Visionary Eye Care

I went back to Visionary Eye Care about 6 weeks after getting my first pair of glasses… Variety is the spice of life so I wanted to get a pair of tortoise shell frames. Dee was on vacation but Dr. Ali came out to help me. I had no idea that it was her place … She was also awesome!!! Gave me honest feedback, personally helped me pull frames in fact we scrapped all my initial choices when she also pulled a pair of frames out of the drawer and said «try these» BINGO! LOVE LOVE LOVE … There’s a great energy at this place from the ladies at the desk to Dee the office manager and it’s clear that it comes from the top down. Dr. Ali and her staff are the real deal. They make u feel valued and welcome. They definitely have a repeat customer here!

I have not been to an optometrist in about 15 years, so you could say my knowledge of eye care is lacking a little. :)
I visited Visionary Eye Care based on their customer reviews, and I’m very happy with the service I received. I was greeted warmly by the ladies at the front desk and they walked me through my paperwork. Dr. Ali was very friendly and very patient with me — answering my incessant eyeball questions and fully explaining until I understood completely. I didn’t feel at all rushed, and I felt as though I had a very thorough check-​up.
After being told that I do, in fact, need a prescription, I cried a little bit and then I chose my new frames. It is a little daunting to see two full walls and two display cases full of different frames to choose from, but Dee was an amazing help. She helped me choose the perfect frames, picking a few she thought I would like out of the large collection. After I finally chose a pair that I was happy with, she went over the different types of lenses and contacts. I never felt as though she was trying to upsell anything. I truly felt like she just wanted to make sure I received the care I needed. Dee was very meticulous with her work.
Given that I was getting my glasses around the time most people seem to make eye appointments, I was warned that it might take about three weeks to get my prescription back. I actually received my glasses in about two weeks. Upon picking them up, they made the adjustments, showed me how to care for my glasses, and sent me on my way.
After a day or two and talking to a few friends, I realized that the Premium coating that I opted for was not on my lenses, so I gave them a call to explain. Sure enough, the lady on the phone looked at the lab work and it was left off. She put in a request for new lenses, but I can keep the ones I have and they will pop the new lenses in when they arrive. No fuss, no problems.
I’m extremely satisfied with Visionary Eye Care. Their service is exceptional and I felt welcome from the first phone call.

I have been visiting this shop from 2-​years for my daughter’s and self optical prescription needs. The overall experience is below average and the main cause of lower rating is my recent experience in which the specific staff put unwanted color on lenses and reject to accept the responsibility. She simply accuse me for requesting same color that I infact I dislike in normal life. Her sole purpose was to avoid financial loss for replacing the lenses with correct color.
At another occasion, they wasted a lot of time by providing incorrect information twice about vision insurance benefits. The customer service quality is low and they are slow due to inexperienced front desk staff. I have decided to visit some other optical shop next time to avoid such an stressful experience.

Dr. Ali and her staff are amazing!!! I am truly impressed on how much she cares for her patients. Just by observing her with other patients you can tell she gives all her heart for each patient. I am convinced she and her team go the extra mile each time I have been there. The best part is that they remember previous conversations and are able to guide you when you have questions. Y’all have a customer for life.

New to the area and was looking for a good Optometrist to get my eyes checked and to get some new glasses. The staff is very friendly here, and Dr. Ali is great! She’s so nice and really explains everything to you. They also have a really good selection of frames. Dee was wonderful in helping me to find the right frames and worked hard to make sure I got the best pricing I could with my insurance, etc. My appointment was very fast, and I also got my new glasses within 2 days. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need some nice glasses or a great Optometrist.

I think Dr. Ali is a wonderful optometrist. She is knowledgeable about the entire process of your eye health experience, I have never seen an MD come out and make sure your frames fit you as well as work for the type of lenses you need.

Dr. Ali is amazing, she fully explains all the procedures and purposes and also has really nice frame collection! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Her staff is so helpful and nice!

Awesome place. They treat you well and the staff is very nice. The doctor is very thorough, and I was able to get a quick eye exam without much wait. The prices are also great, and they take the time to help you find any pair of glasses if you need them. Overall, highly recommended!

Great place. They have excellent customer service with a wide selection of frames. Dr. Ali answered all my questions and I felt very well informed before I left. Both Helen and Dr. Ali took the time to help me select the perfect set of frames that suits me. Everything was done in a very timely manner and all at a GREAT price. I will definitely be going here for all my future needs.

I went here for my eye exam. I don’t wear glasses, but I just like to get my eyes checked every now and then to make sure I’m healthy!
Dr. Anne Le was really nice and professional. She took time to explain pretty much everything to me and answer all my questions. She even went above and beyond and recommended an allergist to me (since I’m new to the area) and a lasik eye surgeon for my husband.
The appointment was fast and thorough and they handled everything with my insurance. I definitely recommend Dr. Le and her team.
