead of you, what fast food joint takes 30 minutes to make 10 pieces of chicken?

Terrible service. Always forget at least one thing everytime. Food is awful and cold. Making me lose faith in Taco Bell all together, they should just make it a permanent KFC. I’m done trying to give them another chance. THIS PLACE SUCKS

This is not one of the best franchises as their workers are not very professional looking but it’s the closest to my house. Food is okay and sometimes the prep is a little messy looking.

Two things are consistent! Terrible service, everytime disappointed. However the burritos at this place are awesome! The beans have the perfect amount of water so they are not dry, they are perfect. I really wish management would focus on customer service since they have really good food. Avoid going here due to the terrible service.
