Poorest management I’ve seen from any fast food establishment, and fast food is known for its horrid management capabilities. Consistently understaffed and extremely long lines and waits. A 30 – 45 min wait seems common here which is more than ridiculous!!!

I’m hesitant to give this a two star rating, but here’s why. It depends what time you visit. In the morning for breakfast, the restaurant is spotless, efficient, staffed by great employees(shout out to Monica: D), the food hot and tasty, perfect. If you try going there any other time, good luck. I’ve encountered rude and surly employees running the register, tables that were uncleaned, sticky floors… I will literally drive out of my way to visit the Murphy Road location in Stafford, which consistently aces it 24 hours a day. But I felt compelled to write a review based upon my experience yesterday. After being disappointed at Pollo Loco next door — «sorry, we are out of white meat»(wth?) I was hungry enough to try this Whataburger again. At 5PM. I should have known something was up when I went inside and saw two customers trying to get their order corrected. I ordered a junior Monterrey Melt, the dinner. But then noticed all the french fries lined up. I love my french fries hot, but figured those were for the drive through orders. I got my drink, at the deplorable fountain drink area. The floor was wet with plastic lids tossed about all over, including the floor, the spill tray overflowing with ice and spilled beverages. Ew. Thank goodness I was getting tea, but I still had to use it to get ice. I was able to find ONE clean booth and waited for my order. When the gentleman gave it to me, I asked if the fries were fresh and hot. Yes, he said. No, they weren’t. I took them back and the female manager said she would make some new ones for me. And they came out piping hot. If I’m going to bust my diet for french fries, they’d better be good! While I do love Whataburger, I don’t love this location, only between the hours of 8AM-10AM. I will abate my hunger pains to pass this one by any other time of the day.

Worst service EVER. This location is a candidate for the world’s Guinness record for the SLOWEST drive-thru in the planet!!! Now I know why I come here once every 3 months!!! HORRIBLE!

this location is always a disappointment. I’ve come here twice before and this was my third time. And once again horrible food . I don’t understand how other locations of whataburger are so good but this one they actually give you a burger that if you ask for cheese the cheese isn’t melted the bun is cold. like they really need to get better people that will actually give you warm food vs lazy employees who don’t give you what you pay for its ridiculous this place needs new management to better handle the employees and teach how to really give food out to drive thru people

Waiting at the drive through for over 10 minutes, get to the front and a tired unhappy voice says«welcome to waterburger gimme a moment» not a great start… So I wait another 10 minutes… I get that yall are busy late at night, but a chipper voice on the other end would have been better.

I love Whataburger! But this place is only mostly there. Was disappointed to see they rang us up for meals not at meal value but as separate items. Wow that’s annoying, right? This is where we chose to stop at for our first meal back home in Texas after a grueling 28hour travel day(international flight + domestics) and at the and of it all we feel both full and bitter.

I took the family here for a quick meal the other night and ordered three number ones with various condiments added. As I finished my order, the Whataburger staff member asked, «No mayo»? I looked at my wife and asked her, «Do they even put mayo on their burgers». She just told me, «Tell them no mayo»!. We waited 30 minutes in line to get our food and when we got to the window, we received our meals. This location is notorious for messing up your orders so my wife took an inventory of what we received. We received 3 dry Whataburger hamburgers, nothing else. I asked to speak to the manager and stated EXPLCITELY what we ordered and asked, why can’t the staff here EVER get an order right. The manager asked the Hispanic lady who took our order and inquired, «Why didn’t you complete the mea orderl as requested»? The Hispanic lady taking the order stated, «They ordered, NOMAYO». The manager looked at her and asked, «No meal»? Again, she stated, «Si, no mayo». The manager was extremely apologetic and gave us 3 number ones to our liking and offered them for free. For some reason I keep giving this place a 2nd chance but time after time I am disappointed in the service. I am a huge Whataburger fan, but not of this store. Service is slow and when you finally get your food it is wrong half the time. I will be driving further next time to a different Whataburger. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and received this. Now, if I would have ordered a bacon biscuit with no egg or cheese I would have been very disappointed by what I received.

What HORRIBLE service I got here. The line in the drive thru was so busy that I was about half a car length back from the microphone. So I’m waiting my turn, can’t really see the menu and all I hear is this SCREAMING, «hellllllooooooooo?» Over and over, «what you wanna order?» «Haven’t you decided yet?» When I finally got to the microphone she says, «oh, you ready now are ya?» Wtf?! Apparently etiquette in whataburger is to just scream at each other over long distances and be rude to one another. My food was also COLD and wrong(no tomato, no pickle!)

Messed up the order again. Ordered a #10 with cheese. How hard is that? The receipt had it correct, unfortunately, the what-a-chicken did not. They did not add the cheese.

The food was fine. when it finally arrived. The line was very long at lunch and the manager, a middle eastern man, was holding up the line by chatting to one customer. He then proceeded to berate a kid that was mopping the floor. Forget this place folks. I have forwarded my concerns to the corporate office.

I love that this place is right next to Fitness Connection. After my workout, I like to stroll over here at 10:30PM and eat that jalapeño bacon burger with the Texas toast and the spicy ketchup and gain all my calories back and then some. Then I wait a few minutes for 11:00 to roll around so I can order me some o’ dat honey butter chicken biscuit. Down it with a strawberry shake just in case I still have some calories left to gain back. Better safe than sorry. This is what I workout for.

Without a doubt the slowest service I’ve ever had. Consistently bad but if you have to have a Whataburger(and I often do) then you just gotta have one. Go ahead but do them a favor and complain about the service. This was the first restaurant I’ve ever called the corporate office on. Remember when fast food was fast? Number 1 with extra mustard. If Chik Fil A can do fast courteous service then why can’t the other guys figure it out. It ain’t rocket science … Unless you only hire imbeciles.

Honey. Butter. Chicken. Biscuit. The best decision I’ve ever made while inebriated. On daylight savings night, at about 3am and about 5 drinks too many, I rolled up through the drive thru with my partner in crime. The honey butter chicken biscuit was glowing on the menu like the Star of David. The young man on on the intercom was remarkably nice and sold me on a lemon pie. At the window he continued to be a pure example of shining customer service and even reminded us to set our clocks forward. Beaming with excitement and reeking of mixed drinks, I took my first bite of ooey gooey chicken biscuit heaven. Your grandma would be proud of this biscuit and envious of the honey butter. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The lemon pie was exactly what I needed to put me to sleep and I swear it ailed my hangover. 5 stars go to the chicken biscuit and 5 stars go to the exemplary kiddo who showed that working in a fast food place doesn’t mean you have to suck. 10 stars? Yeah I think that’s about right. Drunk or sober, you’d be a fool not to indulge in the perfect creation that is the honey butter chicken biscuit.

I waited in the drive-thru line for a total of 31 minutes to get my food with three cars in front of me. Now I know that Whataburger takes longer than the typical fast food restaurant but that is ridiculous in my opinion. The person working at the window did not speak to me even when I greeted her and gave me the wrong drink. The food was decent enough but I believe they need better management/quicker service.

I use to not be a big Whataburger fan but after dealing with the Manager and his coworker Christina at this location I will keep coming back. Very nice and helpful! The customer service was off the chart and defiantly higher than I expected. Thanks Guys

Bought a breakfast platter and the food was very good but the problem was the drive thru was super backed up and we had to wait a huge amount of time for the window to catchup with the orders. Lots of cars were pulled aside.

I wanted an order that was not possible as it was advertised. The manager on duty created a way for me to have exactly what I wanted so that the price agreed with the item — even though the item priced wasn’t what I bought. I thought it was creative and looked out for the customer — me.

So initially I thought my review would be limited to the fact that we got a meatless hamburger. I order a «Justaburger, no condiments». The cashier responds«Oh, you mean dry». I say«I guess, just no ketchup, mustard, pickles or onions». It’s for my son and he(against my dismay), doesn’t like dressings. I wait a good 10 minutes from ordering before I get my meal. No big deal. I pull away after making sure I got a fork to eat my grilled chicken salad. I notice the chicken in the salad tastes a little rancid. Must be the sauce, I reasoned. Didn’t even finish half of my salad because it just doesn’t taste good. No big deal. UNTIL a few hours later when I developed food poisoning! I haven’t gotten that in years and I know it was the salad because the only other thing that I had the entire day was a banana. And it wasn’t simple food poisoning — I was lethargic for a good day afterwards. Who knew then that fact that my son’s hamburger was missing the meat patty was a a silver lining.

It is one of the few fast food places open late in SL so it does have that going for it. However, often when I eat the meat products(chicken tenders and hamburgers) here, I get a tummy ache. Hence why I usually just op for the french fries and a strawberry malt when I need a late night junk food fix.
