I’m hooked. Had the Military Brat and now I’m craving it every day! The homemade sauerkraut is amazing, the portions are perfect and the taste… just try it. You won’t regret it! Extremely friendly and no ridiculous wait times, as I’ve experienced with some trucks. I’m supposed to be watching what I eat, but if these guys are around I’m NOT passing up the chance for another one! Definitely on my top 3 list of food trucks. In fact, I’d say top 2 really. Keep up the great work guys! We appreciate you!

Best burger all year; yes you read right best burger I’ve had all year (full stop). The gentleman Eric running the show was great, generous, and spoke perfect German this buys him major brownie points in my book, but the real feat was the delicious burger (Texan) it was perfect, thick cut of fresh beef (angus?) lovely block of melted cheese, and perfectly grilled jalapenos (not exactly German) but who cares it’s stellar, not to be missed. Fries were good too, a little average with seasoned salt but well done, clearly they keep their oil clean (good work). I normally hate kraut, but theirs is divine, was given a sample and darn near licked the tiny bowl clean, bacony, perfect level of sour, and a little crunch with the cabbage– seriously guys jar this stuff and sell it – next time I’m getting the schnitzel rueben, held off for fear of kraut today but that seems dumb in retrospect. So in summary, excellent food, great people, if I had anything remotely negative to add it would be it was a little pricey $ 13 + tip for a burger and fries, but I feel like I got a good value for my money regardless so no regrets here.

The most amazing burgers ever! The food is hot and fresh and the truck is so nice and clean. Chef Eric is so friendly too. I highly recommend!

I was excited to see that Houston’s first German food truck is in business as I’m a big fan of German food. The German food has a Texas twist as they have burgers in addition to traditional German fare such as schnitzel, sausage, and spaetzle. I went with the schnitzel sandwich which comes with mayo and sauerkraut on a hoagie along with the feuer fries (great name) which are fries smothered in muenster cheese, bacon, jalapeños, and spicy sauce.
Everything was good but nothing to write home about. The sandwich was a bit too greasy for my taste and the portion size of the fries was a bit less than your typical food truck. I’d like to come back and try their burgers. Good-​looking truck and the guy working was nice and explained the menu.

I’ve had several opportunities to try this food truck and it’s been top notch every time. Food is creative, tastes fantastic, and is reasonably priced for the quality delivered. The hamburgers rank up with the best I’ve ever had and the German dishes are super.

When I first met Eric several years ago, I knew he was passionate about owning his own restaurant and now I know why. His dishes are a wonderful blend of German and Texas styles. I Finally caught Eric @ Wooster’s. It was worth the wait. I had the curry wurst & the spicy seasoned fries! They were both wonderful. I can’t wait to try the Schreuben sandwich!

Finally had the opportunity to get a burger here yesterday. I ate it too fast to share a photo. All I can say is that this was one of the best burgers I’ve had. Seasoned to perfection. Meat patty was nice and crispy without being too well done. Will definitely be coming back for more of your offerings. Job well done.

Private Birthday Party, truck arrived early, Eric was very engaging with the guests, the orders were prepared quickly and the food was delicious. Made me as the party host look like a Rock Star. Thank you Chef Eric and your crew. Top Notch operation!!!
