Sunglass Hut

Rude staff. Went there to exchange my pair of Polaroid sunglasses (purchased from galleria). The collection was so poor that I did not find anything and as soon as the lady at the cashier realized I was doing a return she started asking me all sort of questions «why don’t you go to the galleria to return them» «why don’t you want these sunglasses when you knew they were polarized to begin with». I was left with no choice but to just return the glasses and walk out asap as I felt so violated.

This Sunglass Hut is actually located outside of the mall, not to be confused with the one inside First Colony Mall. Its location is where the new strip of outdoor stores are.
Usually, Sunglass Hut carries most of the new styles, however, when I came here I noticed that they lacked many styles. This location had plenty of variations of the same styles, such as every single color of the Ray-​Ban aviators though they lacked some of the other styles found on their website.
I came here looking for a particular pair and it was nowhere to be found. I was surprised because this is actually a big store but I guess they simply carry the styles that sell. If you’re looking for a popular style, you are sure to find it. However, if you’re looking for something that isn’t exactly popular, you may be disappointed.
Overall, this location is sure to carry the popular stuff. The person that works here is usually friendly and there are many frames to choose from. This location is much bigger than the one inside the mall, however, I can’t comment if they carry a better selection.

Sunglass Hut has always been my go-​to spot for sunglasses, whether they’re Ray-Ban’s or Prada. Yet, whenever I have gone lately, their selection has severely lacked.
There were sunglasses online that I had expected to see at the store, especially since they were up and coming popular styles, but they were absolutely no where to be found. There were hoards of Ray-Ban’s, but only their most popular styles. And those styles were seen in all of their color variances possible. I won’t lie, they did have a great selection of those styles, but I wanted something different. Especially since those styles have been around for about a year now. And if they have the new styles on their website, I don’t see why not at their store.
This SGH is located in the newly-​built courtyard of First Colony Mall and in the past, I have always found this location to be better in all aspects than the one inside the mall.
But if you are looking for a wide selection of popular Ray-Ban’s and some other cheaper brands, I will go ahead and tell you that you won’t be disappointed.
