Very professional and helpful crew. Only hiccup was a small misunderstanding about what portion of the estimate I wanted completed; however, they showed up on time (even a bit early) and were done removing 2 trees pruning 3 others and cleaning up all debris in a little over 2.5 hours. Victor went above and beyond and had a great attitude throughout. I would definitely recommend them as their prices were also very reasonable.

Horrible company. Not knowledgable at all. Killed a 80 y old pecan tree and a healthy young oak tree in our front yard by over fertilizing. Used gallons of fertilizer very close to the roots and within days the trees lost all their leaves and died. Only the two trees they fertilized. The rest of our trees are alive and well. Their manager Grant then comes out and gives me an explanation that caterpillars ate our trees and the large pecan had some kind of larvae. I have never heard of caterpillars eating a tree in 3 days. And why would the leaves brown and fall off. They killed two beautiful and expensive trees and refuse to replace or help us with removing. Beware of this company.

I am on the Landscape Committee for the Oaks of Rosenberg — HOA. We hired Urban Forrester to raise the canopies and trim all of the trees in our common areas. Jason and Erick handled the project and did an excellent job!!! They were professional and respectful of the property, leaving the areas clean and free of debris. Thank you for an excellent job guys!

Awesome company to deal with. They were early to the appointment and took the allocated amount of time. Jason and Eric were extremely thorough, professional and courteous. Our trees look amazing and my neighbors have already asked for UF phone number. I have used this company for two years now and will continue to ONLY use them. Strongly recommend

Originally quote $ 960/​day (originally said 2 days to complete) to remove brush piles off my property. Then they go and reneg on their quote and jump the price up to $ 1325/​day (now 3 days complete). That is over a $ 2000 difference on completing the job. Their reason is because the salesman that gave the quote was inexperienced. This is bad business! Customers rely on the professionals for their professionalism, experience and integrity. It is not the customers fault if you did wrong. Saying sorry does not make things right. This company should have honored their original quote price. Salesman also did not respond in a timely manner either. Left me hanging by not even letting me know their grapple truck was out of service in repair. Will definitely not recommend this company for any services.

If this business wasn’t running bad business like this, then people would not have to leave negative comments!

We had Urban Foresters come and trim our 4 very large Live Oak tress, all in close proximity to our home. The estimate was right in the middle of all the others we got, but I trusted their Arborist more since he took the time to actually walk around and point out to me all the dead wood and other things that needed to go. He also understood we wanted more sunlight but didn’t recommend hacking away good limbs like all the other places that came by. The actual work was better than I expected. They showed up on time, worked all day, and took great care in cutting. They raised our canopy at least 8 feet where before you couldn’t even see our house from the street. The branches look amazing now. I highly recommend these guys!

This company is great! Grant is a no nonsense kind of guy. They come out and tell you what is needed and what they will do. And they haul it away. I don’t know how many times I have paid a company to trim or remove trees and when I get home, all the debri is left behind for me to clean before HOA gets to me. Look you get what you pay for and to me it’s worth giving urban foresters your business.

Great job, professional crews. Transformed yard and really opened up the space. Didn’t leave a branch or a leaf on the ground. I have recommend them to several friends and they are amazed by the work as well.

They came out and did the work. We got a deal with Groupon, but they told us that the job would take 12 man hours (4 hours) and that was the basis of the quote they gave me. The work that they did at only took 6 man hours (2 hours) on site. When I called their representative to ask about this, he informed me that the price was including hauling away debris and disposal as well as drive time. These things were never mentioned in the estimate. I was given the impression that the quote was based on the on site work. It feels like they made up phony baloney expenses in order to justify overcharging me.

Our trees had not been trimmed in over 5 years and were growing into powerlines and preventing our lawn from getting any sun. The Urban Foresters, responded quickly and were very knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommed.
